Taco Bell

This location used to be fine for fast food but in the last couple months they have gone seriously downhill. If you would like for your food to be properly wrapped so it doesn’t spill all over the bag, try another location. Also, you may as well skip the drive thru and order inside, since that’s where you’ll end up when they forget part of your order or get it completely wrong. Both happen frequently with the dinner shift. Good luck to anyone who chooses this location, you’re gonna need it!

When I had a hankering to, «run for the border», I knew I should have ran the other direction.
This review is purely my drive thru experience. I did not go inside.
First, there is no reason to talk about the food. You either love Taco Bell or you hate it. It’s disgusting, but I love it. Is it real Mexican, absolutely not, but I don’t think you come here for its authenticity, right? The tiny chihuahua that used to be their mascot (RIP), maybe, but really you’re coming here when you’re drunk, hungover or just need some regret laden fast food.
A conversation between me and the Eugene the associate who waited on me:
Him: welcome to Taco Bell, how are you?
Me: great! How are you?
Him: terrible, thanks for asking.
At first I thought he was being sarcastic, but after a moment, i realized he was serious and I soon found out why.
One of his coworkers began screaming at him while I gave me order. He kept muting the conversation as I tried to order my nachos. I had to give my order a few times as he tried getting it right while she screamed at him. He kept politely saying, «could you not right now» or, «please stop yelling.»
To be honest, I have no idea what happened and believe me I almost asked because it sounded heated. When I got to the front I gave my cash and waited for my meal– no yelling was heard.
I waited so long that he came back out and asked me for money again; thinking I was the next car. I said, «I only pay once per meal.»
I got my meal and headed home. Too much drama for me man. Who knew running to the border would cause so much stress?
Oh! And they only give you taco sauce if you ask. I got home and had none– lovely.

Eugene was amazing. Usually the late night employees can be very rude but not this guy. He was extremely accommodating even tho they didn’t have my favorite hot sauce. And so polite. The food came out quick and almost 100% correct. I asked for no tomatoes but had them but in Their defense I confused them with my sauce. Anyways thank you Eugene for the amazing customer service. We will definitely start going there for our after work dinner.

Went to Taco Bell drive thru today for breakfast! Ordered sweet tea myself n 5 year old daughter. Took sip and it tasted Very bad! It smelled like bleach n mold! Immediately call the manager to inform of issue! Was told a new system and possible the tubing! She agreed not right! She informed to toss and come back refund. When i arrived for refund: as walking into the lobby! One of the employees was walking away and coughing! I then immediately smell the smell of my drink! Smelled like rotten bleach! Meanwhile during my more concern of my health they inform they do not use bleach and the current company/​gentleman happened to working on a machine next to the drive thru is not were they got my drink from! Then asked to fill out a accident form: manager says give name n number ill call corporate and then ill call you back! Since i signed no papers and manager and coughing employee acted like it didn’t smell plus nothing wrong. i called to verify an accident report filed and highly concerned for health safety as the fumes inside lobby plus our drinks .only to be given an auto service voicemail? I would love to know what was in our sweet tea?

returned entire order in a rainstorm because my food was dumped out in the bag.

The customer service at this location is far above excellent each time I have ordered from here. .. friendly, courteous, efficient and a pleasure to talk to. I usually order the Taco Salad from the drive through and it has always been warm with fresh ingredients.

Always a good job at this Taco Bell. Never had bad food or my order messed up at this one. It is always clean and to my liking. Soooo if you need a quick Taco Bell fix this is your place in this area!

This location gets visited by us on a fairly regular basis. I’m hoping today was just an off day.
The woman taking my order was totally distracted by a family of 7 that had ordered water to drink and she was so concerned that they were going to pour soda instead of water that I had to repeat my order 3 times. One of my items was a Cantina bowl with no sauce and when I picked it up at the counter… sauce all over it.
I’m sure we’ll be back, but I’m only giving them one more chance.

I am happy to report that this Taco Bell is the best one near Coral Springs. I ordered in the Drive Thru and the employee was very friendly. She even talked me in to getting a drink even though I didn’t want one lol. Only thing is I wanted a bottled water and they don’t have that:(I ordered a Burritto supreme with beef and extra cheese and two double decker tacos with beef and extra cheese. They prepared my order in less than 5 minutes and I was gone. Now this is why I give this place 5 stars. The tacos and the burritos were FILLED with toppings, beef and cheese. Whoever constructed my order did a great job, plain and simple.
Keep up the good work and remember to tell them Dan sent you and Stay Hungry!

This is the best (or the only good) Taco Bell in the area. The food is always fresh, well prepared and service is friendly.
