Pizza Hut

My husband ordered a pizza at 6:47pm and it arrived at 9:18 pm. The estimated arrival was an hour and 44 minutes which is not acceptable; however, since we’d already paid we decided we could wait. When 8:47pm came and went, my husband tried calling the restaurant. Twice the phone rang with no response and the third time my husband was immediately put on hold for 10 minutes before he gave up. By the time his pizza did arrive, it was cold and my soda was warm. I understand it’s a Friday night but this level of service is not acceptable, especially for a restaurant only 2 miles away.
It’s been a very disappointing experience and I would not want to order from or even eat in a Pizza Hut ever again based on this lack of customer service.

I ordered my pizza 3 hours ago! Im still waiting. I’ve called 4 times being told its on the way and that was an hour a half ago! I waited on hold the first time for 15 mins before I had to hang up and call again. I was told my order would be free but they couldn’t give me a time or round about time to expect my food because my call was sent to a call center. Now I’m on hold with the store AGAIN for 8 mins with no answers and its almost 11pm. I have never in my life dealt with such a ridiculous wait time. To make matters worse the lady that just put me on hold said she doesn’t know what’s going on. Are you kidding me?! I will NEVER order from this place again. I could have picked it up but with them saying my order is on the way and 3 kids at home I’m pretty much screwed. Oh and the 1 star is only because I had to rate it at least 1 star. PSH. UPDATE*** Was finally told they were running behind and I had at least another hour. Its midnight I have no pizza. Its almost comical at this point.

Have to say my delivery pizza last night was mediocre at best. Pizza Hut has always been my go to place for consistent pizza, good price and flavor. But the meat lovers last night was awful, didn’t appear to be cooked all the way and lukewarm. Kudo’s to my delivery guy though, he was right on time.

Dont even choose this one. You can get pizza in your house faster than this place by ordering in Columbia SC, driving there to pick it up and bringing it back to your house. This is thee worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever encountered. Not just a one timethibg either. This happened three times!
The only reason they got a star is because this app just told me «Whoa there!»

The only good thing I have to say is they refunded my money. They quoted online a 1.5 hour delivery time, I was fine with that so long as it was hot; I call 2 hours later, they claim it is on the way (I suspect that is when they sent the driver out with the food) and the pizz gets here and IT IS ICE COLD!!! NEVER ORDERING HERE AGAIN!

I have never actually called the store or been in for carry out so I cannot speak to that for this location. I always order online and have always had a good experience with this location. I have never had to wait more than 45 minutes and they have always beat their estimated delivery time. The pizzas have always been made to look like the pictures and the pizza has always arrived piping hot. Their speed in combination with how the pizza is made and presented actually keeps me from ordering from their competitors.
