I have taken my family to this Cici’s several times. The price is good, the food not gourmet but it makes my kids and wallet happy. The facilities could be cleaner and better maintained. The employees are usually very nice and help you when you need it. The truth is I’m not above giving Cici’s a 3 or evan a 4 star, but today I received terrible service the moment we walked through the door. The manager on duty, another employee called her Claudia, ignored me and my family for five minutes while on a personal call at the front desk. It wasn’t until she got off the phone that she called another employee over to help us. She could have done that the moment we walked in.

All I can say is, «Ew!» Clearly there are no standards set in this place. I saw a roach and it looked into my soul as I reached for a slice of macaroni pizza. I later saw more roaches in the bathroom

Bathroom/kitchen area is horrendous, stopped eating there just because of that sight.

AMBIENCE — C SERVICE — B+ FOOD — B+ PRICE — A — — — — — — - AMBIENCE — C (A BUFFET style pizza chain giving multiple pizzas, pasta, salad and dessert and a GREATPRICE! The place is tucked away off Washington road(across from CAR valley) in a non-descript stripmall. SO — I’m not a fan of family style restaurants and open air seating — and the busboy cart coming by filled with dishes and whatnots isn’t so appealing while eating — the lighting is too bright and there’s an arcade to keep the kiddies occupied — however –the staff tends to keep the place as clean as the can) SERVICE — B+ (The hostess/cashier –pay when you enter — was very friendly and after asking, she explained how their buffet concept worked. The key is special ordering your pizza and it’s cool that you can special order by the slice! 4 slices got me half a 12″ pizza. — overall, I enjoyed the thin crusts more so than the regular thicker dough pizzas.) FOOD — B Most of my friends didn’t know that you could special order by the slice or pie… so go ahead and get creative as all pizzas are made fresh! If you like heavier ingredients, just request 2x or more of whatever ingredient! The FRESH tomato pizza sauce is nicely thick and spiced just right, but I like adding more pepper flakes to mine. Ask for a side bowl of pizza sauce for dipping. There was only one option for pasta — pasta marinara and soup — chicken noodle soup. They also had a fairly decent ice berg lettuce salad bar… however, I suggest steering away from the pre-drenched italian made salad and go with making your own. I’m not a dessert fan — I saw cinnabons and brownies — but, didn’t try them) PRICE — A ($ 3.99 for lunch and $ 4.99 for dinner — for pretty decent chain pizza restaurant and $ 1.69? for unlimited fountain drinks) GREATDEAL!
