Blaze Pizza is casual, fast food type pizzeria. You can choose from a variety of their signature pizzas or you can create your own from your choice of artisan toppings. The pizza is then cooked in a brick oven and is ready within minutes. I have been to this location a few times now and the experience is still the same. While I like the concept of good pizza quickly, the execution is not the greatest. The employees always seem overwhelmed and unorganized. This is especially noticeable during peak times when the lines get long. Overall they make good pizza for the what you pay, but the experience there isn’t something I’ll be rushing back to do. Especially with other casual, fast food type pizza places in the market now.

We love this place! Awesome service everytime we come in, great customer service(which is hard to find now days!) My kids loved Tiffany and wanted her to know how awesome she was… my 10 year old wanted to make sure she had a great review!

This is a fun concept, make your own pizza. We have tried it twice, the second time we enjoyed it more. The crust has little flavor but the toppings are well balanced. It’s a good choice for fast food.

I stopped in Blaze for lunch after church services on Sunday. They were slammed. I actually went shopping and came back in fifteen minutes and they have most everyone in the store served and or fed. We strolled right up to the counter and I didn’t notice any side effects of the rush that had just hit them. We had a picky seven year old with us and I had never been there before. They were so patient with us and very accommodating. I certainly felt as if we were the first costumers of the day. I looked over all the toppings and couldn’t decide what I wanted on it, and neither could the seven year old. I asked for the line cook to hook me up with his own favorite combo. It didn’t disappoint me at all. I was actually surprised by it a bit. I was surprised by the great flavor and crust as well as the speed of the delivery to the counter.

This place definitely deserves 5 stars. The ingredient selection is phenomenal. Service was efficient, personalized, and friendly. Love the concept. The blood orange lemonade also deserves a mention. It is incredible! It’s also very reasonably priced. Can’t ask for more than that.

Gave it a shot again. It was a lot worse. Mine was not filling. Not worth the almost 8 dollar price. My son got the meatlovers pizza. It was dripping in grease! I said something and they said it was caused by all the meat. Pepperoni and sausage are never like this at other chains. I had a piece of his. Bad! We both felt sick from it. The rest ended up in the garbage can. Service was deficient because they forgot to make his in the first place.

We love this place, we get exactly what we want with the wide selections they have. The build your own for the size with as many toppings we want for $ 7.95 is worth it to us. It’s very busy but staff is organized well and you get in and out quick.

This place is in an appropriate setting — a strip mall, next to Panda Express. I’m frequently in Mason for work, and really wanted a good pizza for dinner on a Monday night. The service was fast and friendly. For about $ 8 I was able to pick a pizza from their list of about 10 options, or build my own from a large array of options. I picked one from the list and added/deleted items as I walked down the assembly line. Only took a few minutes to bake. Pizza was overdone and tasted almost ok — kinda bland and left me disappointed. Maybe my expectations were too high?

Super busy on a Friday night, however this place is a well oiled machine. Moved through the line quickly and waited only a few minutes for the pizza to cook. Staff was friendly, although you pretty much have to yell your order for them to hear you over the loud background noise. As a vegan, I was immediately impressed by the dairy free cheese option(so uncommon at fast food) as well as the plethora of fresh veggies. My pizza turned out amazing. Thank you, highly recommend!

As others have stated, the Chipotle ordering style for pizza. I’ve never had a bad pizza here. The only downside is that it can get crazy busy at times & seating could be a challenge but I can’t knock them for putting out a great product that draws crowds like that! Great customer service coupled with a great product is a win in anyone’s book.

TL, DR: I am a huge fan. Great for families and people of all ages dine in or take out. The restaurant: is a fun and friendly environment. Staff is always very nice, well kept, and provides great accommodating service. The employees are very young(I would guess high school/college age) — which I love! You can tell there is some great leadership teaching kids the RIGHT way to do things and treat people. The employees really take the concept into their own hands and run the show. It is set up like an assembly line and you go down the line picking the ingredients you want on your pizza. After you’re done your pizza is wood fired for just a couple minutes and then it is ready to enjoy! If you’re taking it to go, they will put it in a pizza box. If you’re eating there they will give it to you on a big metal plate. The food: is delicious and there are a ton of options. They offer two sauces white and red. I always get the white sauce and pile on the meat, cheese, and veggies. They have things like fresh basil, mushrooms, grilled or raw onion, italian sausage, pepperoni(duh), banana peppers, and way more. I seem to get a different combination every time and have never been disappointed. You are also able to get BBQ sauce or pesto after the bake(or before if you wanted but I always get it after). Also the sea salt will take your pizza to the next level– get it! Nutrition: These people actually know what they are talking about when it comes to gluten free. Too many times you go somewhere that offers these options and they are not well versed on what that actually means. Blaze has trained their employees to handle allergies with care and they have a separate line for people who want a gluten free meal. If you have an allergy I have seen them be very accommodating for customers– and they are always always gracious about it. This place gives good, fast, quality service and they do not cut corners.

Surprisingly good pizza for a fast-food type place. The pizza is pretty big for just one person, but the crust is very thin. I prefer to share, but you can always take the leftovers home. The build-your-own pizza option is great. You get to pick whatever you want and the pizza comes out very quickly. For coming out so quickly, I’m surprised that it tastes so good!

The chipotle of pizza places. Fast made pizza exactly how you want it. Staff is always great. Can get really crazy at lunch time but everything in the store is fast paced and fast moving.

The atmosphere is great! The employees make it a great experience as well. I did the build your own pizza, but they disn’t seem to have a ton of options. They did have several different meats and cheeses to choose from, but their vegetable selection was somewhat small. My pizza was ready super quick, which was unexpected. It tasted a but bland, but overall not bad. I would definitely go back, but it isn’t my first choice for pizza. This would be a nice place to take kids, as they might find it fun to build their own pizzas, and the prices are reasonable.

An amazing«pizza bar» style restaurant in the same style as chipotle, subway, and piada where you go down the line choosing which toppings you want(and there are a lot of wonderful fresh toppings) and then they fire up your creation in their oven for a wonderfully tasty pizza at the flat rate of 7.25! I love the variety of ingredients available, including multiple types of cheese like ovaltini/shredded mozarella, goat cheese, feta cheese, and parmesan, multiple kinds of meats like pepperoni, italian sausage, applewood bacon, and crumbled meatballs, as well as plenty of veggies like spinach, fresh basil, green/red peppers, garlic, pineapple, and mushroom. You can even add a finishing touch of fresh arugula with olive or pesto drizzle to any pizza! Of course if all the choices are too overwhelming, you can choose from several pre-made pizzas. There is plenty of parking in the lot in front of the restaurant(shared with other small eateries) so you don’t have to worry about finding a parking spot. Dinner time is the most crowded and you will be waiting in line, but service moves quickly so the wait is not bad. Pro-tip: You can order pizza online and they will prepare the pizzas to be fired up up once you arrive, and you can go straight up to the register once you get there instead of waiting in line to pick up your order!

I have been wanting to try Blaze forever since my friends are always raving about how good it is. It is especially tempting since I work a little up the street from it and always pass it! I finally decided to come in after work one day and give it a shot. I am so glad I did! When first ordering your pizza, the first person asks you for your name. Everybody that helps you afterwards calls you by your name and I love it – feels so personal! Additionally, I was asked if I had every been here before. When I said no, they did such a good job walking me through everything. I loved that even though they were packed, everyone helped me with my pizza thoroughly and without rushing me, but was still able to get me out the door within ten minutes(including time spent waiting in line!) For $ 7, you get a pizza to yourself with all the toppings and sauces you want. Such a good deal! And it’s delicious too. My only other experience with a pizza place like this is Pieology, which I am also a huge fan of. However, I think for whatever reason I like Blaze more(maybe the great customer service?) Anyways, I love Blaze and I would definitely come back!

We finally tried Blaze Pizza and it is definitely a winner. Create your own pizza with a ton of options for $ 8/pizza. Tasty and a good deal. We liked the spicy red sauce. They were well staffed on a Saturday night, so the entire process from order taking to pizza completion was maybe 6 minutes. 3 minutes to make and 3 minutes to cook. The only downside was that while well staffed no one was cleaning the tables. The place was dirty.

5STARS all the way. I just found out the General manager is vegetarian! He trains his staff very well to care for Vegetarian /Vegan needs… I LOVELOVE this place… Enjoy with no worries if you have any food allergies or special needs. They use special equipment to avoid cross contamination & even take special caution for GLUTENFREE clients. I am so impressed how this place handles the food. You can also load on the toppings if you so choose they help you to create the best pizza you can imagine! I am getting hungry just writing this… lol

Quick, easy, peasy and delicious! Think of this as the Chipolte of Pizza. Your first time will probably be overwhelming, but you will quickly get the hang of it. You can order off of their prepared menu or create your own. The thing I like is that the pizza’s are all $ 7 bucks or under! Yay! Plus, I had plenty for lunch the next day, double yay! The first time I had the Green Stripe — pesto drizzle over grilled chicken, roasted red peppers, chopped garlic, mozzarella, arugula and I added bacon, my boyfriend had the White Top — white cream sauce with mozzarella, applewood bacon, chopped garlic, oregano and minus the arugula. They were both great — steaming hot! I got the regular lemonade and he got the house special blood orange lemonade — he loved it. The second time we stopped in I got the White Top and he opted for the Meat Eater — pepperoni, crumbled meatballs, red onion, mozzarella, red sauce and added bacon. Again, everything was great! Seating can be limited if you go during dinner time, but by the time we had our pizza, we only had to wait a few minutes to find a seat. Great pizza and friendly staff, we will be back!

Plain and simple, this place is delicious. This is about the most accurate conversion of Chipotle into another genre of food that I’ve ever seen. I can’t wait for this place to expand into Kentucky. $ 7.25 for a pizza, unlimited any topping. I really appreciate their Signature Pizza menu for giving you great ideas of where to start, but really, it’s just a springboard into whatever delicious combination your taste buds can concoct. The pizzas themselves are amazing. Crispy, wood-fired thin crust. Topping choices are plentiful… I couldn’t even hope to convey them all to you if I wanted to. The décor and style are very reminiscent of Chipotle as well. Lots of post-modern metal and wood, with loud popular music pumping in the background. I want to eat here again immediately.
