The Manor House of Mastic

Hi everyone.
I went to the Manor house of Mastic recently for the event of my friend Mikey’s birthday.
The event was well attended by his many friends and Manor house got to put on a show of some of its wonderful appetizers.
The party was held in Manor House’s upstairs private room which has its own bar, television, seating and tables great for private affair.
I have been to Manor house before, and are familiar with their world famous wings .hot spicy and meaty .
you can smell these things coming out of the kitchen across the bar.
Make sure you order enough because they never are. plenty of these wings were quickly consumed by the partygoers.
The baked clams were really good they were best hot out of the kitchen.
Awesome mozzarella sticks for really good with the marinara sauce and crispy fried calamari nice and tender not tough also really good.
The (Free).Bar upstairs was open and the bartender was quick to take care of our needs.
I made several trips to the downstairs bar, there was a DJ and the place was really crowded, you could see that the wings were a popular choice.
Back upstairs again I had myself another Jack Daniels with a Budweiser very refreshing… time for Happy Birthday and a great cake.
Did I mention that the Manor house also had an outside porch upstairs). folks could go outside if they wish to enjoy a cigar… Yeah.
I’ve been to the Manor house before mainly the downstairs bar for wings and football. in all Manor house is GREAT. Wings again the thing to order if you come here.
I will absolutely return .

This place has GREAT FOOD !! If you don’t want to sit at the bar; there is a separate entrance for the dinning room.

Went to this place a few weeks ago for dinner. My fiancé and I were the only ones in the restaurant and the service took forever. Not only was there an incredibly long wait for food, but I got the stuffed «flounder» and I can certainly tell you that was NOT flounder by any means. Maybe pollock? Not sure, but it was bland and sub-​par at best. Sad too, because it’s so close to home, it could have been a regular spot for us.

Absolutely awesome… Staff friendly… Food soo good… Soon as we walked in felt welcomed! After dining went to bar … Entertainment exacly what we were looking for to ring in the new year!

I love this place. The barmaids Jess and Jess always treat you right. Good crowd in the afternoon. After that they bring in a DJ and the mastic trash comes in and ruins it. They would be better without the DJ so the good local crowd can enjoy the bar. The owner is a good guy just going about it the wrong way. If he keeps this DJ thing going this bar will become like the local trash holes Good friends and Linsa torrs. Trust me only good in the afternoon.

So much potential but it must be noted, the wings ROCK here. I love wings and try them anywhere I can. These are consistently awesome. Great coating and great flavor. I wish you could order larger quantities for Take-​Out. The place has great burgers and we eat there several times a year. The only complaint is the service. Several times the service has been horrible. The wait times are ridiculous. Too bad. Also the place is undergoing renovations and that is great, but finish them already. Still no light fixture in the men’s bathroom. It has been like that for months. No excuse. We will continue to go back here for amazing wings, great buglers, and decent people. The staff is always great. Finish the renovations and speed up the service and The Manor House will rock!!!

I love the Manor House! My husband and I go there for dinner every Wednesday night and the food is always amazing. I have NEVER ordered something and disliked it. I’ve never even had to send food back to the kitchen! Some of the best things to eat there are the Carolina wings, the marinated steak sandwich, the burgers, and they by far have the best French onion soup you can buy! They also have specials every night which are always great.. . and the best part is it is affordable! My food is always fresh and hot and delicious! They also renovated the dining room and it is warm and inviting! They also have an upstairs room where we had our children’s baptism party! Really could go on and on about the positives of this establishment! :-)

Not worth it! We have eaten here twice, most recently on Valentine’s Day. Service was terrible. Food was mediocre at best. No fresh vegetables, all frozen. I doubt the seafood was fresh either. So overpriced. I will never eat here again.

Spent a lot of time and money in this palce. Always a decent crowd and nice people. Love the food as well.

I went to this place on an odd night at like 3am. Met the owner, he was a great guy, and bar seemed to be consisting of local but friendly people. Everyone knows each other. Normally this leads to a hostile environment for newcomers but that is not the case here.
The staff was very friendly too, and drink prices reasonable. Did not get a chance to eat here since it was so late, but I will be back again.

I have been coming to this place for years. It’s like my 2^nd home. So if you want an honest review here it goes. Food is AMAZING! Staff is very friendly and great happy hour, 2 fers 4 to 7 incl top shelf, can’t beet that! Wings are to die for, best I’ve ever had. Also recommend the blackened chicken wrap and Greek salads. Dinners are also delish! Obviously I can go on & on but clearly you have to try this place. You will not be let down. Trust me!

Great happy hour specials. Twofers on Guiness, can’t beat that.
My fiancé and I come here for the wings only. They are one of the best wings we have ever had– in fact they are THE best. Extra hot sauce for dipping on the side is a MUST. Once we’re all done with the wings and the sauce is still in the cup we order bread to eat it all up.
All waitstaff are friendly here. We usually see the same customers every time we come during happy hour. I suppose this is the Long Island version of a dive bar.

I like this place just fine. It’s a Monday Night Football kind of hang. There is a dirt parking lot, usually having pickups or the like in it, and cheap light beer on drafts. They have all the games running on about 15 TVs, and the patrons even wear jerseys of their favorite team. I agree with Douglas L, in that «Wings Mount Saint Helens Style are Hotter than Hell and flavorful in same breath.. .» not bad. Why anyone would hope to find vegetarian items on the menu here, is beyond me, Jack.

Wings Mount Saint Helens Style are Hotter than Hell and flavorful in same breath. Excellent place for $ 2 Drinks and other specials during Football game and an crowded bar is filled to help you route for your team.
There is also a restaurant with Good food but with expensive appetizers that catch up with you when you order an entre and get the bill and have had a few drinks. Salad at the bar seems small you may need a few.
Be wary in the Bar. I get the feeling I am being watched from behind a large plate glass mirror, and the place may be mic’ed. This bar has been standing through change — and these things may have been necessary during cleanup when my father said it once was a «bloodbath» biker bar.
Ice in the Men’s Urinal is a nice touch most places dont get it right or even try!!!
