Molly immediately came to my assistance upon entering the doorway. After finding a shoe I liked she found me the right size very quickly. While attempting to upsell me some athletic socks she was not pushy, but very professional once I declined her pitch. She rang me up and I was out the door within five minutes. New shoes in hand. Thanks for your help Molly. The store was busy, but clean. Even on Saturday afternoon.

I first enter the store to find the staff sitting on the counter like they are having a party. I get the eye roll as I walk in with a Journey’s bag to attempt to return something. The scrawny tall kid behind the counter has instant attitude as if I just broke up his social scene and actually doing his job is a complete inconvenience. Then he opens up the box and immediately says you can’t return these, all the while completely patronizing me, because they have specs of dirt on the soles. So I asked why and he said they are worn and he tries to tell everyone to try them on and walk around in them as much as possible. What? The store is like 100 square feet packed with people. Where are you going to walk? AND nobody ever said that. So, ok, I can handle that. BUT then I asked to speak to the manager and the punk scrawny kid calls him on his cell phone. The manager gets on the phone and says we can’t take them back. I said, but you haven’t seen them. Then he continues to patronize me and talk to me as if I’m a kid(like his UNTRAINED staff due to his poor leadership skills). All the while the scrawny kid is talking over me, loudly, at the same time his manager is talking being completely rude. I will never ever ever shop here again. The best thing about this entire situation is I made a formal complaint with corporate on the two of them AND I got my money back from corporate. So, if the arrogant sales personnel at this store will not let you return merchandise you should get their names and call corporate. They will file a complaint for you and let you return your item for your money back. Is this how they keep customers? Someone needs leadership training. POOR! BEWARE!
