Buffalo Wild Wings

The power went out during our stay. Nobody could be bothered to come to us to explain the situation, or bothered to grab our queued drinks, but they sure could stop us as we were leaving after 20+ minutes to tell us we still had to pay for our drinks despite the terrible service.

Good food, nice ambient, horrible service. Waiter got order wrong and i kept having to ask for things she would forget.

The worst service!!! 35 plus minutes to get 15 wings and small onion rings. The Manager is just standing there doing nothing.

This place has seriously gone down hill. Speed of service is flat out terrible, the staff has no sense of urgency. Foods OK, good the beer is already made becuse the mixed drinks are terrible. The manger just sits at the bar talking rather than do her job. Place is dirty

So I drank 2 beers had 2 shots and ate a whole rap in the span of 2 hours. Fabian the «manager told me that I was too wasted to get another beer so after an hour and a half being here he refused service to me and fortunately not was the only a f****** piece of s*** horrible horrible person horrible service yay so they can all go suck a dick unfortunately lord knows he’s not worth of anything hopefully they will hire someone with better social skills and common sense let’s upgrade for this f***** Fabian good luck to you you f****** disgusting piece of s*** but I can’t f****** stand have a good night to go

The service is super slow. You have to repeat yourself a couple of times to get your order right. My boyfriend is not happy at all. Still waiting for our second beer. We pay good money to watch the fight and we have bad service. We should get a discount.

Horrible service. …I went with my kids on a weekday only a few other tables n they were served already
Waited. … Waited. …n waited… n yet no one can’t to our table. .we saw 7 waiters standing around seeing us there n no one helped us… We got up to leave n the manger asked y we were leaving told them we waited c.f. or 20 min n no service. … not even drinks
N it was not even packed only one other table with cpl there. … never going back

Great staff. Never have to wait long at all when I order to go. And the food has always been fresh and really good. Haven’t ran into any problems at this place.

Very rude place! Walked in and abruptly told no seats except for smoking area! I accidentally hit one star it deserved no stars! We really wanted wings and this was very rude. Customers should not sit and camp watching a game when people are waiting to eat there! No one seemed to care that others would like to watch it also! We really loved bww but probably not again, this is the second time we had a similar situation so we will go up the street or at home to have our wings in the future.

Went on a Thursday around 7 pm to see the last quarter of the Texas A&M game. It was packed, however we were here for almost two hours and the place stopped being packed after the game ended. Zo the last hour or more the place was half empty, but the service was still slow. We waited 30 min per drink order, an hour for our food, and another 30 min for the bill. Service was terrible. Then the bills were not right even after the waitress went over it with us and wrote it all down. I will not be returning.

Wow!!! I was so excited to come here because I hadn’t been to the new location but boy was I sooooo disappointed. First of all the place was filthy dirty. I don’t know if we had just come at the wrong time or what but either way it was just not acceptable. Straw wrappers and food crumbs all over the floor and unclean tables that looked like that had looked like that were like that for a while. She checked on us once and when she did she scooted off before we can ask her for something else. I had to get up 3 times: once because she or they forgot my drink, 2^nd time I had to ask for utensils and then 3^rd to ask for our check!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE! The only reason why I gave 2 stars was because the wings were good. Will I come here again, probably not.

I’m on a month long work trip here in McAllen, and my coworker and I stopped at this BWW twice so far…
The first time, the service was terrible, we were seated by the hostess, and then our waiter showed up, he took our drink order and an app order, we both ordered waters, and beers, he brought the beers, and the app, no waters, and no silverware or napkins, we finished our beers, asked for water again, and ordered… food came out in a timely manner… we had to flag him down to ask for our silverware and napkins. Food was fine, but we left there shaking our heads… service sucked.
Went there again tonight, hoping for better service… I guess we aimed too high… again, a male waiter, took our drink orders, tried to order an app, but he came back and said they didn’t have it… so we just ordered our wings and sides, food came out… friend didn’t get his onion rings for another 10 mins, he came by once and checked on us, that that was the last time we saw him until we had to flag him down for our bills.
I am a fan of BWW, and go frequently during football season to one close to where I live in Oklahoma City, and this is one of the worst ones I’ve been to… the worst was in Yuma, AZ. I won’t be going back to this location.

I agree that the service is horrible. But what can you expect from high school kids? Our waitress took too long and she was upset because I asked for more ice. My daughters order was cold and my lemon pepper wings were heavily flavored on one side and bare on the other. After waiting almost 20 min for our ticket, we found out our waitress had already clocked out and was not waiting on us anymore and forgot to assign a new person. The other staff members found that to be pretty funny of course. Big dissappointment from what is otherwise known as good place to eat.

I’ve been to serveral BWW’s but this one was just a huge disappointment! While visiting family we decided to stop for lunch before leaving the valley. The waitress was horrible, the food came out 45 mins after we ordered it, she seemed upapologetic and told us that all our food was sitting under the heat lamps waiting on a wrap. We asked that she start bringing it out as we were hungry and had to get on the road. She brought it all out and sure enough it was lukewarm and dried out! She finally brought the wrap out and it was evident that it was made incorrectly and was pretty gross all around! (My dog did enjoy it on the way home though) There was a pretty good lunch crowd for a Sunday afternoon and almost every table seemed irratated and annoyed with the bad service! Won’t be visiting this location ever again, I would rather spend my vacation with family somewhere we won’t be disappointed at a chain with a usually good reputation.

Pretty good wing spot. They have about 24 taps to choose from, and any pint is $ 2.99 during Happy Hour. Be sure to try the Thai Curry wings, they are SUPER-​BOMB!!!

Horrible customer service. Just horrible. AVOID IT. Read below if you want to know why.
My co-​workers and I were ignored at the front for about 10 minutes being passed by several waiters and others who obviously saw us waiting to be seated by the host stand (which clearly states «wait to be seated»). Finally one of my co-​workers went back into the bar area and asked, and they told us just to pick a place and sit down.
We sit down and then get ignored by our assigned waiter while he goes and talks to people he apparently knows who sat down after us for like 10 minutes. Finally comes over and we explain we need separate checks because it’s a business dinner. He says he can’t do that. Then he says my friend can’t order a smaller version of one of the meals, or get the kids meal (just kidding, now apparently he can?). Also told another co-​worker that she could order an appetizer, then proceeded to explain that she actually can’t because they don’t have half the menu in stock because someone didn’t order things right.
We argue with him about splitting the check and he goes off for 10 – 15 mins and then comes back and magically he can split the check, but it will have to be evenly. FINE, just let us order our food since we’ve already been here almost 40 minutes. We put in our orders and he proceeds to bring out the OTHER table’s food first. Waiting… waiting… waiting… We all have empty glasses, he hasn’t even checked on us, and then he finally swings by and we flag him down and he’s like «oh, i’ll check on your food». Finally brings it out and we’re ready to leave, then brings out the appetizer (which we forgot we ordered) AFTER our meal, so we ask for to-​go boxes. He screws up the receipts, acts like a complete dick the entire time he IS at our table (which was rare).
Overall, absolutely MISERABLE experience. Avoid this place, avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid.

Its a decent a hang out place. The wife and I were there last night to watch the bulls game.
The good: great bar food! Wings are usually always good. I’d say about 85% of the time you got a winner. Every now and then you’ll get food that isn’t done right.
The bad: service is most often bad. It takes forever to get service. I got our own refills because that was quicker. Good came out quick though.
I would recommend doing to go orders for the most part.

I am definitely a fan of buffalo wild wings simply because I am a wing lover period. But of course, this restaurant could whet anyone’s appetite. Anyone can find their perfect sauce from the huge range of sauces that this restaurant makes available, from sweet to extremely hot. And if you’re not a wing lover, no worries, because there are many other great menu options, like burgers, wraps, etc. that are really great as well. If you’re a sports fan, this a a wonderful place, because there are about 20 HDTVS inside. This a great place to be with friends and enjoy really good food. And if you end up loving it, they even sell bottles of their sauces that you can take home and smother your own food in. Enjoy!
note: the only reason I did not give five stars is because every time I dine in, or go for take-​out, it seems like no one is on duty, because it takes five minutes before anyone comes out to assist me.

I’ve always loved Buffalo Wild Wings, the food is good ol bar food and they serve you until they close. The drink specials aren’t too shabby either. The last time we went was during a UFC fight, oh goodness! There were people everywhere but the wait staff kept up (round of applause for good staff!). I’m happy they’ll be opening a new one soon near the convention center so I’ll get more space for myself and the gang on fight nights. Keep it up Buffalo Wild Wings, I love ya!
