We came inside for breakfast. We’ve now waited 15 min for our order and still waiting. The Coke machine is out of about everything except Sprite and diet Dr Pepper. Now I know why this place is never busy.

Wanted a quick meal after the USA World Cup game. Well 20 minutes later I am still waiting for my food. Never again.

I will NEVER go back to this restaurant. My husband & I went to Burger King for a quick meal. We chose the drive thru, which was our first mistake. The guy, I’m refraining from putting his name out there, was talking over us throughout the entire order. Of course because of this he missed most of what was said causing us to have to repeat ourselves numerous times. When we finally paid for and checked our order we noticed the order wasn’t quite right. Thinking I’ll run inside and get this corrected. No biggie right? WRONG! As I’m explaining what happened to the mgr, noting that I only wanted to get the correct sandwich, the kid from the drive thru comes over and starts arguing with me about what I ordered. Wait… what? Excuse me! The manager then takes a step back. Hold up, so this boy can come and talk serious bs about what I KNOW I ordered and you’re just going to sit there and let that fly. All I wanted was what I ordered. So at this time I run out to the truck… LOL. come on ppl… I just went to get my wallet because at this point I want my money back. My husband joins me, sees and hears how things are going down so that’s when he got involved. The boy backed down seeing a Offensive Lineman sized MAN standing up for his Lady. :D He then goes to the back to his station but is still trying to tell the manager what I did wrong. Needless to say this didn’t sit well with my husband or myself. What happened to the customer is always right? Especially in this case seeing as we actually gave him the name of the meal and not the number. I’ve never experienced such crap at any restaurant. No apologies or anything. In the end I ended up with a refund… they told me I could keep the food(fries & drink) that I had… YOUTHINK? I will NEVER give them my business again.
