Best Buy

I only go to Best Buy for all of my electronic needs. The customer service I get is always above and beyond. Because of this, I have yet to set foot in to a hhgregg.

This best buy in particular is by far my favorite. I never get someone trying to over sell me and seem to get very knowledgable employees that help me with choosing my purchase.

They recently had this sale where you give them your own personal dvd and you get a voucher for $ 5 off any blu-​ray movie, I went into this location with ten minutes until I had to be at work,
I was looking for a certain movie that
said was in stock, the BB employee and I could not find it, so I had to leave to go to work, the next day when I went to go in and get my movie, I realized the voucher expired, I explained this to the sales associate, and I was told she couldn’t help me.
Normally I could care less about an expired coupon and could care less about getting the discount, but I had to give best buy a personal item of mine to obtain this coupon, so I basically drove all the way to best buy from Woodstock, gave them my own movie, and walked out and got nothing for it.
I think this irritates me more because I work at a company where a customer is upset or disappointed 95% they find one way or another to make the customer happy, but whatever

Nice location with friendly people. The only reason I knocked a star off was for the size of the store and the amount of items in it. The store is on the smaller size and many things you find in other stores arent found here. So oftentimes you have to drive down to Crystal Lake to find your item that is needed. Otherwise, great store.
