Save your self the headache. They are the most ridiculous and I mean ridiculous company I have ever encountered. You are better off with USPS or DHL. The WORST and I mean the WORST service and customer service I have ever seen. They sent my package all over the place other than its final destination and did not deliver it on the 29th like the representative promised. And every time I called them, they told me 20 different things. No one knew where my package was and when it would be delivered. And then finally after days of calling them and being on the phone with them for more than 30 minutes, one rep told me that it wasn’t going to be delivered and that the receiver would have to pick it up. They made my customer reschedule her plans so that she can go pick up the package days after it was supposed to be delivered. Two representatives told me to request a refund for the horrible mix up and so I did. And guess what? They got back to me a couple days ago saying that they can’t process a refund because the package was sent between December 11 – 24 and that UPS doesn’t guarantee delivery between those dates. WHAT? RIDICULOUS!!! Why in the world would I ship it through them if i knew that they don’t guarantee delivery and that it wouldn’t arrive by the 29th of Dec.?? No body said anything to me about not having it be delivered on time until after the fact. In fact, the reps told me it will be delivered prior to 29th. And then they say«ohhh its written on our website and also in our store» The package was shipped on the 17th of Dec and my customer had to pick it up from another carrier on the 31st of December. RIDICULOUS!!! They made me look so bad in front of my customer and wasted my time. Now she is probably not going to ever return to my online store. Disconnected organization. The reps don’t know what they are talking about and just tell you random things so that they can get rid of you quick. Never and I mean NEVER shipping through them again and I advise you all to do the same. They just lost a loyal customer. And from the looks of other people’s post on here, it seems like I am not the only one who has had horrible experience with them.

Amazing customer Service. Brian was very nice and happy to help me. Also he helped me load the boxes in my car where they dont really need to do that. Way to go!
