Use to love this store, got great customer service. I would choose this place over the mall store. The mall store no one is professional. At this store there were the same friendly faces everytime. They have currently hired new employees. One in particular her name is lynette. Very rude, only talked about herself. When asking questions, if you were wrong she was very snippy and not helpful at all. No customer services skills. She even talked bad about the customer before us and couldnt wait to leave early. I felt for the first time, very uncomfortable here. So very dissapointed.

Well its been a cray few days congrats go out T-​MOBILE for effectively single handily destroying my business in under a week, lets hope I can return the favor.

Telling Me I had 4G in areas, where I had 2G or no service between exits 52 and 44 9 miles of lies 2g or no service
Ability of new contacts to reach me 0
The Harrisburg and Carlisle Pike my bread and butter MY truckers at all 4 truck stops and 8 terminals no service at all!!!
You get a free website never heard from their partner GO DADDY at all
