Papa Murphy’s

Dont get me wrong, the pizza is good. BUT, the service is absolutely horrible!!! Never on time, and workers are never that nice. The pizza also always seems sloppily put together. Time management problems obviously.

Convenient and very good De Lite pizzas at great price! Always have had excellent customer service as well.

I would not give this place one star if Unilocal would allow it. Apparently being able to read bold large case letters indicating chicken be put on the pizza is not required to work there. I mean I understand why they can’t work ovens there to heat up pizzas because children shouldn’t be using ovens and playing with fire, but at least an 8 year old can read the word chicken. And when confronted with the error even a child would apologize and not blame someone else, but of course that’s what happens at Papa Murphys. I always thought it was a scam to get people to order pizzas that aren’t cooked in a nice big pizza oven because it’s part of what you pay for, but come on having the ability to read should be required for everyone. No sorrys and no coupons for your lack of being sorry, that’s fine, I don’t want eat your stupid scam pizza anyways.

Fresh and clean and better than baked pizza! It’s nice to actually eat dripping cheese at home:)

Always tasty. An inexpensive dinner option for family. We have created our own favorite: white sauce with sun dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, spinach, and jalapenos. Yum. The kids get half cheese and pepperoni. On Valentine’s day they have a great shaped pizza.

Very convenient and down the street from my house! I love their pizza for cheap, its great! We order the stuffed chicken and bacon pizza and they always are generous with the toppings! Even the mini murph pizzas for the kids, there are always enough toppings for them. I love Papa Murphy’s!

5÷31÷12 Came in to order pizzas for dinner and I recently had surgery on my elbow and the guy that made my pizzas offered very politely to carry my order to my car I like that he went above and beyond five stars great customer service :-)

I came here a total of 3 times and out of all those times, I only purchased once.
I love Papa Murphy’s. I tried it several times at other locations.
My experiences here were meh.
The service was okay. Nothing spectacular and nothing horrible.
When I came other times I was shocked that this place was closed at 7:45. I checked online to see what time they close and it said 9pm so we drove there to see if it was still open. I understand that locations don’t always close at the same time so I let in go but when I went up to the door to see the hours, it didn’t have an end time.
I came here again yesterday because I saw that people were in there but the light were off. This was again at 7:30ish. I called just to see what time they closed. What’s the point of getting out of the car and walking to the door just to be kicked out again right? I called at least 5 times before they actually picked up the phone. Remember, I saw at least 4 workers walking around in there. This really frustrated me a lot.
When they finally picked up the phone, I asked what time they close and they said 8pm.
I thought it was so strange that they would start closing and turning off the lights 30 minutes before they are actually supposed to be done.

My biggest weakness is pizza. I could eat it for days. When we got our new roommate, she said that this was one of her favorite pizza places. I lived in Santa Cruz at one point, and new from many who worked there to stay away– But im not there anymore, so I decided to give it a shot. They have one pizza that is half pepperoni, and half Hawaiian (appropriately called the perfect pizza). With a large for about 10 bucks in hand we return home to the secret weapon. This random bulky pizza baking machine we made fun of my other roommate for owning… However, perfect perfect pizza everytime. Now, i must admit, my pizza craving is sometimes for papa murpheys.
