Pizza Guys

Last night I ordered a large pizza and was having my boyfriend pick up. We saw on Unilocal,if you check in to pizza guys, you got a free ice cream. My boyfriend walked in, showed employee he checked in and was told no. According to the workers, even if you check in, you have to «spend» over $ 15. No where on Unilocal does it say that. After a long day, and not wanting confrontation, my boyfriend hands worker $ 1.00 to make our total $ 15.03. The worker seemed confused and had to ask someone else if we could then get ice cream. My boyfriend said he was treated rudely, pizza was very cold and that we could not be back. I agree with him, pizza last night was awful, and we will not be back. Keep your end of your word.

I have ordered pizzas for years from this Pizza Guys. Always received good service. Tonight, not so good, I ordered the pizza and was given a price. I always remember the price because I always add on the tip. I rarely need change back due to including the tip. So I placed my order, got the cash payment ready. When the driver showed up he gave a different (higher) price. I told him that was not the price I was given on the phone. He didn’t even bother to contact the store and explain the situation and on top of that he was not able to give me change. He took my total payment and said he would return with my change. When he left, I contacted the store and was told what the total I was given when I ordered. I was then told by the manager that he would look into the situation, contact the driver, and call me back. Well, I never received a phone call back. Unfortunately I will not be ordering pizza from here for a very long time. Do it right the first time, Fix it right the second time, There is no third time. I will never do business with Pizza Guys again. I was never contacted as promised,

Very good pizza and bread sticks. We got the hawian with mushrooms, and the bacon cheese bread. The pizza saved our night staying at the awful travel lodge

I have to admit, they did make good for the bad experience. They offered a new order, delivered hot and on time, and they delivered that. The manager delivered my order personally. The effort they gave to correct my experience definitely has softened my view of the company. Besides, I do love the chicken bacon salad they have, if only I could remember to tell them no olives… Thank you for the attention given to making things right.

Service was real good. Price was reasonable. Personal pizza was only 5 dollars with a soda. Little hot inside however we were served quick. Staff tipped me to a meal deal that saved some money. Will come back again

their combination pizza is SO good. not heavy, just thin and perfect. pepperoni is good too.

I’m giving this place five stars because it needs some extra love in the reviews. I have never had problems with customer service, the owner is always there, and the pizza is always ready in 15 – 20 minuted hot, ready and delicious. Definitely the place for a reasonable price to your pizza craving. Give it a try, I’m sure you will enjoy it. I do note though that I haven’t been here when the owner isn’t. 1 xl pizza comes out to $ 17 with tax and a free 2L, you can also split it in half and have seperare toppings on the seperate sides.

My wife ordered our pizza 45 min in advance, when she arrived the girl took the money and went to the back and started to make pizzas. After patiently waiting for several minutes she got the girls attention and asked where the pizzas were? the girl replied oh the delivery driver took them. The girl then once again rudely went back to making pizzas. Then becoming annoyed she asked yet again where are my pizzas? The girl didn’t respond and went to the manager and started to talk to him, meanwhile they are serving patrons who came in after her. Finally the manager came to the counter and stated oh we are going to have to make your order over. These idiots dont know how to run a business and offered us nothing in return for the aggravation they caused us! We will never eat there again and warn all not to patronize this establishment !!! Thanks for nothing!!!

My husband and I like the pizza here. They do have good specials for large pizza’s. they messed up our delivery order a couple weeks back, but they did fix the situation.

Ordered from here for the first time Saturday evening. Not the greatest by far but when ya don’t wanna cook, ya get what ya pay for. The delivery driver was nice she found our house o.k. Pizza Guys is o.k. for late nite munchie food not my first choice tho.

I have tried to eat here twice. The first time I was cut off by an employee returning to work, and I decided not to eat here. A few days later, I was tail gated by another employee while doing my errands. Despite the bad vibe, I tried to eat here one more time. The closing time on their door says 1030pm. At 925pm, I went to order a pizza and I was rudely turned away that their store was closed. I will not try for the third time.
Update: I gave them one more try. I had pizza delivered. It was terrible! It tasted like cardboard, and the cheese was rubbery. Three strikes, and they’re done in my book.

I have not eaten here yet but the one and only time I went in with 30 minutes to spare before they closed the people working behind the counter were exceptionally rude.
My girlfriend and I asked whether or not they were still open and they looked at each other and gave us a dirty look for about 5 seconds. Than we just said never mind we will leave. Finally after all of this they responded with yeah we are still open.
The guy and girl were mopping up the floor so I am guessing they didn’t want to fire back up the oven and make some for us.
My take isnt about the food but just on the pure lack of customer service.
That night I ended up eating at Dominoes so I guess it just goes to show how bad service can really be.

This place is actually pretty good. This was my first time here and unfortunately for the employees it was at the end of the night. They were very nice and made pizza for me although I arrived at closing. They gave me the $ 15.99 deal for an XL pizza with 3 toppings and a 2 liter soda which is a great deal. The Crust could be better but you can’t really beat the price for what you get.

I like getting their special deal which is an extra large pizza with 3 toppings for only $ 16. The three toppings that I usually get is mushroom, chicken, and bacon. Instead of getting the ordinary tomato sauce, try their CREAMY GARLIC SAUCE!!! It is absolutely delicious. I usually like the Tuscany thin crust pizza style.
Free 2 liters soda or ice cream (1pint) at Pizza Guys when you pick up your orders or by ordering online. Once in awhile they give away free t-​shirts when you order over $ 30. I want the their t-​shirt but they ran out last time. =(
