Are you the type of coffee drinker that knows what you like and asks for certain blends specifically? Yeah, then this starbucks will mess up your order… every. single. time. Do you like friendly attitudes and smiling faces? Well, this isn’t the place for you. The driveway is littered with weeds and trash and is pretty much parallel with the type of service that you’ll get here. I am completely baffled that their tip jar is nearly full. Who tips such cruddy service? If you want a starbucks coffee, then believe it or not, the one set inside Target is the superior one… not this place.

Ordered my drink… got to the window. The gentleman was nice. Got to work and realized he gave me the wrong drink. Tried to call and speak to someone and the phone was busy for over 45 minutes. Nothing more annoying then paying 5 dollars for a wrong coffee and then not being able to speak to someone about it.

I have high expectations when it comes to coffee and sadly to say I was so disappointed! We ordered 4 drinks and the guy who took our order seemed to know what he is doing however the other girls didn’t. We got 3 drinks in about 5 minutes and were waiting patiently for the last until we realized people who ordered after us were getting their drinks. My mom decided to ask what was going on and the barista kindly stated that it got lost in the order. That wasn’t the problem. After, she called our name and delivered a tall drink instead of a venti. This is upsetting when you pay $ 5 for a large and receive a small. We corrected her than noticed she was pouring the tall drink in a venti cup which crossed the line. We had to ask her to simply make a whole new cup of the right size instead of just adding more ice. In the end, we thanked her for the trouble and didn’t even get a response or smile back. This location needs to improve their customer service!

— Good employees replaced with snooty, rude, bad employees — Starbucks thinks mocha means chocolate — Remade drinks totally wrong and without paid-for extra add-ins like espresso and flavor pumps This Starbucks used to be the ‘mold breaker’ of Starbucks for me. The drive-through is almost always manned by a guy and the three guys I’ve met in it are always so nice, thorough, and really take the time to make sure the drink is done right. …until yesterday. I drove up to the box and after his spiel, asked if they still had that ‘specialty’ coconut flavor drink. The guy replied, «We have coconut syrup.» I kinda… shrugged, and asked if they had any specialty drinks available. He replied, «We have a mocha coconut.». That’s what I was asking about earlier so I perked up and said, «Yay, that one!». The typical follow up questions were asked… I wanted ‘the big one’(because fuck Starbucks sizes) and then I always get more flavor/sugar added. Whatever has sugar in it that is a syrup is an acceptable replacement for sugar. He says, «Uh, it already has 4 pumps in it…» Weird, I didn’t ask how many pumps it had in it. I said, «Okay…but I still want 3 more on top. If it’s sweetened coconut syrup that’s fine, sugar works too, a mix of those, whichever works.» Slight pet peeve, why are they SO against putting liquid sugar in drinks? They have it, you can see it from the counter in most Starbucks. But they will –always– try to get you to take more flavor pumps before using sugar. …so weird. Extra coffee and of course, no whip. So I pull up and the exchange happens. He gives me a –dark-, whip cream and chocolate syrup topped drink. I sigh inside but I don’t like to make a fuss at these places. I smile and move along. I take a drink at the stop sign and oh my fucking god it’s like straight Hershey’s syrup. No coconut, just chocolate and this weird powder. The whip, I can do. A chocolate drink? Not at all what I ordered. I’ve had this drink 3 times just from this location and it never tasted like that. I turn around and go back and at the box I say, «I’m sorry, I just ordered a mocha coconut drink and it’s very… it’s very chocolaty.» He says, «What?» …“I just ordered a mocha coconut, just a moment ago, and it tastes like chocolate powder and it has whip on it, and chocolate syrup.” …“Uh…yeah. Mocha is chocolate.” …I was not having that argument at the window with 3 cars behind me. «Okay, well then that’s not what I wanted.» «Okay so what you actually want is a coffee with coconut, kay, anything else?» …“No whip.“ I pull up, and he hands me what is one shade darker than milk, COVEREDINWHIP. There was seriously no coffee in there at all. No coffee, no sugar. Just coconut, milk, powder, and WHIP. I ended up taking them both home, scraping the whip into the trash, mixing them together, splitting it with my brother, and still not enjoying it. I really am not picky. Chock-Full-‘O-Nuts, toss in some cream and sugar. Nothing fancy. Starbucks is my girly, not-even-coffee treat. I learned a long time ago not to expect –any– coffee flavor in a frap from Starbucks. They don’t scale the shots to the cup size, it’s just not meant to be a real coffee. That’s not to say they don’t have some good coffee, just that they don’t put it in their drinks. lol Anyway. MOCHAISNOTCHOCOLATE! –MOCHA– is a type of coffee bean. A specialty bean, with a very distinct flavor and aroma. It is said that it has an almost chocolaty taste. A mocha ‘style’ drink is one that enhances this ‘chocolaty’ taste by using chocolate syrups or powders. Like, café mocha, Swiss mocha, etc. Why is ‘mocha coconut’ actually ‘chocolate coconut’ and why isn’t ‘double chocolate chip frap’ actually ‘double mocha chip frap’? Why isn’t ‘double chocolate brownie’ changed to ‘double mocha brownie’? Oh, because they’re NOT interchangeable. This actually sent me on a trip down Google lane and I found that everything listed as ‘mocha’ actually means chocolate. They have a ‘mocha’ sauce that is literally just chocolate; it’s the chocolate they put in all their drinks. Their ‘mocha’ powder is just swiss miss powder. At the –very– least, mocha is coffee with chocolate. At no point should all coffee be removed from something and it still be called mocha. I refuse to be one of those irritating people that has to sit and school them on the fact that I want ‘mocha beans from Yemen as my base coffee’ and not ‘swiss miss powder mixed with water’. So instead, I’m done with this Starbucks and anything at a Starbucks that requires more thought that pouring a black coffee.

Breakfast was very disappointing(fake eggs) but besides that… only place I can enjoy a white chocolate mocha or a smoothie on the go! Always quick service and accurate. Staff here almost always seems to be nice and courteous whether in drive thru or dining room

Today I had to meet a business client at this Starbucks and overall I wasn’t too impressed with the service. When we ordered our coffees, the person I was with asked about the flavors of the Tiramisu Latte and the girl behind the counter said«I’ve never tried it». She came off a bit rude and you should never tell customers you haven’t tried something if you work there. She could’ve made something up and been friendly but I guess that’s too much to ask. I’m not much of a coffee drinker so I ordered a simple triple espresso which I felt was more like a double. Since I don’t visit Merritt Island too often, I seriously doubt I will ever come back here.

Great Starbucks. Constantly gets my order correct. Pretty well stocked and they get you in and out in a timely fashion. Great lattes, especially the green tea. A little hard to find, if you don’t know what you’re looking for, though they are easy to get in and out of once you find them.

Great Starbucks. Visited 3 days in a row and had excellent service: friendly, efficient. Woman with new arm ink is especially awesome. Tables and floors are clean. Café seating out front for sunny days.

I like a good Starbucks in a pinch. This one is very convenient for its drive through! The service was a bit slow when I went but that could be due to a myriad of things. When I’m not near my local coffee shop this one would do.

I’m a huge fan of Starbucks however this location leaves a little to be desired in the way of cleanliness. The baristas have always been very gracious and pleasant but they never seem to leave from behind the counter. The tables are sticky and dirty. If they weren’t this Starbucks would be a 5 star location.

While Starbucks is not my first choice in chain coffee shops, it’s what is available to us locally. The«staple» menu items like coffee and tea are always ready to go and most of the baristas have mastered their craft but what has earned MI Starbucks two stars is the fact that it is continually out of stock on novelty foods. Twice in the month by 9:00am on a weekday morning they have sold out of classic coffee cake. How does that happen? Management needs to do a better job of forecasting it’s needs. Surely they are leaving money on the table by walking customers who can not get what they want.

I never thought it would be possible to detest a Starbucks until I started coming to this one. I’ve been all over the world and into hundreds of Starbucks. Starbucks is very near and dear to my heart and this one is, by far, the worst. I’ve been in it a total of four times, because I give businesses the benefit of the doubt if the first time I visit is not good. This fourth — and final — time was the straw that broke the camel’s back. The staff acts like they’re so put out to have to work, the coffee is always piss warm and gross, and the dining area constantly looks like a pig sty. On top of that, when I walked in this morning, there was a huge dog lounging on the floor. Now I’m not a dog hater,(I have two of my own) but I have a MASSIVE problem with people bringing dogs into places where food is served and the space is small. There are people in this world with severe allergies. Yes, the owner was a DB for bringing it in, but why wouldn’t the staff tell him he needs to sit outside with it? I can only assume it’s because they don’t give a sh*t. And it’s clearly evident they don’t give a sh*t about the place at all based on how they act, how dirty it is, and the condition of the coffee. I’m not trying to be mean here, but hopefully the owner of this location will read this review and make changes. The location is great and the building itself is nice.

You’re immediately greeted with that intoxicating smell of fresh coffee beans when coming thru the door. Always greeted with a smile. Always served efficiently and with courtesy. Always a nice place to sit and relax with your favorite Brew. Always satisfies. For a «Chain Store» they’re pushing all the right buttons. Enjoy!
