They always have delicious donuts. Got the bacon maple syrup for my husband. It’s his absolute favorite. We got my mom addicted to this place as well. None of the flavors will ever disappoint.

The place is great. The donuts are wonderful treats and they make a find cortadito. It’s a perfect place to stop morning or after dinner.

I thought this place was great. The customer service was perfect. There was a guy and a girl. The girl explained all of the different donuts and re-explained when I had forgotten. I ended up with three. She did a great job. I even bought a package of Zeke’s coffee. Although, she did not know about the coffees, she found someone who did. Both the guy and the girl had wonderful customer service skills — friendly, helpful, and attentive.

Definitely my favorite place in the area for some yummy donuts! Lots of great flavors to choose from. Way better than Dunkin donuts! We have been a few times and always love the food. The reason for only 3 stars in the service. The last time we came in it felt like we were a nuisance to the two girls working. Neither one seemed interested in telling us what the flavors were and kept rushing us asking if we had decided. Not a huge deal, just disappointing.

This is a little place off the hidden path in downtown Cocoa Village. The donuts are okay though. They have some cool varieties but the donuts themselves are little boring. Recently they changed the way the store operates. Now only fresh donuts made from 7 am to 1pm. I tried the apple fritter(it was huge) but had a lot of oil/grease residue. The cinnamon roll was boring and not enough cinnamon filling. I really don’t think this place is that special and they haven’t kicked it up a notch since opening. If anything they seem to have scaled back on the topping and variety to save money. I have tried several varieties of donuts and just thought a few were good and prices are pretty high for donuts. They do have cold drip Yama coffee if that’s your thing.

The place had a great vibe to it and it’s a good price for a local donut shop. They don’t label what their house, specialty, and monster donuts(which are all different prices) are and they’re all mixed up so you’d have to ask. There’s not as much variety as I thought there would be, thus a little disappointing. It’d only be a few trips before I tried all their donuts.

I visited today to get some donuts, there weren’t any other customers, but it seemed as though they were annoyed by me coming in. They didn’t offer to tell me what the different flavors were either so I just had to guess. The donuts were dry and one of the ‘specialty’ donuts I got was extremely small(I will post a picture). A big disappointment for the price, I won’t be back.

One of my favorite places in Rockledge. Donuts and coffee are pretty awesome. I’m a pretty high strung when it comes to my coffee and donuts and this place is great. Donuts are different each day and made fresh every morning. Baristas need to learn how to heat the milk properly for a cappuccino or latte(over steamed), so I usually order an iced latte. Espresso has good flavor and crema they use beans from Zeke’s, and have a good manual machine. I will be back.

These are the best donuts ever! There’s something different about them. They’re fluffier than any other donut I’ve had and just seem much more substantial. I’ve been in the shop a couple of times and every time there are more new flavors than I could imagine. I’ve had a s’mores, chocolate peanut butter, and most recently a «house» donut that was chocolate frosted. All were great! The flavors were unique and not over-done or over-the-top. Following them on Facebook gives offers for free house donuts a couple of times a week– usually by bringing an object in or performing a task. The staff is always friendly and willing to take the time to explain all the options. There are new donut selections daily, but small signs labeling each donut type would probably alleviate stress from the staff having to explain everything a hundred times a day. The atmosphere is inviting– cute little shop. There’s no seating, but sitting by the river at the park across the street can’t be beat! I’ve only had their regular coffee, which was just standard coffee, but I have been tempted by all their different flavored specialty drink offerings and look forward to trying one soon. Can’t wait to be back in soon!

These donuts are amazing. I always want one for a cheat meal. Ate 5 of them in one day once but they’re that good

Brought a variety and they were an office hit; just wish there were a couple of plain Jane ones available(for the not so sugary consumers). Nonetheless, awesome. Will return.

Great donuts that are mostly gourmet. The staff was very friendly and able to help us. The dough of the donut was very good, we could of eaten it without the frosting!

Fritters are amazing quality and made to satisfy. Donuts are creative and fun and always fresh. If you call ahead they will make fritters for you by request because they sell out of them quickly. The only reason why I did not give them 5 stars is because they do not offer any healthier options for those who do not want soooo much sweet… but then I guess they wouldn’t be the Sugar Shack if they did that.

I cannot rave about this place enough! Every single donut is made with love! Their apple fritters are AMAZInG and bring me back to my childhood with my mother on Sunday mornings. The cappuccinos are amazing also. The staff is so patient and friendly! Treat yourself! This place is so worth it!

So in love with Sugar Shack! This is the same Sugar Shack Donuts up in the DC metro area. Their donuts are the best ones I’ve had, hands down.(Sorry KK!) I love me some KK donuts, especially when the Hot Fresh now light is on, but these are 1,000,000 times better! All the donuts are light and fluffy and yeasty with the perfect amount of icing or glazing. The donuts are huge and incredibly satisfying. If you buy 6, you get a 5% discount; 12 will get you a 10% discount. I’m beyond overjoyed that we’ve got a Sugar Shack here in FL. I’ll be coming down to visit my mom more often now that I know there’s a Sugar Shack in town where she’s at ;D

There is simply no place like Sugar Shack Donuts and Coffee to get incredibly fresh, delicious, and gourmet quality donuts and a stellar cup of coffee. Try the Yama cold brew coffee and personal fav donuts are the maple bacon, the carrot cake, and the apple fritter! The staff treat you like family and the vibe is very positive and fun! These guys are the top — and it’s an easy stop on your morning drive in to work or school. Check em out!

I drove 30 minutes away from my location to come here because their donuts looked amazing on facebook. The teenage staff there consisted of one boy and one girl. The girl was pretty rude, and brushed me and my group off when we asked what type of donuts they had. Another customer walked in and while we were STILL figuring out what donuts they had, she rudely announced«If you’re not ready I am going to help the next customer». Needless to say I was uncomfortable the rest of the time there. The young man working there was alright, quiet but friendly. I was not impressed with the donuts. They taste exactly like a Dunkin Donut’s donut, only a bit fatter and fluffier, and much more expensive. For what it was worth, I will not be coming back!

This is tiny place but people working there were very friendly and in a good mood. Cool assortment of flavours like maple bacon, sea salt. Prices are a lil over a buck… Donuts were okay, not the best, not bad. Not a yay to my taste buds. So i will just keep going to my usual donut shop instead of here.

I was so excited when I heard there was a donut shop coming to cocoa village! But this is no ordinary donut shop, no this place is special. Walking up and smelling the scents coming from this place, half way down the street, you know it’s going to be grand. Walk in and are greeted pretty quickly and being our first time, explained the different donuts and the background on the business itself. Everyone just gets to experiment and come up with awesome combinations for donuts, I’m jealous! Decided on an apple fritter, bacon maple and Cinnamon Toast Crunch. The best apple fritter I’ve ever had and huge! That alone is worth going for. Loved the maple bacon too, not so much the Cinnamon Toast Crunch but a great idea! Ordered a café con leche and it was delicious. Next time want to try this coffee that is brewed cold and takes 12 hours to make, sounds awesome! Will be visiting again soon.
