Best cappuccino! Great sandwiches! A real family atmosphere! If you’re in this cute town, it’s a must especially if you like coffee!

We found this place on Unilocal and are glad we did. It’s a quiet place with excellent coffee and hot light breakfast foods. The bacon, egg, and cheese bagel was delicious and the guy who waited on us was friendly. We’ll definitely go back!

Love this place! Feels like home because the last owners and new owners are very sweet and friendly! The peanut butter and chocolate frappé is out of this world great!

Just moved from the Pacific Northwest, and the coffee here is as good as it is there. The owner is amazing and very nice. The Club sandwich is one of the best. The staff is friendly, they have loyal customers, very clean.

Found this cute little coffee shop on my Unilocal app. The coffee is good, but their breakfast sandwich is muy deliciosio. I got an Egg Breakfast on a croissant with cheddar cheese and honey ham to-go for my sister. It was torture watching her eat the delectable, generous-sized sandwich and I wished I had gotten one for myself. Luckily the sister isn’t that greedy and was generous enough to offer me half since she said she couldn’t finish the other half. I respectfully declined though but had a bite of it and it was yum. The service was very friendly and the lady at the counter was very patient with me. The shop is well kept and clean, and the chairs are super comfy. I will be back for their breakfast sandwiches when I’m in town again.

Place poses as a coffee shop but lacks authenticity. Nothing original about it. They do have a great flavor coffee(Jamaican Me Crazy, I think) but I could buy that brand of coffee to use in my Keurig. They cook their eggs via the microwave. Their bagels choices are slim and are of the store bought variety.

Awesome place to stumble across on an early morning –the excellent(& cheap!) breakfast burritos with real ingredients were a welcome treat. Coffee was superb! And it’s a very short stroll(1 – 2 min) to the water should you get your drink to go. If the weather is nice you can enjoy outdoor seating, though there’s not a lot anyone can do about the traffic other than to focus on the beautiful day instead :-) I came back each day that I was visiting

Super friendly staff… yummy treats… amazing coffee! We love Lazy Bean! The service is great! My boyfriend and I cycle down Indian River Drive, and we use Lazy Bean as our motivation to get up and go. This is a great little spot for coffee and breakfast on your morning ride. I can’t wait to try the chicken salads — that’s next on my list.

Nice little place. Everything is made fresh and the staff strives to please. Priced very reasonably and the food is good. Service was a bit slow, but if you want fast food, go to McDonalds. It’s relaxing and homey here.

There are hardly any places who know how to make coffee like this place. I am from San Diego, and I went on a car ride from Port Canaveral to Lazy Bean Coffee. She had her whole family there since they are out of school right now! Everyone helped out, filled my mug several times, and they have WIFI with a lot of space to hang out. We also ate some breakfast sandwiches that were great. She also does catering, and the stuff she was making looked amazing! It’s my spot when I’m in that part of the country, drowning in a sea of that burnt, Seattle brand coffee.

Loved it. Very friendly people, great coffee and a croissant breakfast sandwich. What more could you want? OK, if you’re looking for the big sit down breakfast, this isn’t it, but for something simple, they cover the bases.

Fantastic service. Really good food. Great wifi. People working here are awesome. We shared the chicken salad and quiche, both are perfect and they let you put mix ins with the chicken salad.

There is nothing lazy about the beans being served up at Lazy Bean Coffee & Deli. I needed a place to kill some time, and a coffee shop always does the trick. This isn’t your average coffee shop though. With a full menu of salads & sandwiches they offer so much more. I sashayed my way up to the counter and ordered myself a cappuccino. The barista went as far to ask if I like it more dry like a traditional capp or creamy like a latte. Nice touch I must say. Plenty of foam on this baby. Only wish I would have mentioned I was staying there so I could have gotten a nice little cup rather than the traditional to-go cup. Oh well; my bad. Very cute, homey & bright on the inside. It’s street parking, so good luck with that. It also happens to be on a really busy curve, so if you’re not 100% sure where you’re going you might pass it the first time. I didn’t; just saying how I could see how it would happen. There are a couple of extra big street spots out front, but if those are full you’l have to look elsewhere.

I had the 7 bean soup which was very good. I also had a turkey and Swiss on rye. Very good, fresh lunch.

I’m happy to have found somewhere decent during my travels to get a cup of coffee. I’m absolutely spoiled when it comes to finding a quality cup, and getting good coffee is one of my largest concerns while traveling. To be totally straight forward, Lazy Bean Coffee Company didn’t amaze me in regards to quality, but the coffee was leagues above what I’ve come to expect.(i.e. chain coffee shops and small cafes with garbage quality.) I ordered a small double shot latte, which was good, but not particularly flavorful and a little thin in consistency. My friend ordered a frozen drink which looked incredibly refreshing. Lazy Bean uses Monin syrups to flavor their drinks. The shop doesn’t smell like coffee, which was a little weird and the 1st thing I noticed when I walked in. Overall the shop is very comfortable however. There weren’t a lot of choices for pastries, but they do serve food, so Lazy Bean is probably a good place to stop in for lunch. I’m giving them 4 stars because their service was really good, and I genuinely enjoyed my visit there.

They know how to make great espresso! And they grind coffee right before preparing, as should be done. Didn’t eat, but food i saw being served looked very good. Nice clean place. Inside establishment is much nicer than street outside. Owners are there, a super nice. Strongly recommend.

Friendly staff. The owners are their, too. The coffee is always fresh-they brew it fresh to order. The variety of coffee beans they stock is impressive. They also offer a huge assortment of teas. The deli serves fresh ingredients and the portions are impressive. Anything from soup, sandwiches fresh muffins and brownies are all hand made. This is a great place to hang out with friends or just grab a quick coffee on the run. This place beats the chain coffee shops hands down.

If you’re looking for something local and off the chains beaten path this is the place. Dottie and her husband have been in business for five years. I stopped in to buy a cup of coffee for my treck towards Miami. I ended up leaving an hour and a half later with a pound of Sumatra, half pound of house blended espresso beans and a new friend. I didn’t try any of there food selections but heard several people compliment their breakfast sandwiches.

I was seeking out a non-Starbucks location where I could hang out for a few hours before a meeting(I was in town briefly, live in Orlando and wanted to be in the area before traffic started). I researched Lazy Bean on their Facebook and website and decided this was my ideal hangout spot. Adorable little shop — but not really little, nice and spacious with a generous upstairs. Tables and chairs well placed for small groups, pairs, and didn’t feel cluttered at all. Inspirational décor all over gave it a homey-feel. Bright, clean, great way to wake up in the morning. The staff was wonderful, they greeted us like a regular and then explained the basics once they found out we were first-timers. The iced coffees were outstanding and the bagels were fresh, slightly chewy, toasted to perfection. We were checked up on ever so often to see if we needed anything and they didn’t seem to mind we were camping out for wi-fi(although I always make sure I keep ordering drinks and tip well). My only complaint is that we didn’t get to come back for lunch or a snack because they closed at 4! I would’ve loved some coffee for the road! Definitely a return-to place when I’m in the area. They carry a huge selection of the Monin syrups which are in my opinion the top quality for coffee flavorings. They also had delicious roasts that were pre-flavored(I had the chocolate raspberry iced — yum!) and I wish I had grabbed a bag of beans to go. They also sell all the Monin syrups, even in tiny sizes which is great to try out new flavors without having to commit to a whole bottle. Must come back here!
