Brock, Jason and the team at Tribe Mesa have always been top notch and gone over and above for anything and everything I have needed. From making a special trip to Scottsdale to pick up and item they were out of stock on and bring it back SAME DAY or to staying a little late after work to help me out when I have time restrictions. Brock has helped me out on numerous purchases, repairs and services and I feel 100% confident in letting them work on my bikes. Jason has been a huge help in selecting products, trying them out and getting my family dialed in the running department. From bikes, shoes, gear, tubes and tires, etc. Tribe is an excellent shop and one of the best in the valley! Keep it up!

I typically don’t post, but this retail experience has been so positive since relocating to the Mesa area… I feel obliged to tell a few people.
If you are single sport or multi-​sport enthusiast… if you need your bike repaired… If you just need trail riding advice … If you are looking for a group to ride with… If you need better performing trail running shoes… This is the place. Awesome bike repair, good assortment of product, a knowledgeable staff, and the best customer service I have received in years.

I wish I could give them 10 stars! I walked in very frustrated with trying, and failing, to buy running shoes that I was really comfortable in. Brock listened to my rant and went quickly to work to find my perfect shoes. There was no pressure to buy anything, but plenty of assurance that if I did and was unhappy I wouldn’t have any problems brining my shoes back. I walked out with a pair of running shoes that I felt great about buying from a locally owned family business that I felt great about buying from.

Hands Down Best Bike Shop in the East Valley.
I drive over 20 miles each way to shop locally at Tribe Multisport Mesa.
Everytime I visit, I am glad I did. Great product selection. Friendly customer service.
Vast product and service knowledge. Fair Prices. Good small talk while just hanging out. ;-)

I’ve been in here a few times already, and I really wish this place was located a lot closer to me (I live in the NW Valley), because this would be my go-​to shop. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and will spend as much time with you as you need. They have a fantastic Triathlon starter package (bike, kit, wetsuit, and a bunch of other stuff) for $ 2k. Right now the bike that comes with it is a Felt (ultegra!) that’s worth that price alone. I should also mention that although their other location in Scottsdale is larger, and the customer service was also good, this location is still my favorite.
