Been coming here for years never had a customer service issue. I will say the prices are not that great especially for kids. Kids shoes run $ 25 and up. I wish this place had more value to offer. It’s very much a customer sales them selfs atmosphere. Some people like that I guess. All major brands offered here with the exception of luxury brands. Will be back loose one star for no customer facilities. Restrooms are a must.

Just like any other typical shoe place, employess are friendly but how how is it on sale if the sale price $ 40 and the orginal price at other stores is $ 30…hmmmm I wont be shopping here on to the other store for the same show at $ 10 cheaper…

I used to shop here for my daughter’s shoes, because she needed shoes with lower arches offered in most high tops, but needed the ankle support high tops offer. Not only could I find shoes for her, but they usually were on sale. This visit was surprisingly unimpressive. The strapped sandals all had heels and started at outrageous prices. All the athletic or tennis shoes were aimed more towards those looking for fashion, and not function. I have found more functional and less expensive shoes at Payless and Wal-Mart.
