Kohl’s

The only reason I did one star is because you couldn’t go any lower. The girl in the customer service department was rude, mean & a liar. We went in this morning @ 8:00 and she was already complaining to the cashier that she didn’t want to be there and the smart people where the ones that called in. So I went up to exchange some shirts and her first response is that you can take that to the cashiers. I’m like your customer service that’s your job, so I just ask for a refund so I could get away from her. I go shopping come right back and the price is higher for the same shirt at the cashier so they send me back to her and she is like I’ll do one but not both with a rude attitude. So I ask for a manger and tell him what going on and he tells her to do it so she keep asking him if he is sure. He tell her again to take care of it and then she comes back with that I cuss her. He states sir I will have you removed from this store for cussing a employee I’m like I didn’t cuss her and that she a liar. So I tell him that he seems to be upstanding and don’t go there, that never happen I never cuss her because if I did you would know and do would everyone else in this store. So he tell her again to give me the price that I paid. Now understand I have the org receipt. So she finally takes back the money she just gave me for the refund 5 mins before and checks it for counterfeit. I’m like you just handed me that money she like its our policy. Your policy is the check $ 5 bills. What a idiot. Also the cashier called her (Kirstin) the wrong name and she yelling at her that’s not my name, if you want me to answer you call me by my name, it’s Christie. As I’m leaving the Manager (Allan) is like it that time of year and I’m like no she just a hateful rude person and shouldn’t be working customer service. The cashier was nice and overall the manager seem like a good person but stay away from this customer service girl just horrible. Ok so I vented feel a little better now

This Kohl’s is in a giant shopping area and the parking is easy. I find this Kohl’s has a good selection of the things I am shopping for. Customer service was good. I like the sales and the easy returns at Kohl’s.

The mens jeans department was messy unorganized and no selection… Looking for Levis 560 …

I love this place! We shop here often, and with all the coupons and discounts, rather cheaply. They send $ 10 off gift cards every 2 – 3 weeks, and the minimum they require the ticket to ring up to is $ 10! YES!!!
Of course I go over the $ 10 some, but with additional discounts for buying more and inbox coupons that can be combined with all other discounts, why not?
Oh, did I mention that they will accept returns without a receipt? The places that do that are few and far between.

I can’t speak to how this Kohl’s compares to others as I don’t shop other Kohl’s. I can say that I like this store.
The staff is OK as is the layout of the store and it’s cleanliness. These would probably merit a 3 star rating– but they put some great things on clearance. We go about once every two weeks just to see what is marked down. These values are what takes this store into 4 star range.
Add to that that we get a 10 dollar off card in the mail about once a month and this bargain loving guy is smitten. One recent example– my eldest son has been wanting some Vans. Well they had a pair marked down from 75 to 13 bucks. After using the 10 dollar off card I scored him those Vans for 3 bucks! These are actually pretty typical of the kind of deals I find here almost every time I stop in.
