Whataburger

This was by far the worst WB I’ve ever been to in my life!!! Went today around 1pm to dine in… big mistake. The first thing I noticed were all the flies everywhere… by the drink machines, by the order counter, in the dinning area and in the kitchen!!! Nasty! All minority women working the front, all with typical attitudes, everyone arguing about who does what, half just standing around doing nothing and complaining cause they don’t want to be there… constant back n forth getting louder and louder… I almost said Fk it and walked out but my order came… I ate as fast as I ever had and got the hell outta there. It’s a shame cause I’m noticing a pattern at some local fast food places… you can almost always tell what kind of service you’re going to get from certain people with certain attitudes. Store managers/​owners need to pay more attention to their teams and who they let work with whom and loose the freaking attitudes.

I know you may wonder why I am reviewing a fast good establishment and why it is getting one star. Very simple– the manager Ben who is currently on duty is verbally chastising the entire staff I about 10 for the entire restaurant to hear. Every time he walks off, the staff whispers how scared they are of him. Simply– I didn’t stop for food to witness this type of behavior. Maybe they should be more aware of their food. Burger is cold and the entire order came out incorrectly. Guess what– I’m not saying anything to the staff because I fear the same treatment that the staff is receiving should I complain. Normally love whataburger– will not be back to this location.

A fast food review? Yes i’m only doing this one because of the food and two just an alternative to wanting a good burger and not wanting to drive to a good joint because they are closed. Whataburger has got to be up there in at least the top 3 of fast food burgers. One real beef none of that myestery meat that you can go out and play hockey with or bend and it never rips. Fresh produce well at times depending on when you go. The burgers are hot, juicy with the cheese being an like a cherry on top. Going here alot of times and being a fresh dropped fry guy never ask for fresh fries in the drive thru for some werid reason you never get them it’s better to go inside and see if their laying around over the heat lamps and do it that way. Onion rings being okay but the ketchup being legal crack. You will soon find yourself putting this on just about everything and covering your fries in them and getting that salty/​sweet mix.
Breakfast being the main reason this is my top pick for a quick morning stop. There are hits and misses on the breakfast menu misses being the pancakes and the honey butter chicken biscuit sorry but this isn’t Chick-​Fil-​A and their version doesn’t even come close skip it. The hits being the taquito, breakfast on a bun and the biscuit sandwich. Hash brown stix are a good side with the breakfast combos i would say order more than just one. So if you ever see the big orange W late at night or early morning turn in and enjoy
