Dinner here tonight was amazing! We arrived having no idea what to order, but luckily our awesome server, Diego A., took very good care of us. Honestly, he guided our whole meal. We knew we wanted some sort of ceviche, but that was it… He gave us expert recommendations, and advised us on portion size. We couldn’t have had the amazing meal we did without his guidance. And as for the food itself — OMG so good! Fresh and flavorful and prepared perfectly! I highly recommend giving this place a try. Especially if you haven’t had this type of food before. Just ask for Diego ;)

This place is awesome!!! Best Ceviche around. Only reason they don’t get 5 stars is that the specials are $ 70 and servers push them hard.

Food is delicious (as always). Service was superb. BUT they MUST DO SOMETHING with the music. It was way too loud (I could hardly hear the 4 people at our table), it was techno that doesn’t even go with the restaurant concept or audience. Seating outside next time I’m there.
Also beware of the ‘SPECIALS’ they are way overpriced!!!

Vegan friendly — ask for the quinoa with veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, peppers, bean sprouts, snow peas). Fresh, healthy and nice portion size. Looks and tasted like fried rice, but so much better.
My wife had the ceviche with three sauces — one fish, one shrimp and one octopus. She’s Peruvian and said absolutely five stars.
Service was outstanding.
Décor has nice touches of Peruvian ceramics and textiles.
All around great place.
Well worth the trip.

Had dinner here on a Saturday night. Got to sit outside. They have heating lamps available also. The service was great, our server was friendly and informative. All the food we tried was great! If you’re a carnivore you will love this place. Not a lot of veggie options though. Which is why I caved on my veggie diet today lol.
Ceviche of fish sampler plate. We tried 3 different sauces with the fish and all tasted great! The fish tasted fresh — great for a warm day. It is also served with corn, sweet potato and corn nuts. The portions for this was very big for just two people so unless your starving I would suggest just ordering one to share.
We also ordered the Peruvian entrée sampler. It included arroz con pollo, aji de gallina and lomo saltado. The flavor and cook on all of the meat was fantastic! The skin was pretty tough on the chicken for the «arroz con pollo» but the meat was still good. The rice was delicious and I really enjoyed the aji de gallina, but the lomo saltado… I couldn’t stop eating it! That’s how good it was.
Dessert: we ordered the ambrosia de chocolate. This was ok. Good mousse chocolate cake but nothing amazing. I really wish we had ordered something more traditional. The nice this about birthdays is that they sing for the person and add happy birthday to the cake! Nice surprise for my friend ;)
Overall, had a great experience here and if I were a local it would be one of my favorite places.

Expected a bit more in terms of flavor and quality of ingredients.
I’ve visited Juan since 2010 and watched his flavor become a destination with his downtown location. Although this is my first time here, feels far from his original flavor.

Everything was amazing. We ordered with our eyes and didn’t know prices so it is pricey but no complaints food and ambiance was great! Will be back on my next vacation

AMAZING FOOD!
This place is absolutely out of this world! Of course we came here for the ceviche and we were not disappointed.
What we ordered:
(2) daily special: lobster ceviche
— classic (Anconero)
— spicy (Amarillo)
Though they were about $ 70 each, they were super fresh and delicious. Each had a full lobster, oysters, scallops, fish, shrimp… Everything a ceviche should have.

Not only was the food delicious, the service was very good as well. Our server did such a great job with his up sell that we couldn’t say no to him! He was very friendly and attentive. Wonderful experience at a wonderful establishment. I can’t wait to go back! Worth every penny.

This place is nice in many ways. The ceviche is very flavorful and tender. The location is not too bad, though I prefer the outdoor seating.
My advice? Do not under any circumstance order the specials. Why be grossly over-​charged for day old seafood? The special we ordered came in at just above 50 bucks and contained less food that our ceviche appetizer. Basically 30% of the portion was just lobster shell.
Additionally, the waiters did not do a great job of explaining which ceviche was what in the ceviche trio that we ordered. Reading some of the other reviews, it seems like it’s just luck of the draw in terms of the quality of service that you’ll receive. Obviously some waiters will be more eager to explain that others.

Busy restaurant serving delicious food. The surf n turf was really tasty. Includes steak, chicken, scallops, shrimp and octopus. The Peruvian cocktails are very good. The milk cake dessert did not disappoint.

Ceviches deliciosos. Pedimos um prato q vem com três tipos diferentes mas todos estavam divinos. O pescado muito fresco e único reparo era para o tamanho dos pedaços q pro meu gosto poderiam ser menores

Located in the west side of Lincoln Road Mall.
Parking is a challenge and expensive if you try to park self park. I recommend using the valet parking offered by the restaurant.

The ceviche trio was awesome. 3 different tastes.
We also had the tiradito sampler and it was good.
The best dish was the recommendation from our waiter. It was an octopus cooked on a pan with potatoes. It is difficult to describe the flavor. It is just exquisite.
Dessert: the passion fruit mouse is great.

Great Peruvian! The special ceviche recommended by the waiter was really good though it also cost $ 55 – 60 or so. The service was amazing as well. Two managers came and asked us how everything was and suggested more Parmesan cheese on the pasta. Or waiter refilled our free fried corn starter three times and on the third gave us a tip of how to eat it in the ceviche sauce. On a hot humid Miami day, our water was almost always full even after we paid the bill.
The ceviche was probably the best thing we got both everything we got was good. It seemed like other tables were sampling with lots of varieties of ceviches from the menu vs the specials. It also seemed many of the specials were heavier, perhaps more suitable for a dinner meal vs lunch. But regardless, everything we ordered was good. And despite the high price on the ceviche, it seemed like a pretty good value to us. The lobster we got seemed really big and had a lot of fish in it as well. If I were in town again, I’d come back.
Only complaint is that there aren’t enough bathrooms — when the restaurant gets even half full, there is often a wait.

Omggggggggggggggggad!
I thought I’ve tasted good Peruvian food before this place but clearly I have not. Simply fabulous from start to finish. Ordered the mixed ceviche and wow. Super fresh and citrusy. Just wonderful overall. Also got the Lomo Saltado with fish. BOMB. The portions were huge so I couldn’t finish it. I’d share this dish unless you’re starving. Got a pitcher of some fruity champagne drink. Vey good also. Staff was attentive and welcoming too! Highly highly highly recommend if you’re in the area. Well worth it.

What a lovely place. design, execution and cuisine all exquisite. My friend and I shared a papas huancaina, a shrimp ceviche which is a bit over priced and the special of the night which was black and white quinoa with the usual Peruvian sauce cream and yellow peppers. On top were slices of rare tuna.
Great wine and drink list… Very attentive and happy waiters which means they are pleased with their jobs.
I think it’s a fun place for all! Have a good time like they do.

It’s been awhile since I’ve given a restaurant a perfect rating, however CVI. CHE 105 deserves every star!
This was my first time dining here, after getting a recommendation from the Standard. My server Javier was really attentive. As a matter of fact, the whole staff was! I was dining by myself, sitting at the ceviche bar and just about every server came by to either clean up my eating area or check up on me.
The menu is extensive and a bit intimidating, being that I’m not too familiar with Peruvian food. My default dish is lomo saltado, but Javier gave me great recommendations based on my taste preferences.
I started with a pisco sour, which I’ve never had, but based on Unilocal reviews I knew I should have one. After my second one, I discovered my new favorite drink. I really can’t remember the ceviche roll I had, but got damn it was good. Fresh, bold, succulent flavors. I savored EVERY SINGLE BITE.
I moved along to dessert, which was the lucuma cheesecake. Once again, something I’m not familiar with, and I don’t even like cheesecake — but this was the ish. It almost had a caramel essence to it, not too sweet though.
My meal was absolutely perfect. And the service here was phenomenal. I’m a tough critic, I’ll admit! I even ushered the manager over so I could praise Javier and the rest of the staff.
Thanks again for a great meal! My new go to restaurant in Miami.

Anoche tuvimos el gusto de cenar en Cvi. che 105 y de conocer a Juan, el dueño. La experiencia fue increíble.
Nos trataron como si fuésemos los clientes más asiduos del local haciéndonos sentir como en casa.
Un auténtico placer que sin duda repetiremos.

Sin duda el mejor lugar para ceviches en Miami! Gran variedad y todos buenísimos. Las causas, arroces y tamales de igual forma.
He ido a este lugar desde q abrió en down town y sigue manteniendo su calidad y servicio
Mi único comentario y no que sea negativo en nuestra ultima visita éramos una mesa muy grande y el mesero insistió y nos empujo platillo extremadamente grandes y caros! A pesar de q en múltiples ocaciones le pregunte que si no era muy grandes y toda ves los minimizó, claro no logramos comernos con mucho esfuerzo ni la mitad y ya se podrán imaginar la cuenta!!!

New age eclectic feel. This place is hip and very chill vibe. Everything you would expect from its South beach location. The staff is friendly and quick with drinks, orders, and any other assistance. The encourage sharing and the portions are huge.
The seafood dishes taste fresh and delicious.
I got the arroz chaufa which was excellent!
To wash it down I had a pisco sour or three.
Great experience and splitting our checks at the end was no problem. Great service!

Unser Kellner Britt war super freundlich. Das Restaurant ist sehr schön und stylisch eingerichtet. Die Speisekarte ist auf spanisch unser Kellner hat uns aber sehr hilfsbereit geholfen. Das Essen war super lecker! Sehr zu empfehlen!

I love this place i had been to the location in downtown miami but i hadn’t been to the one on south beach. We decided to eat here for my sisters birthday dinner.
We ordered the white sangria to start which i wasn’t really a big fan of because the fruit was not fresh they serve it with the fruit that comes in a can which makes the sangria super sweet. We also ordered two ceviches to start we order the basic fish one (i forgot the name) and it was delicious it was really fresh. My dad and I like spicy food but my sister and my mom hate it so we got the mild and asked for the hot sauce on the side and that was the best idea we had all night! The hot sauce is HOT so be careful but if you like spicy I definitely recommend it.
Then as our main dish we ordered the lomo salteado which I liked but I didn’t like how there were sooooo many french fries in it, there were more french fries that meat. But we also ordered the grilled octopus and that was to die for! i was delicious because it wasn’t chewy but it was soft and it had this yellow sauce that was incredible! i kept on dipping everything in it including the meat from the lomo.
For dessert we had the passion fruit mousse and it was delicious it wasn’t too sweet and it wasn’t too tart. it came in a martini glass with some raspberry sauce on the place and when you mix them… YUMMM!!! i loved it
Out waiter was very courteous but I felt like he kept on pushing bigger portions and he was also pushing the special of the day a lot he offered it to us on 3 separate occasions.

El mejor ceviche del mundo mundial, después de probar las delicias culinarias de este lugar, en especial los ceviches, me queda claro que los peruanos son los maestros en el tema. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Ademas de todo el servicio es de primer nivel.

Que rico aji de gallina venden aqui, siempre lo pido, las papas a la huancaina tambien son riquisimas!!! La atencion es muy buena!!! Lo recomiendo
