This Italian restaurant is surely to catch your eye as you are walking through Lincoln Road Mall.
Atmosphere: 5 Stars
It’s beautifully decorated with a very impressive wine display in the back of the restaurant. It is indeed a very lovely restaurant.
Food: 4 Stars
The food was good but can’t say it was spectacular. The portions were pretty decent. We had the mussels in a tomato sauce which was OK although, I felt it was missing something. We had the grilled fish which was pretty good with grilled vegetables. The fish was fresh.

Our sever was Italian which was really cool as this is an Italian restaurant so this indeed added a great vibe when we sat down to eat. We immediately felt the server was turned off by the fact we decided we were not going to order anything to drink. We asked for water and they brought us bottled stilled which they charged us. I guess we should of said we wanted tap, then again I don’t believe a server should ever assume. My husband and I felt there was a lot of room for improvement in service. The service was also OK which is why i’m giving this Restaurant 3 stars. Don’t believe the server ever passed by to ask us how our food was after they brought it. They also charged us an automatic 20% which we don’t believe the server honestly deserved.

We paid $ 98.00 for Mussels appetizer & A Grilled Fish Entrée and Bottled Water. No drinks including tip.

I honestly believe the vibe and décor are truly what makes this place so attractive, I honestly feel this restaurant has so much potential to get more 4 star ratings or higher. If they simply improve in service, I believe this would justify the high end prices.

Unfortunately, as others have said, this restaurant is the epitome of a tourist trap. The outside looks so nice, the servers are Italian, and then you eat the food and it’s so disappointing. We got the carpaccio, penne all’arrabiata and fontina ravioli and they were all very salty and heavy. I would have been happier just eating at home. The portions are small. Everyone knows pasta is not expensive; $ 26 for a tiny plate of cheese ravioli is basically robbery. If that wasn’t bad enough, they add 20% gratuity on the bill. I thought the whole point of TIPS were that they are to be EARNED. They’re not automatic. Waste of $$$. Never again.

Very expensive with Very poor portions with the worse customer service, they charge you 20% for the costumer service an they ask for tips as well. The worse place ever!!!

The seafood soup was stellar. The veal was over cooked. The tiramisu was fair at best.

Food was very good. our neighborhood place in NY is definitely better. We had the eggplant and beef carpaccio apps which were pretty good but not great. The gnocchi was very delicious, soft light and flavorful. My daughter had the black truffle pasta which was simple and delicious. Carbonara was pretty good as was the veal Milanese, although quite pricey. Our server Marco was fantastic. Ambience was relaxing. Overall nice experience.

The octopus was the bad. No taste. Maybe frozen by anyway low quality.
I will not back neither I reccomanded for seafood.
Was Saturday night and the restaurant is located in the main shopping street, but was almost empty.

Food is not great. The service is very bad. Do not recommend it. They added 20 percent tip on top of the bill.

So we are vegan and can be annoying as you can imagine: I have to say the staff here were incredibly gracious and accommodating. The food was excellent and they even made a unique pasta for us just to make sure we could have a complete meal.
For Lincoln Rd this Italian restaurant felt surprisingly authentic. I recommend hen highly: good place to find yourself if you’re hungry :-)

Awesome! Would come back here again in a heartbeat. The fontina ravioli was the best I ever had, service was fantastic, and interior restaurant is elegant. All five stars for everything. Just ate their tonight and had to leave a review.

We went for lunch today and it was a wasted of time and $. Food was ok. Service was really bad.

I have been coming here for sometime, and has always been pleased with the service and the food. Pricey, but it is for touristy Lincoln Rd.
Tonight was the exception of the rule, many waiters and busboys, not too crowded. We arrived and were seated right away, but seated we were with water for about 30 minutes, until I got up and requested a waiter. Waitress showed up 10 minutes later. Overall the service was slow, no one wanted to provide it, and I felt as if I was invisible. Our waitress tried hard to make up for the delays. The 20% that was automatically added to my bill for the service, was well not deserved, wanted to subtract it, but felt bad for the poor waitress. This is the last time I patronage this place.

THEY CHEAT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND SCREW THEIR STAFF!
Took a couple of friends there on a Saturday night during the holiday season.
Check your bill, they cheat!
I ordered a «special» but asked the price 1^st and was quoted $ 54. When the bill came, that entrée’ was $ 60. I notified the waiter and asked him to adjust the $ 298 bill.
This caused quite a commotion in the restaurant. The waiter returned and said he could not adjust the entrée’, but that the restaurant removed the tip instead (a mandatory 20% service fee) was equal to $ 49.92.
Feeling this was unfair to the waiter, I added the $ 49.92 tip back into the bill, paid the $ 298.00 dinner bill, left the restaurant and vowed never to return.
The prices are high but the food is excellent. I refuse to do business with dishonest or unethical entities.

Went here with my husband for dinner, worst mistake of my life. Maybe it was a bad night, but the food was terrible and very expensive. There weren’t many people there, perhaps 2 other tables. It basically tasted like over cooked pasta that had been microwaved. Such a bad experience we ended up arguing all night and are hesitant to try any of the restaurants along Lincoln Rd. I actually felt bad because i barely ate and ended up giving my leftovers to a homeless man… $$$ dish and i felt bad for the homeless man. Would not recommend. Again, maybe it was a really bad night.

Great Menu. Best Amaretto Sour ever!!! Delicious food. Real crappy service. A tourist trap at best. Micromanaging manager. Other customer steals our reservation and nothing is done. Have to ask for stuff twice. I feel like they should change the whole staff. Except the chef and his staff. And definitely the bartender. Keep him. But the rest… do they know it’s insulting to pay so much for food, beg for basics like cheese or lemon or wine… and then pre charge 20 percent gratuity? It’s a slap in the face.

Dentro é bem intimista e fora é ótimo pra ficar vendo as pessoas passeando. Pedi Ravioli ao molho de trufas brancas e não podia estar melhor, a melhor massa que eu comi em Miami disparado. Bom atendimento.

I have no idea why this perfect restaurant has so low rate in Unilocal.It deserves 5+. I love carpaccio di manzo capperi here. The best veal meet I have ever eaten in Italian restaurant. Everything was amazing, and desert was delicious.

Unfortunately the Miami Spice offering at Quattro was disappointing. Surprisingly, so was the service. The rice balls, stuffed with beef, in red sauce was by far the outstanding and only exceptional dish, and a large portion for an appetizer. The salad was bland and could have used a larger portion of goat cheese. The rigatoni entrée was served al dente, which was too firm for my taste, the pink sauce barely added any flavor. The sword fish was good, but the lemon sauce with spinach saved the dish. We both enjoyed the tiramisu. Unfortunate, we had to ask for water several times and our desert course was served with no silver ware.

I was expecting more with Quattro and at first they did not disappoint. The seafood soup was absolutely delicious. I’ve never had better calamari!
The entrees that I tasted however were not that good. I had the ravioli with lemon zest and mint which can be good if prepared right but it was not so I was disappointed there. I also tried the beef ravioli which was a little better then Chef Boyardee.
Also the portion size to price ratio did not match up. It was very expensive for not a lot of food.
The atmosphere of the place was nice though with high ceilings plenty of room.
So my final jurisdiction is this: one star for the delicious soup and one star for the good atmosphere. I wanted to give three but I didn’t because the high price for the small portions was ridiculous.
