While I’m not usually a fan of tapas — give me a full dish, Bazaar sure changed my view. Its pick 3 – 4 dishes per person and share. Look at the menu online – it’s enormous. Yet the restaurant moves skillfully between what it calls old world and new world to offer an incredible array of delicious dishes. And you don’t walk out hungry, if not a bit lighter in the wallet. Service is warm and professional. And do leave room for dessert. One observation. The place gets a nice Miami crowd in a nice setting. However, the restaurant is situated in the hotel lobby – as is not uncommon in Miami. So while dining among the jet set, coming through the doors will be Big Willy in his wet bathing suit with full tummy hanging out. Does not add to the dining experience.

Food and service were both outstanding. Everything looked good on the menu so we took our waiters suggestions. We were not disappointed! Loved every mouthful. This place is must for anyone that loves tapas. We also drank some beautiful cocktails. Can’t fault this place.

Are you kidding me, 3 stars. I am from NYC& have eaten around the world & this may be if not the top meal ever, certainly top 5 ever. Unique tastes, flavors I defy you to find elsewhere. This was killer. Ambience is what it is — happening loud Miami Beach. And service was quite good but a little distracted by the crush on a Saturday night. To eat: Singapore street snack of shrimp, etc. in a crispy roll, Pequillo peppers with goat cheese, pork belly in Asian buns & lastly coconut rice(which we had as desert). Looking around I saw plenty we didn’t try — next time. Portions are not huge, think tapas. But rich & so full of savory flavor. Oh and for drinks I loved the dirty and clean martini with olive foam and for kicks have the house(weird frozen) caiparihna made with liquid nitrogen @ u table — cool side show! This is truly food you can’t make at home & can’t really find out except here — how great to go past ordinary!

It is Modern tapas restaurant in an upscale hotel with trendy Philip stark designed interior. They offer a lot of creative dishes with great presentation. The food did not meet to my expectation. We tried from smoked oysters to uni parfait… Nothing stood out. The portion size is very small. We ordered 8 dishes between the two of us and we did not even feel close to full. We ended up going to another restaurant for a second meal! It’s a great place to drink and order few tapas but not a good place for full dinner. Be prepared to order 5+ dishes per person ranging 15– 35 per dish.
