It took the delivery one hour and a half to bring the food. I ordered the lamb kebob platter; when the food arrived the lamb was overcooked and dry. NEVERORDERAGAIN! If you want to eat greek food with high quality I’d recommend PEGAGRILL!

Ordered take-out from Eat24. You should know that no where do they state where they actually are and there’s no sign outside, so if you’re looking for where they are, they’re in /part of Ocean Pizza. Even inside of Ocean Pizza there were little hints for the existence of Baklava Chef or the items on its menu. Anyway, the food itself was pretty good. I got the chicken shawarma platter($ 12). One of the spices on the shawarma isn’t my favorite but I know a lot of people like it.(sorry not sure of the spice name, it’s a spice I normally associate with persian food rather than shawarma). But the meat itself was cooked well(not dry, etc). I can’t say the same for a lot of the other shawarma I’ve tried near Brickell. Portion size was definitely big enough and very filling. The hummus was OK and the tahini was pretty good. Note: if you’re ordering from Eat24. It said estimated 10 – 35 minutes, and then a minute after I ordered, I got a notification on the app that the restaurant is busy so it’ll be 60 minutes. I called about 20 minutes later because I was skeptical and they said my order is ready. When I got there, they told me they always say 60 minutes in case the place gets busy so people won’t be upset if it takes longer than expected. So I’d watch out for that if you don’t want your food pointlessly waiting for you.

We ordered food for deliver from Baklava Chef after someone left a take-out menu at my door. We ordered Spinach pie and Lamb Rosto(Pulled lamb) wrap which comes with garlic sauce, pickles and french fries. I asked them to hold the fries, so they offered a small Greek salad on the side at no extra charge. They also added little desert cake at no extra charge. Everything was very delicious, fresh, homemade. The charge was $ 16.00 including delivery. The staff were very nice and friendly on the telephone when I ordered. The lamb was very well-seasoned, pita excellent. The spinach pies were another surprise; petite little pastries exploding with flavor. The garlic sauce, an airy lemony whip rocked my world. If you like garlic, I recommend ordering extra on the side. I don’t know what was in the little complementary desert cake but I think it was date and poppy seed. Again, it was really very flaky and tasted homemade. I have a hunch this place just opened, but I plan from ordering from them again. It was a great value and I was pleasantly surprised at the prompt service and fantastic fresh flavors.
