I purchased a pair of shoes on Saturday. Took them home and tried them on in my bedroom with an outfit that I thought they would look good with. They didn’t go well. I put them back in the bag along with the receipt and took them back to the store on Monday. They would not take them back because they«were not in a box». The girl who rang me up on Saturday asked if I wanted to keep my boxes. I said no. She did not tell me that I needed them in order to return anything. NOR did the receipt state anything about a «box» on it along with the typed up return policy.(A policy I was sell within the rules of.) The employee would not return my money or take back the shoes.(Which by the way smelled like formaldehyde and upon further inspection at home were cheaply made.) DONOTSHOPHERE! Customer service sucks. Product is cheap.
