A friend of mine introduce me to d’pana and i have been there a couple times over since the. The place is cool, you can seat outside or inside, you get the Brickell feeling without the noise, the crowds and the traffic. the food has that home cooked flavor to it, I don’t know why someone would even bother to trash their burgers, they are so good! meat was cooked to my liking and juicy and the lettuce and tomatoes were crisp and fresh. i also had the best café con leche on that side of 8th street, hmmm I don’t know what brand they use but that café con leche was good! staff is very customer service oriented and they have delivery service and late hours.

Ordered from this place via Eat 24 once. An entire hour passed when I called in it seemed to be like the place opened late and whoever opened up had not even logged into eat 24. They proceeded to apologize profusely and say my food would be on the way. 1 hour later I call back and the guy on the phone said the driver had just delivered it apparently they gave my food to a random person on the street. They then said they would go pick it back up and give it to me I declined saying I wanted a new order freshly made. 35 min later I have my food and the order was wrong… Never again

I had a great time. The place is very well decorated. The music was a bit too loud. About the food, I had a Farmer Salad which combined different flavors smoothly. You should definitely try this place.

Forgot part of our delivery. «Large» fries are more like very small fries. Clueless management. Will NEVER order again. Tasteless food. Go to peppers mexican grill. Amazing service and food is awesome.

Ordered via grubhub. Food took about 90 minutes to arrive, and of course it was cold. The ‘large’ fries was quite small and didn’t come with cheese and bacon as advertised. Wings were salty and tasted gross. Burger was cold, had an enormous bun, very little taste, and only one patty, as opposed to the two pattys as advertised. Will not be ordering from there again

Wish I could leave less than one star… I ordered food on grubhub. Turns out their menu is completely wrong on that site.
When I called after receiving sandwiches as not described they acted like it was my problem. The restaurant then agreed that they would send me a sandwich that did not have meat (grubhub made no mention of meat).
Called them back an hour later — they had no idea what I was talking about but said they would send over a new sandwich.
Called back over half an hour later — sandwich was 15 minutes away.
Called back another half hour later — sandwich was 15 minutes away.
Never got the replacement sandwich.
Never again.
At least have the decency to tell me straight up that you aren’t going to make things right instead of lying many times about sending me a replacement.

I ordered food D’Pana on sat night. It took them forever to bring the order. Before that the manager called me and told me that they are out of deserts so he promised me that he is going to send me wings instead. Of course he didnt keep his promise. I paid them for the dessert no refunds.
My cheeseburger had No cheese. It was overcooked and the meat was super dry. I am posting a picture for everyone to see. It was a bad experience. The only reason i am giving them 2 stars is because the salad was good. They don’t care about their customers beware.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was disgusting. It had canned mushrooms and some other canned chicken pieces with old lettuce. The chicken tasted awful. I would NEVER go back.

Great sandwiches from the menu. I’ve customized too and it’s never a problem. Delicious sauces, who needs mayo and mustard! Everything is fresh. Have ordered multiple times for delivery. Quick and correct. Will keep ordering. Love this place!

I had the worst expirience ever with these people, I placed an order thru eat24 app and nothing was done right at all!!! The food was delivered an hour and a half after I placed the order it was all cold! The sodas didnt come and I didnt get any forks or spoons or anything not even a napkin, when I called the restaurant I didnt get an answer so I called back the delivery driver and he told me they were closed, wtf!!! That I had to wait till the next day to get my soda, hahahah this place is a huge joke and to top off the cold food and late delivery and missing all the drinks and utensils, the food wasnt all that good anyway!!! Thank god that eat24 gave me a refund for the sodas!!! Ill never buy from them again!!! Waist of time and mo ey if u ask me
