Wendy’s

I never had any problems there, they were very friendly and helpful to my needs and wants.

While searching for food in the downtown area, we stumbled across Wendy’s. Good thing my fish sandwich was freshly made. Though I paid for cheese, there was not a slice on my sandwich when I got to my hotel. Ugghh! Employees were friendly, though. I am not sure why the young lady was assigned to work the cash register when she didn’t know how to punch in items. But whatever. I was only in town visiting. Oh… I also thought having the food dumps in the same spot as the condiments and napkins was unsanitary. Do better, Wendy’s!

Every time I go here they get my order wrong. Today I went to order I told the guy no bleu cheese on my strawberry fields salad. He states that bleu cheese does not come on that salad. I then tell him that last time I got that salad it had bleu cheese. He tells me maybe I got the apple one. I think I know the difference between apple and strawberries. When I get to the drive thru it has BLEU CHEESE! Ugh. So I proceed to tell him I specifically asked for NO cheese. Then they give me the wrong dressings! How hard is it to get an order right?

I have to be really desperate to go here. I will go through the drive thru and I never get a receipt… ever. That’s fishy. The inside is a bit dirty. It’s such a shame because with this great location, this could be a great Wendy’s! However, I’m only giving it 2 stars and I had to convince myself to not give it one star.

The food is fast food, nothing bad about it though. They employees are super helpful & kind

I come here every so often and the drive thru seems to always have an issue. My personal opinion is that the employees are friends and don’t stop talking to get your drive thru order correct. No one in the world could have the sense to forget straws, napkins, drinks etc. My advice is new management. It’s all about leadership, the people leading them is obviously not doing the best job. McDonald’s next door never has this issue.

Hands down, the BEST managed, most well-​run, efficient, fast food establishment I’ve been to in Miami. They CLEARLY have an incredible management system in effect. They never mess up your order, they are always fast, and always accomodating.

Consistent. Drive thru almost always open. Late nite bad habit.

Fresh Smokin Spicies!

Yikes, I don’t normally admit to eating Fast food, but I dropped in Wendy’s before going on a trip overseas. I get a craving for an American Hamburger and Fries when traveling abroad and this was my pre-​flight meal. As I was biting into one of their piping hot French Fries, I quickly realized that it was still cold and uncooked. I told the Wendy’s worker who was cleaning the table next to me and she pretended she didn’t speak English. I was going to ask for a manager but I was in a hurry. So instead, I wrote on my receipt «Not Cooked» with an arrow pointing the French Fry and left it on my tray near the Trash Can.
I will never eat at another Wendy’s again. In all of my life eating at Fast Food restaurants, this has never happened. It’s too bad, because I really like French Fries!

This is one of the worst Wendy’s Ive ever been to, but its a few blocks from my house and if I’m ever craving a snack I can just walk over.
Food is almost always cold and stale, although on occasion it tastes «fresh». Or as «fresh» as fast food can taste.
Disappointment really. Because Wendy’s has always been my favorite fast food place.

If we could rate negative stars, this place would get 10. Staff sucks, the food was undercooked and the shift manager Trick Daddy has no patience! I’d rather starve than eat here again.

It’s close to home and work; it’s open late; it’s Wendy’s. The drive through moves fairly quickly and the quality of the food is much better than other fast food places. I don’t eat here often, but when I do, it’s great.
