Highly recommend the repair shop. First visit there today was very pleasant. Not the usual vibe of how much can we get out of this person, they were sincere and looked at my car right away. My engine sensor was on and they cleared it. I needed a battery that was all.

Always get my tires here replaced when needed. In and out, even on New Years Eve they took care of my car at the last minute. Hopefully my car holds up well so that I wouldn’t need a mechanic, but if I needed one… Fox Automotive would be the first place I’d call.

Everytime I go here I get excellent service and my car comes out driving 100% better. They have been in business for a long time and very professional. Very honest people. They explained to me all the cost for the repair upfront and I approved. It’s a family owned business and a nice family atmosphere. I will continue using Fox Automotive for all my automobile needs.

Finding a new mechanic is not fun, let alone trying to do so when you live in the fraud capital of the United States. I chose Fox based on being AAA approved and the few reviews on Unilocal.I know enough about cars to know what was likely wrong and what it should cost to replace.
Steve and Gary were very reasonable on price and were able to have my car back within two business days. I would be interested in hearing their side of the story for the 2 bad reviews because my experience was very favorable.

1^st time going to Fox Automotive. Gary was very nice, he quoted me a price over the phone for a timing belt. He knew it would be in my best interest to replace other hoses and gaskets while the engine was being taken apart. I was able to get my car into the shop as soon as the next day. Gary quoted me a time that my vehicle would be ready and when they accidentally did not order the right part they called and apologized. Gary told me that my car would not be ready until the next day. The next day my car was ready at 9:22am. When my husband arrived to pick up his vehicle Gary apologized about the delay in the car being ready, he said they didn’t want to put the wrong gasket in. He explained how they are AAA certified and that it is very hard to get that certification and that is why they are the only automotive repair shop in all of Miami-​Dade County. My husband observed a lot of plaques and awards on the walls. The location was very clean, neighborhood was safe. I would highly recommend this shop to a friend or family member.

Will from now on only go to Fox! My car broke down today and had it towed to Fox, they fixed the issue in under an hour and for a really reasonable price and with a warranty. AAA certified! Staff was very helpful and not intimidating at all. Lobby was very clean and had free wifi! Will be returning for all future oil changes and repairs.

I have been coming to Fox Auto for 3 years now, and have always been happy with their service. They have done everything from oil changes to major maintenance on my car. All of the guys there are very friendly. Once, when my car was going to take awhile, they offered to drive me to the Aventura Mall to kill time! That’s above and beyond what I would ever expect.
I can’t tell you how their prices compare to other local places, but they seem fair to me. They also tell me what I might need to replace in the future, and what can wait. I trust that they are honest, and I trust the work they do on my car.

It is very hard to find a good mechanic without knowing alot of people when you move. I moved down from NJ over a year ago and am so happy I stumbled upon these guys. They are fair priced, honest and they do work fast. I don’t know what happened with this other guy but I’ll tell you what– they have solved all my problems and even took very good care of my girlfriends car when she had a problem with it.
They are honest, trust me– I’m not one to put up with BS. They are AAA approved and are very friendly and intelligent mechanics with a ton of experience and I am sure a ton of happy customers.

WORST EVER AND BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. They charged $ 1500 to my auto policy without fixing the problem. Biggest liar ever. He will again try to delete this review, ask the BBB if you need too. I have the reciepts, another auto company that had to fix this guys mistakes. Could not fgure out how to unplug heating core/​cable after 2 or 3 visits, but still said they did fix it. Another place did it without even looking at the car they told me what the problem was, because they were honest!
