I had a very bad experience with this vendor. I purchased a complete brake kit for my car which included pads, rotors and two replacement calipers for my Accord. They were the right products but I ended up not needing them and tried to return them. I went with EVERYTHING that came in the order and was told that I had to do this online. NEVER have I ever encountered such a disorganized return for online order. I’ve shopped with them for years and never once had an issue, they’ve always had better pricing than their competitors. But for such an expensive order you would think they would be much more organized. I strongly hope someone who can resolve my issue from there reads this and contacts me ASAP!
