Pizza Hut

We tried the new Pizza cheese bites from this pizza hut and we Loved it… I was offered to complete a survey and I got $ 10.00 off for my next Order online. definitively going back for more :-))

Ordered pizaa on line after continous commercials of cheese stuffed bite crust.
Time was earlier than expected.
When we opened pizza box all cheese bites were empty.
The slices were thin and not vheesy at all.
Very dissappointed…

Negative stars! Let me just begin with I’ve been ordering from this Pizza Hut for years and I’ve never had a problem until the past year! Well it starts with my friend wanting to order dominos, which she thinks is better. But of course as loyal as I get, I told her to order her dominos and that I would order from Pizza Hut. I ordered my pizza at 11:05 with an estimated arrival time at 11:38. Got the email confirmation 11:06 confirming my order. At 11:30 dominos arrived at my house with my friends pizza. So I checked the email to see that the eta was now 11:45. At 12 I called Pizza Hut. I had a woman answer my call after being on hold for quite some time, and as she checked my order status she let he know «it was actually on its way». At 12:20 I called through my friends phone and again was automatically placed on hold being forced to listen to that automated Pizza Hut new menu options/​promotions. (Horrible!!) I also called through my phone. We were on hold for over 14 minutes until we were hung up on. Called again over and over and would just get hung up on repeatedly. I decide to go to Pizza Hut myself. When I arrived they didn’t want to open the door saying they were closed. Once they finally let me in after insisting I hadn’t received my order after an hour and 40 minutes. They just looked at me said «they» keep doing this and that they couldn’t do anything about it. That they were closed. When I asked who was «they», that answered me saying it was on its way. The employee at Pizza Hut said customer service answers when busy but that they always screw up the orders. This is the second time this happens to me! How complicated is it to check the online orders and ensure they are delivered. Lack of communication and technology! Plus customer service was horrible. Rude! They told me to go back tomorrow to get my money back. I should have just ordered dominos!

Worst pizza hut ever! They brought our pizza all smooshed to one side, you could ‘t eat it like that obviously. And then when we call to complain they could care less and the driver was super rude!

This once was a great place to get great pizza, however they took a big dive when I order a pizza a couple of months ago. I ordered a pizza online and asked for it to be delivered at 8PM (I ordered it at 7PM so I thought that would be enough time for it to arrive in time for dinner.) When I got my online confirmation it changed the time showing that it would be delivered at 9PM. I called the restaurant and was on hold for 45 minutes trying to get an answer, being transferred from one person to the next. Two hours past from when I placed the order when I finally got a knock on my door with my food (though I was so disgusted in how they treated me that I sent it back.) I told the person on the phone that I will not pay for it and that I am sending it back. To get dinner for my family I got my car and went to another pizza place instead. Bad service from a great brand of pizza.
I tried it out a few months later to help out a friend and it was an improvement but still that experience changed my view of them. Be careful when ordering from them and when calling them over the phone, you might have to wait hours to get your food.
