I’ve had Verizon for about a year now and I can say I’m very happy with my service. This store is great! The employees here give you great customer service. They are very attentive, friendly and helpful. This location is not the closes to my home but I always go the extra mile to come here for accessories, upgrades ect… They have it all! My go to girl is Lori. She’s fantabulous!

Went to this store to get a work discount applied. The store is clean and the guy that helped us out was very nice and answered any questions we had. Since my visit here 7 months ago, I have continually had issues with the discount not being applied to the bill (although all the customer service reps can see that I do have the discount), so I have to keep calling Verizon to fix the problem. I don’t know if this persistent problem has anything to do with what transpired at the store or the Verizon company in general. We chose to come to this store from Miami since it was the closest licensed retailer.
Park in the underground lot. This store provides free parking for 3 hours. Just ask for validation.
