EZ Lounge at the Holiday Inn

I just had the harvest chicken dish, it was a honey mustard food orgy, very very delicious!

I thought this place was TERRIFIC! The menu was different and delicious, especially the Braised pork shank with sauerkraut. The staff was so friendly, Leeann and Elizabeth, we’ll see you again!

This place is hysterical, love the vibe.
It is located in the holiday Inn hotel, looks like a lot of the town folks old N young frequent this joint, very friendly peeps. Apparently karaōke is happening. All around cool place

Had another amazing dinner with friends! Had the eggplant parm and it was great! This place is the best kept secrete in Orange County! Chef Jordon is willing to accommodate any request you have! Everything is fresh and made to order! The Holiday House restaurant is a must try if your looking for a great meal and dinning experience!

It may seem strange to some that a hotel bar would have such exquisite food and service especially in Middletown, NY, but the EZ Lounge in the Holiday Inn does!
Every experience I’ve had here has always left me 110% satisfied. Jordan (the chef) is the nicest man you’d ever meet and he has great passion for what he does! His food is fit for a 5 star restaurant in NYC! The few dishes that I’ve had, made by him, have never been less than perfection and I’m sure that he wouldn’t serve anything that was just «pretty good».
I’ve heard nothing but good things about the food here and I’ve even confirmed the good feedback, myself. I will definitely be back to try more of Jordan’s wonderful concotions!
The bartender, Jizella, is also very nice! She has a great attitude and really knows what she’s doing.
Now that I think of it, the attitudes of every employee I’ve met in the Holiday Inn have always been great. The staff is very professional and courteous 100% of the time, whether we’re talking about the bartender, the chef, the waiter, the house keepers, or the desk workers… They’ve never disappointed! That’s something you don’t see often.
Conclusively, the E-​Z Lounge and the hotel itself probably have the best, all around, food and service out of any business establishment I’ve been too, ever. I’ve never realized this until just now. Sitting down and writing this review really put it all into perspective for me on how truly amazing every experience I’ve had here has been.
I commend them for this because, they must be doing something right! I would absolutely, highly recommend this hotel and bar to everyone!

Food is AMAZING!!! Service is AMAZING!!! and if you can manage a Friday evening the karaōke is just so much fun. The KJ Elba has a great sound system and the crowed is full of great characters.
I love the chicken Marsala. I live an hour and fifteen minutes away and will make the drive for dinner. That is how great it is!

We recently had a rehearsal dinner for 50 people at the Holiday House restaurant and it turned out to be a fantastic affair. Thanks to all the hard working people involved. Tricia the event planner was great to work with and made for a flawless event. Jordan the Chef for preparing the most delicious buffet and Norma and the other ladies for their excellent service. All our guests were were raving about the food and atmosphere! The restaurant itself was recently redone and was beautiful! I can not stop raving about this location and HIGHLY recommend it to anyone hosting a party or just a night out.

The food here is great. If you are looking to sit and have a nice night out, I highly suggest a Friday night when they have a jazz band playing. If you sit at the bar, be sure to meet carol! She is very nice.
To start, I was served a freshly toasted variety of breads with oil, hummus, pepper flakes, etc. I ordered the mussels marinara for an appetizer. They were perfectly steamed and the sauce was exquisite! For my entrée, I ordered the penne vodka with chicken (I was in a rare mood for Italian cuisine). The vodka sauce had the perfect balance between the cream, tomato sauce, and vodka. This almost never happens for me! After all of that I did not have room for dessert so I skipped on it.
