I heard their food was ok but after wasting several minutes downloading the menu, reading it, deciding on what to order and calling… I’m informed they deliver… just not on weekends. I’d like to be able to give a review of the food but I was taken in by the bold«we deliver» and they don’t.

We were headed through Midland on the way to Nashville TN and decided to give Jason’s a try. We walked in and saw they were preparing several plates for a large order. They took our order quickly and as soon as we sat down, waiting on out to go order, a football team walked in. Not only did they quickly and efficiently handle the teams order, they gave us ours in record time. The owner gave us free drinks for the wait but it was truly not a wait at all. The Rueben was delicious and the kids devoured their food. Thanks for great food and customer service, we will be back for sure!

WHYISEVERYONEINTHISTOWNSORUDE?! When I ask where my to go food is TWENTY minutes later than the approved call in time do NOT snap back that it’s not ready. Surely sandwiches aren’t that difficulty to prepare. Surely ladling soup doesn’t take anything more than common sense???

Jason’s has never failed. The deli club is a favorite as well as the nutty mix salad. We have never experienced slow service.

We love the freshness and the variety of veggies of the salad bar. We have been back many, many times. Today the salad bar was as good as ever but I give them only 2 stars because one could not feel clean in there with the floor next to the salad bar wet. The employees were standing around and just conversing while the customers were trudging around the very wet area. Given they had put a sign saying floor was wet but none of them made an effort to mop the floor to get rid of the water. Had to call their attention and they came to mop with a very wet mop so it did not help at all. The ladies bathroom needed attention too. Manager should pay more attention to what’s happening in his surroundings so he can tell uncaring help what to do. I was disappointed with Jason’s Deli today.

I love Jason’s Deli BUT lately it’s been very dirty and unorganized. I know the staff has gone through a lot of turnover. Quite a few of them work at Fuddruckers now and it’s a shame because I believe they were the reason it was so great. See my pic of the messy dining area with un-bussed tables. Just a word to the management. I hope to see some improvements. I love coming to Jason’s but lately it seems like there isn’t enough staff to support the number of patrons.

I have been going to Jason’s Deli since I was a little kid. I’d usually get a tuna melt, which never failed to disappoint, but had always looked forward to their free soft serve ice cream when I was done. The more I’ve eaten there and try their soups, loaded salad bar and special sandwiches I’d get more anticipated because they simply fail to disappoint. Back to the salad bar; it has everything you could ever want in a salad bar, with a fresh ingredients as a great plus. The setting is just great, half of the restaurant is booths and the other half is fairly comfortable, sturdy chairs. There’s almost always someone going around cleaning booths, restocking the salad bar or cleaning something else, which is great to see them keep the restaurant in good shape. Although the service can be a bit slow at times, the atmosphere is relaxed enough for you not to feel tense or stressed. All in all, Jason’s can be a great place to go for a family meal, lunch with friends, or just enjoying a delicious sandwich in a relaxed, clean environment.

Just ate my last ‘Speciality Sandwich” from Jason’s. The Amy Turkey O was pathetic.

Marginal at best. Service is VERY slow ANY time of day. Hot food comes luke warm and cold food is warm. The local delis are MUCH better.

Granted, they are extremely busy during lunch, but over an hour to start making a to go order is ridiculous. Ordered online at 11:00 before the lunch rush. Arrived at 11:30 where to go employee indicated they would start making it(it was a relatively small order). Re-inquired at 12:00 what status was, where it was again indicated they would start working on it. Watched numerous walk in to go orders come and go after me. Got order at 12:15. Ordered a build your own sandwich and it was not right. I travel a lot and go to numerous Jason’s. I have never received this bad of service. Management needs to step it up here.

Jason’s Deli is a great place for soup, sandwiches and salad. The service is slow during busy times. The California Club is great. Cheesy broccoli soup is great as well.

This place is great … Awesome salad bar. I love that they have gluten free bread for their sandwiches… Since I have celiacs disease I cant consume gluten, so this place is perfect for me and others who are on a gluten free diet.

Food like at all Jason’s Deli was good. Love their food, however this one is even slower than most and BAD service. No customer service or manners whatsoever.

Salad bowls are dirty, tables are dirty, seats are dirty, mensroom is dirty at 11:00 am. Gross. Food is of standard quality for the chain though and the service is fair.

Just what you’d expect from a Jason’s Deli.

I found this to be a typical Jason’s Deli location, nothing special but nothing offensive. My «marinated» chicken salad was pretty ordinary but I got it without much of a wait, which was impressive considering how busy the place was. Many tables were un-bussed, but again, it was noon on a work day and the place was busy. I’ll probably look around for something more interesting next time, but Jason’s is consistently reliable.
