I went for the new Hot Nashville Chicken. I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru, only to reach a speaker that was out of order. I waited another five minutes without moving. I then pulled out of line and went inside. I ordered a 8 pc meal with 2 sides. The menu said it was 19.99. Somehow when I checked out it was 25.00. While waiting for my order I witnessed a manager (I assume) chewing out an employee. Several employees without hair restraints and no one appeared to have any hustle! The girl that waited on me was very nice but seemed unconcerned about my 20 minutes wasted in the drive thru. 30 minutes after arriving I left with my chicken. The sides were fresh and hot, the chicken was fresh too, but it seemed that my chicken was floating in a red greasy sauce. I was able to eat one piece but due to the grease couldn’t eat another. I did like the spicy flavor but not the grease soaked mess. Cole slaw was great.

The past 4 times I have gone here I ordered cheesy bean and rice burritos. All 4 times they gave me beefy cheesy burritos. Since I’m a vegetarian there just trash at that point. This is your place of you like to gamble with what you order.
