Horrible just horrible I gave this place 2 chances didn’t deserve the first. The food is ok but the people working there are just plain idiots. The first time they got my order wrong and when I asked to speak to a manager she refused to fix my order and insisted I place a order for what I ordered the first time. Now to day you can’t go wrong with regular meat burritos hold the onions. Might as well have ordered a onion burrito. My god people it’s not that hard. So I call to complain and the phone rings once then hangs up. After several attempts I call the second location. SAME THING! !!! So I find a customer service number online call it. WOW one ring and hangs up. Just can’t fix stupid…

I gave this place a negative review a while back but I gotta say man they have really improved, last couple of times I’ve come the food was hot and good, and my order was right and the customer service was good.

Unfortunately, everybody is right, wait times are long and the service here is terrible …
HOWEVER!
Within the past year, they have been improving drastically! They’re still slow but it’s no longer a 30 – 40 minute wait for fast food and employees have better customer service skills

You know, I read the reviews and went on ahead and went anyways. When I showed up, it’s like everyone back there has read these reviews. Weren’t happy or nothing. I started joking with the cashier and talked to him and made some very specific orders. It took about 10 minutes for my food, and they got every piece of my order right. Even down to no lettuce on my taco with my quesadilla. So I think it’s more of the way people are treating this Taco Bell vs if they’re actually gonna try. So go in there friendly and you’ll have a wonderful experience

Terrible service and food. When I asked to speak to a manager one guy said they didn’t have one and another guy pointed to a man making food and that he was too busy to talk. Even after several requests to speak to him and the manager seeing us asking about him ten feet away, he REFUSED to talk to us. Then after placing our complaint to the people that did listen to is, as soon as we turned to leave she began laughing.
Plus, my cheese quesadillas weren’t heated up and had no chipotle sauce on them. When I asked why he said they were out of a lot of ingredients.
NEVER going back there. So angry.

I hate when your ordering and they respond with what else, what else, uh hu what else! they had no pot pies, no chicken, and they are only getting a one star because I’m required to put one on here! Ace needs to close down or get better people and have food available

The service here stinks, the chick at the drive drive through window does not know proper or even decent English and is very rude; definitely not worth the raise they want to 15 an hr. they also only had Mt Dew and Sierra Mist and when I asked really, the girl got really rude and said she can’t control the machine. You mean to tell me you can’t refill your machine when it’s out. They also threw everything in one bad and messed up our stuff, we had an order for 5! Will not be back, I would give negative stars if I could!

Worst taco bell I’ve ever seen. Coke machines are broken, they are out of white meat (KFC) every time I come here and I always end up waiting 30 min or more. Dining area is extremely dirty. I was second in line and have been here 20min already. I won’t be back! Needs new management ASAP. I don’t know how its still open or not shirt down by an inspector.

I did read the reviews about this place as i was in line at the drive thru. So first I was nervous. But I thought its a Taco Bell. Yes this one has a KFC with it. You can expect a whole lot.
Well I guess I should have just taken the advice of fellow Unilocaler’s. They don’t have lemon aid or tea there. Just sodas. I took forever. There was only 3 cars ahead of me. I thought they might be killing our food in there. It took them almost 35 mins. Then when I got my burritos, It looked like they didn’t have enough to put in it. They even folded the tortilla over so they could put less inside. I should have gone to the TacoVilla half a block away. Very disappointed in this TB. I’ll have to be making a mistake to come back here again. Next time read before i get stuck in the drive thru.

Believe everybody else! It is terrible, have been waiting in the drive-​thru line for 20 minutes. There was one car in front of me when I pulled up…

Dirty and unorganized. Worst. taco. bell. ever. But as a pro it might be better than the one on Midkiff, it’s a toss up.

Would give a negative star if I could. I could not understand one word the guy was saying in the drive thru. He couldn’t even understand me. Just as I expected my order was wrong. I ended up getting a refund because this place seriously sucks.

seriously. this kfc/​taco bell establishment is really a disappointment. staff looks like theyre bored even though their drive through line is so long and I’m waiting inside the restaurant for a to go order which takes them forever to make also (theres only 2 people ahead of us). The sad part is that this is the only kfc in town so if im craving for some kfc, no choice but to come here! lol. so sad.

Probably one of the worst taco bells I have visited. The restaurant is always dirty and the staff is discourteous and messy looking. The food reflects the restaurant’s appearance. I have found pieces of meat and bone in food that I did not order and some of the food was lukewarm. This place should be shut down or management changed!

So… there is no full menu Taco Bell in Midland, which sucks, second ordered two kids meal, no toy put in bags, burrito tasted like dog food. Gross.

So maybe I didn’t come here at the right time it was 12:30 on a weekday, probably the busiest hour of their day. Hey if you can’t handle the rush maybe you shouldn’t be in the business of «fast food». If i wasn’t meeting a coworker here for a quick bite or no lunch at all I would have walked out the door before ordering.
I generally avoid fast food places, but here I was and going to try and make the best of it. I Felt like I was in Grand Central at rush hour! Since this is a combo KFC/​TB it had a few more selections. I was kind of interested in the «Un-​Fried Side of KFC» So I ordered the two piece. After waiting quite a bit I finally got my food and proceeded to almost do a Hamill Camel on a piece of peach that was on the floor. So where oh where does a peach come from on this island you may ask… well this location (and it may be common in other but I have not seen it before) has a buffet. Not a big one, but about 20 items, and they seemed to be a little behind on refilling as there were a few people waiting on chicken… this is KFC guys… signature dish and all… c’mon.
So back to my story, well finding a table was going to be tough, finding a clean table was only going to happen if I played busboy. Well i guess you get what you pay for… I get that behind me and think it will be good to eat some bad for your arteries KFC, mac & cheese, and some sweet tea.
Well let’s just say if I wasn’t on bachelor mode I could have just thrown that stuff away. The chicken was dry… how does dark meat come out dry at the busiest hour of the day? The Mac was more like Mac and Cheese soup. The coleslaw was the only saving grace. Even the tea had some funky taste to it.
Enough is enough. I can’t type anymore… it’s bad enough to have to relive this experience. Go to Subway around the corner or drive a little further up Midland to Rosa’s
