These guys do alright. There are days they do good but mornings where they don’t. For example, last time I came in I ordered 2 things, a venti mocha and a bacon croissant sandwich. The mocha was the wrong size and they added whip when I asked for it not to. The sandwich was a bagel. When I asked them to fix it, they had an attitude about it. Eventually got what I wanted and went to my flight.

It isn’t because they are selling more coffee more than it is they are just damn slow. At $ 5 a cup another person helping might move things along.

I really enjoy getting a coffee at Starbucks. This location was very convenient as it was right next to our departure gate in San Diego. One thing about most Starbucks is that they are consistent and usually always very good. I like the Pumpkin Latte during the season and a grande is just to my liking.

At 5am, you’re bleary-eyed and just want your coffee. There was a long line but it moved fast and the small counter for adding milk, creamer, etc was clean and well stocked. What more could you ask for?

I am here at the airport and this terminal ALLTHETIME. The customer service here is a crap shoot. I am nearly appalled and ready to contact Starbucks management and complain. This is an obscenity. I am in a hurry making my way through the terminal and i stop here because theirs no line. The two female(older) employees are bickering and arguing. Already mad about it. They barely greet me and it just goes down hill from there. I place my order and she asked me to repeat because again she’s still making faces at her coworker. She tells me the price and I then scan my app and she says oh scan it again I wasn’t ready. –what-? How are you not ready? You just told me to pay??? The prices at the airport are outrageous, as well.(not her fault). I was waiting for my drink for a good while till I had to REACH back on the placement area to collect my very small beverage. It was incredibly simple. Should NOT have taken that long to prepare, let alone Not call ITOUTWHENITWASREADY?! What’s the matter with you?! Not impressed. I would likely not return! Pissed.

No issues for this early morning Starbucks visit. I was on my way back home to Raleigh & needed some caffeine & breakfast before boarding. Thankfully at 4AM pacific time, this Starbucks was open. There was a line of course, but two baristas working the registers, while one made beverages made the process quick. I didn’t wait long for my sausage, cheddar & egg sandwich & grande skinny caramel macchiato. Perfect temperature & taste of both items. No issues!

Went to get my caffeine fix while waiting for my dad to check in. I got a mocha frap this time. It was okay. Tastes more chocolate. The drink was smooth & delicious. I still like ordering my toffee but frap but wanted to try something different. This Starbucks isn’t too busy on a weekday morning. This is located on the second floor inside the airport. It’s easy to find. Parking however is a nightmare. Parking in front is full by the time we park my car at the airport. I don’t like parking here because I have to pay for parking. Luckily my mom is with me. Lol! I still love my Starbucks no matter where I go. Drinks seem to be consistent.

Confusing experience on multiple levels. They had an ad out front for half off frappucinos. So what happens when I order one? No discount and a lame explanation about the computer not working. Fine. There is a line behind me, now is not the time to argue. I order my drinks and get one frappucino and one… hot chai. What. We fix that and I end up getting something vaguely close to my actual order. Not a great showing.
