Charged extra for matcha($ 2.40 more) I have been getting matcha lattes for over a year and never have I been charged extra per scoop of matcha, standard should be 6 scoops but it’s 4 and you really cannot taste any matcha. I’m not paying for a latte flavored with matcha I’m paying for a MATCHA tea made into a latte… there’s a difference. Two stars because the lady making my drink was very nice, the lady at the register… not so much and the second star is for the delicious latte that cost me($ 6.35)

If you HAVE to have Starbucks, come here. If you would like a clean, friendly, hassle free experience, trying Peet’s right by Brookstone. Why? I had an ok experience myself. But I witnessed some disturbing things that would discourage me from ever stopping here again. A woman behind me asked for a spoon with her oatmeal. One of the airport managers, who was doing a cleanliness check, asked an employee to get one. The employee responded«there’s one in the bag,» without looking up, smiling, or speaking directly to the customer. The customer looked through her whole bag, said, «No, there isn’t,» and the employee didn’t do anything but COMPLAIN and ARGUE. I heard the manager say, «Stop arguing and get the spoon,» and he ended up getting it himself. These are adults, being paid to work, who are acting like they can’t be bothered. I also heard the manager say, «English, please,» to the employees. It doesn’t bother me if people are speaking another language, but it seemed as if they were being inappropriate in Spanish about the customer. I sat at the counter for about an hour and noticed some health issues. Nothing was inverted, there were wet towels sitting on the counter, coffee filters were uncovered beneath someone cleaning, and employees were picking pitchers for milk up by sticking their hands inside the pitcher. If I can see all this as a customer, where is the supervisor or manager? There needs to be some quality control. Maybe they need to make this a corporate store? Maybe they don’t care because they know customers in an airport can’t be picky. I think it sucks that I spent $ 9.15 for a bad experience and poor customer service. Don’t support this Starbucks!

OK for an airport. Weird that they advertise breakfast sandwiches all around the kiosk — but they don’t serve them!!! Possibly the slowest in the U.S.

Worst customer service ever at a starbucks!!! Waited 5 – 10 min to place an order while the barista chatted loudly on her cell. Rude when the blended drink turned out strange. Argued about remaking it. Told me I was wrong, even though I’ve ordered it 10xs before… Try another location!

I was thrilled to find a Starbuck’s right near our gate. We had quite a long wait for our flight home so it was very handy to get our daily Latte fix. Hard to get a better coffee anywhere. It is in an airport so you expect to pay more but, the prices are getting really high. May have to find an alternative.

Absolutely appalling. Bought a tea that tasted like it had been made from grass cuttings with a bit of manure thrown in, and a sandwich that was that stale any self respecting bird would have turned it down. At Starbucks prices I would have expected the tea to be at least drinkable and the sandwich edible. Very poor quality service. Definitely won’t venture to a Starbucks again that’s for sure.

Standard airport starbucks, except thy actually staff this one so the line moves quick! The staff are friendly and the pastries have no teen sitting around. Hard workers make this one easy and fast. They can also make most tar bucks breakfast sandwiches and it doesn’t slow them down.

It’s a Starbucks. And it’s in an airport. So it’s good. About as good as a Starbucks in an airport can be. America

There is a always a line here. The lines does seem to move fairly quickly, although some cashiers are quicker than others. I was bit ticked off on my last visit when I ordered a venti steamer with two honeys. The lady tells me that she only has one honey so is that okay. I said fine. As soon as she made my drink, another worker pulled out a big box full of honey packets from one of the cabinets. Then it hit me that the lady was probably too lazy to go find the additional honey packets.

The service is fast but the drinks at the Starbucks in the airport, terminal one outside Southwest are pretty lousy. Something about the coffee here always tastes burnt and stale. I’m not a big Starbucks fan as it is, but I don’t really get coffee here anymore. I try sticking to their teas.

Obviously. being an airport location, there is no drive through and this SB is at the departing gate, so as far as coffee goes, this is pretty much your only option after going through security. It was busy and the line was consistently long, but they did a fairly good job getting people through it. The coffee was good, as was the three dollar doughnut I got with it. Prices are a little inflated, but not outrageous. Starbucks quality and everything you would expect from an airport location, good, bad or indifferent.

If I could add less than one star I would. I like Starbucks and don’t mind paying a lil extra for the grasp but $ 9 for a sandwich come on! That just greedy!

I was traveling with a large group. Specifically a team of 15, 14 of which are women. Sounds like a Starbucks ordering nightmare if you ask me and yet, this Starbucks in Terminal 2 at Gate 35 took our orders flawlessly. We all wanted to be on one order to make expensing it later on easier and two of the baristas tag teamed the effort. I wish I got their names. One took orders writing them on the coffee sleeves as the other entered the coffee orders and food orders into the register. We got all of our coffees in a timely fashion and were satisfied with our experience. Very impressive. Well done!
