Service was great. Appetizers and entrée amazing. And of course the wine list us always super. Thank you for a great evening 20 Brix

This place is beyond amazing! I had the crab cakes and they were to die for! My boyfriend had a steak and it was delicious as well. I can’t wait to come back. It was soooooo good! I would give a million stars if I could. I had enough for left overs. I HATE left overs but their food reheated was just as AMAZING! A Cincinnati must try!

I really enjoy the food here, and I’ve ordered in the Portabella sliders several times and always come to the restaurant at the same time to pick up my Togo order when I was told after my call went to voicemail 4 times today that they were on a half day menu and the sliders weren’t on it I was surprised, then the woman who answered couldn’t tell me what was on the half day menu so I could pick something else. They’ve always advertised a lunch and dinner menu so I’m certainly confused as to why in a time-crunch today I had to go hungry since they denied my call in order/service. Consistency is definitely not on the board here. And while your at it clean your gross elevator and your bathrooms are overflowing with trash at open on a Tuesday.

Great wine selection and very cool menu. Wait staff was friendly. Location in Old Milford made it seem quaint.

Nice dinner with a good friend that is from the area after getting into town. I had the tuna and it was great. Enjoyed the atmosphere and the wine.

My wife and I don’t get many chances to spend quiet evenings alone together. Three kids, two jobs, car payments, mortgage — you get the idea. So when we do get time to ourselves, we need to make it count. Well, 20 Brix made it count. The wine selection is extensive and reasonably priced. The appetizers — lightly fried Brussel sprouts — were divine. The main courses — Lobster Croquet Madame and a beef tenderloin over risotto off-menu special — were unusual and amazing. 20 Brix is our new favorite restaurant in the Cincy Metro area and likely will be for a good long while. Gotta make those nights out count and I don’t want to risk being disappointed going somewhere else.

Just moved to the area and decided to try a local place for lunch. Ended up such that my wife and another couple went. Food was awesome(we got grilled cheese, the burger and 2 chicken sandwich thingys. can’t recall the name.). The drinks were great and we all really enjoyed the food; honestly coming from the city we were pleasantly surprised at how inexpensive the food was… as you would expect we’re already making plans to go back for dinner.

WOW… The entire experience was wonderful. From the atmosphere, our server, the wine and the food… WOW the food. Our table ordered a variety of appetizers including the crab cakes(so good and the corn bedding was so tasty), bacon wrapped fig(so good that even the vegetarian at our table even tried…). The wine was fantastic and our server was very knowledgeable. We didn’t need to do a flight as we all tried each other’s wine and loved each one. Then the entrees came. The ooos and ahhhs came once our food was placed in front of us. Everything was delicious, but I must say that my dish was the best. I ordered the pepperoni crusted pork chop with gnocchi(OMG, I was making inappropriate sounds eating it). The chicken and waffle, cauliflower, and sea bass special were all wonderful. Looking forward to returning soon.

If you love wine, this is your place. Not only does 20 Brix have a great selection, but you have the option to purchase by the glass or the bottle. Not only are most of the glasses reasonably priced(and you can opt for 2 or 5 oz pours,) but many of the bottles are for sale in the front of the restaurant as well. This is great, because I found an amazing white Bordeaux that I just had to bring home with me. The service is great! The staff is very knowledgeable about the various wine selections and they don’t rush you through the dinner courses so that you can have time to enjoy the experience. The food can be classified as American/Southern/Comfort food with a twist. I had the chicken & waffle(which I’ve recently made my mission to sample all chicken & waffle dishes I can find.) It was well prepared, but mostly savory. I somewhat expect Chicken & Waffles to be savory/spicy and sweet. Also, the waffle was soggy because the dressing from the greens and the chicken bled into it, making it mushy. I think different plating would have solved this issue. My husband had the Steak Frites, which he said was a little overcooked for his liking, but not a deal breaker. The fries were delicious though! All of the food seemed unnecessarily salted, however. The patio looks nice as well, but it was too cold for us to enjoy, but I would like to come back during the summertime. I do wish that it wasn’t all the way out in Milford– I can see this concept fitting in nicely in Hyde Park or Liberty Township. Hopefully one day soon they’d consider an expansion :) It’s worth the drive!

Came in for lunch and didn’t realize they had a different menu for lunch. I was disappointed that I didn’t get to try their entries, will definitely have to come back. I got a fig prosciutto sandwich with side salad and fries. The sandwich is really good but oh man the bread is so hard. The fries are awesome :) it was my friend’s birthday and the waitress brought out a free chocolate mousse dessert, so good!

It has been 2 years since we had been at 20 Brix and I am not sure why we waited so long to come back. We attended our second wine dinner here this week. The chef does a masterful job of matching the courses with the wine. The menu included seafood in each course and each wine was a red wine. It was nice to see red wine paired nicely with seafood dishes. The cost of the wine dinner was $ 70/person which is very reasonable for the high quality of the food and wine. The food was excellent and we will be back. It won’t take 2 years this time.

Wonderful cozy atmosphere! Started off with the mushroom bruschetta and the Brix Board, a sampling of cheese and meats. A reviewer described the bruschetta as «life changing». Not sure about that, but it was pretty damn good! As was the charcuterie platter. With a hint of the south with some house made pimiento cheese. For dinner he had the salmon and I had the shrimp and grits. He liked his but mine was so good I did everything but lick the bowl! Their focus is on wine so I stuck with a petit bourgeois Rose which was delish. Dry with lots of flavor. Seated right away and service was great!

Atmosphere very good for date night, nice restaurant, awesome service. The chopped salad was very tasty with fresh ingredients. I do not like the Brix Board — It had: Sharp cheddar, Kentucky blue cheese, Fontina and another one I can’t remember as for the meats: A slice of prosciutto di Parma, a chunk of cappicola and a chunk of Mortadella. with some slices of toasted baguette. The«on the house» bread and spread are amazing!!! I would return for those alone.

We’d been meaning to try this little Milford restaurant since we moved here over a year ago. We waited too long! The food, wine selection and service made for a stellar evening and 20 Brix is now cemented as one of our favs in the greater Cincinnati area. A seasonal menu, extensive wine list, knowledgable staff and relaxed atmosphere makes this a must for people who value really well thought out food. The chef exercises his art with locally sourced produce and a disciplined and refined sensibility. The servers were outstanding, truly knowledgeable about the food and wine and obviously passionate about creating a great experience for their guests. Try the stuffed apricots — the salty, sweet mix of the apricots with the unctuous bacon paired with the sweet, tart of the cumin orange yogurt make a statement. Ultimately, whatever you choose, expect to be impressed.

Another great dinner at 20 Brix. The Bacon wrapped apricots have become a favorite appetizer.

I had lunch at 20 Brix and it was really comfortable and cute inside. The restaurant is warm and accomodating and has a great selection of wine. I tried one of their salads and it was mediocre. The soup of the day was delicious. I wish the bathrooms weren’t on a different floor.

Overall I was pretty impressed with what 20 Brix had to offer when I dinner there recently. The wait staff was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and their extensive drink menu. I shared The Brix Board which is assorted meats and cheeses and had the ever popular Shrimp and Grits which was delicious. They also use locally sourced ingredients which is always a plus in my book. So if you’re in the Milford area I’d recommend a visit to 20 Brix.

Really good stuff, but nothing unforgettable. Pros: Tasty food served in a way that you can tell was carefully thought-out. Large wine list full of descriptors and recommendations. Not just 200 bottles listed by name/style alone. Very professional and tactful servers. Cons: Very small portions for the price. $ 24 for three scallops that were either not U10 or on the small end of U10 isn’t the best. 90 minutes for two appetizers and two entrees. This is a place where I feel like I would always enjoy my experience but don’t anticipate ever yearning for any specific feature of 20 Brix.

You’ve got to try their mushroom bruschetta with the egg on top. Wow!!! So, so good. Very fun place. Service was excellent. Fun trying wine on tap!

Woah. We went here and got the«chef’s» 5 course dinner and it was delicious from start to finish. Heres the rundown: Course 1: butternut squash and pepper soup. Very rich, thick and delicious. In a souper wooden bowl! Course 2: Hollys salad, romaine hearts, roasted grapes, pecans and blue cheese with a deicious dressing. Unreal Course 3: Crab cake and charcuterie to share… Again just so good its hrd to describe. Course 4: main course. I had chicken and waffles which i have NEVER ordered anywhere. And it was out of this world. Perfect mixture of sweet and savory, great breading on the moist tender chicken, and a rich yet still savory waffle. I wish i could have had 2 servings of it. Course 5: Crème brûlée, i was a little too full at this point. Pair these with any wine from their 20 page wine/beer list and youre gonna have a great night!
