McDonald’s

Pretty fast service. Food was exactly what I expected from fast food. But main reason for the five stars belongs to the fact that it’s open 24 hours. No real reason to complain at the moment.

Whoever was cracking eggs today left egg shells in all 3 of my egg mcmuffins. Who does that?! Huge pieces too! Service is slow.

Wow… we don’t like Mcdonalds as a whole, just because of what you can make at home for the same price! However once in a while we like some naughty fast food! Of every place we go in mill creek this is our spot. we usually have the dog and every single employee has asked if she can have a treat! Tonight the puppy even got a mini ice cream cone. she was in heaven! Thank you for your accurate, quick and friendly service!

I don’t know which amazes me the most, the fact that McDonald’s can actually get worst each time you visit it, or my stupidity forever returning

Why is it every time I come here it looks like they hire more And more crack heads! Food is terrible! Ever since the rebuilt… it hasn’t been the same

Every time I go here the food is not good. The burgers are dry like they sat all day and they’re not hot. Also, the fries aren’t hot and they are way over salted. About a month ago I went through the drive thru and got a double cheeseburger and there was a long strand of hair in it. It was red hair so I knew it wasn’t mine. I called them up to tell them and sure enough there was someone working there with red hair. I go to get another one days later for free. But is that really a fair compensation? The only thing I’ve been able to buy there that was decent is a hot fudge sundae. I don’t intend to go there anytime soon unless for a sundae.

Swung by here since the rebuild, and it seems to be pretty standard McDonalds experience now.
The redesigned drive through is a lot more functional. It’s still a bit tight, but that has more to do with the layout and flow of the parking lot this McDonalds is in than anything else.
I haven’t had any service issues or order problems lately either.

STOP CHARGING FOR SAUCE… if I buy food and don’t ask for ketchup why can’t I get one damn BBQ sauce without being expected to pay 28 cents! It’s BS and makes me angry every time

Not only is service extremely SLOW here, but their management doesn’t respond to customer feedback/​complaints. After having several order mix ups here, I finally said something about it. Absolutely no response. I think this is unacceptable. I’ve never experienced such horrible service from a fast food joint, EVER! Drive a little further and go to the McD’s on the corner of 164^th and Bothell-​Everett Hwy. They’re fast and they never mess up your order!

The staff here are clueless but are consistent in getting every order wrong !

The lobby is open 24 hours. Good place to relax after the bars LOL service is pretty slow that late but it is expected.

I do not understand all the negative reviews for the Thomas Lake McDonalds. The location has been recently rebuilt from the ground up. This of course means the store is clean, modern and fresh looking. The location has free wifis, comfortable chairs, tvs and lots of electrical outlets to charge your phone and use your laptop.
My three orders at their new location have all been correct, very fresh quality and they have some of the lowest prices in the area (for example chicken wraps are $ 1.59 here, $ 1.69 at Bellevue Square and $ 1.99 at the McDonalds on Hwy 9) They also have punch cards (buy so many get one free) for value meals and drinks.
I recommend this McDonalds, but remind all it is fast food. For fast food, it is 5 stars. Also, the split drive through was pretty much needed as their lines are so long they needed traffic flow management.

With the remodel I expected the Drive-​thru to be much more efficent and things to go a bit smoother; looks can be deceiving. Similar to what you see for other reviews as the order has been messed up and to be honest, I think it takes longer with the split drive-​thru.
People reading this, you will get your food, don’t cut the other person off, that’s just rude.
Maybe things will get better once they are open longer, but as of right now, not very impressive.

They won’t give you your cups before your food! Clearly the management doesn’t have kids!!! They also don’t know how to count to 4! The nuggets were all missing one.
