I always order carry out & this dominos has never disappointed me. I mostly get the two topping pizza with vegetarian pasta. For 5.99 $ each is great value for money. I also see mostly all bad reviews are around delivery orders, will stay away from delivery though.

Domino’s pizza is bad enough without throwing sheer incompetence into the mix. Every single time we order from here, they screw up our order. This time we ordered online and when we saw it was almost ready, we came for carry out… to make a long story short, we’ve been sitting here for 45 minutes. Only reason I give 2 stars is because most of the time, staff is pretty friendly and apologetic.

Figured I’d write a review while I nuke my cold pizza. 15 – 30 mins equals 90 minutes and 45 of that was delivery(9minutes from my apartment). Thanks Dominos Millbrae!

If you haven’t been to this Dominos in a while, you may want to give it another try. I’m not sure about their delivery service because I always order to pick up! Anyways, a few months ago I would have only given 1 star due to my online order being made wrong… always on the wrong crust. I decided to try them again and the last 2xs, well my online order was not only made correctly but the quality of the pizza was EXECELLENT! WAYTOGOGUYSKEEPUPTHEGOODWORK!

Here I am, sitting at Dominos reading their reviews for the first time. *facepalm* Ordered online, was told that it’s going to be another 10 mins because they«messed up on my cheese bread» *giggles*. Two hours later pizza is cold and they screwed up order. We ordered two medium, one double cheese and one pepperoni and olive and they gave us a pepperoni and pepperoni and olive. And they didn’t include multiple ranch and blue cheese we paid for. We are going to complain to Domino’s corporate. This is THEWORST Domino’s we have EVER purchased. Domino’s doesn’t even care about this place’s service. This place sucks… I have never had an order be delivered without having to call and complain so now I carry out. Unless I make an order online, my order is always wrong. Today I was calling and calling, hoping to have my order be ready by the time I got there but no one answered. When I walked in the store most of the employees were on their cell phones. When I got home my order was completely wrong and somewhat cold. Love dominos, hate the Millbrae store.

I just ordered online through their website to have meat pizza with 3 other toppings delivered. Upon delivery I was met with a very angry looking man who was mumbling some things I was unable to understand. Luckily, I understood his gestures which basically meant: «sign this» «here’s your soda» «grab your pizza from the insulated box thingy». I thought to myself, «Yay! I got my pizza!» But I was unaware of the doom that awaited me. I opened the box of pizza and… NOMEAT. How does one completely miss the meat in a MEATZZAPIZZA!!! But hey, at least I got the 3 other toppings and cheese. Needless to say, I am terrified to order from this location again.

Horribe horrible experience. My order took 2 hours to get to my house(I live like 5 min away). Rude staff, every time I called asking where my order was, the employee was super rude. I wanted to cancel the order, I was starving when the pizza got to my house so i just took it. ITWASMADEWRONG. It was missing ingredients, it tasted horrible. I was soooo bad i threw it out(and i hate throwing out food), my boyfriend didn’t even want to eat it. I will NEVER get a dominos pizza ever again.

Ordered my pizza an hour and a half ago. Nobody is answering at this location. Have called other locations for help and nobody can help us either. Never experienced such awful customer service. When we track the pizza it says it’s in the prep stage since 7:30. Real cool dominos. We will never order from you again.

TURNBACKNOW! PLEASEDONOTORDERFROMTHISONE! A couple friends and I decided to watch the Niner’s game and order a pizza. Doesn’t get any more American than that. Unfortunately, ordering at 7:50pm means that your pizza will arrive around 10:10pm. We tried calling their number multiple times with no response and had an overall very poor experience. Do yourself a favor, press backspace/delete and search again!

I preordered pizza around 5:30 and had it for pick up. At 8. Got there around 8:10. Didn’t bother to check the pizza there. When I got home. It looked like they made the pizza right when I ordered it. It was cold and looked like it was made hours before. Nothing beats senores pizza! I’d rather pay more and be satisfied then go for cheap deals!

It seems like the bad reviews are coming from delivery orders. Well, good news Dominos! I had a pick-up order here the other day and my experience was… what I expected at a fast-food place. I ordered my pizza online and the status bar said it was done within 15 minutes. Once It was done, I drove to pick up my order. I walked in, the guy asked if i was here for pick up, i said yes, he handed me my pizza, i asked for Parmesan and red chili peppers, he handed me the peppers only because they don’t have Parmesan left, i said thank you, and bounced. See you again soon!

I ordered an online delivery at 8:00pm and it is now 9:45pm. I’ve called Domino’s at least 20 times and not once have they answered. If I were to order cheap pizza again, I’d choose Pizza Hut over this place any day. because they actually give some fucks about their business. I honestly wish for this place to go out of business soon, because they obviously don’t know how to run a decent fast food joint. Unprofessional and unreliable. Will never be back.

We ordered our pizza at 7:47pm Sat. Our order was 1 Large pizza with 2– 2liter Sprite I checked the online tracker and it said it was«Delivered» when I called to see what the hold up was I called the 1st time & was put on hold for 5 min & nothing. I called 2more times & no answer. Then by the 4th time they said the delivery guy was out. It was Delivered at 8:30pm When we got the order we noticed that we had 12liter Coke? & the pizza. While I was trying to call the store to ask about the sodas.(I called about 10x & no answer) I was eating one slice of pizza & I bit down on a piece of plastic! It was about the size of a dime. I say luckily it was me that found the piece because my 2yr old was eating the same pizza. When I finally called the store & got a hold of the Assistant Manager(Danica. Im sorry im not sure how to spell it) She was very nice & understanding & ofered to send us a new order, but we refused because we had almost finished the pizza but she did offer to refund our order. She said it would take about 3 business day. So I will update if & when it happens. UPDATE: No Refund yet its been a whole week. But I will be calling Corporate.
