I popped in here a few times because someone I know is obsessed with fried chicken. Every time it takes 4 – 5 times longer than I think it should. I mean, I think 10 – 20 minutes in the drive-thru window is common, regardless of the time of day or number of cars. If it weren’t so convenient, I’d go elsewhere, but this is really the only one that’s not WAY out of my way of my commute… so I keep going back. Systemically though, they need to get their act together. It’s just always so so slow.

Huge parking lot. It’s a good combo KFC and A&W I like to go Tuesday’s for the papa burger combo. Buy one get one free. Always ask for a root beer float in a real glass or you’ll get it in a cup. Root beer floats are always better in a fiery mug or glass.

Kalmel is amazing! He took really good care of me as soon as I walked in. I’m a restaurant manager so I expected crappy service but he blew my mind! Corporate please promote this guy!!! Great food, and great service! :)

I am so upset right now. Had to wait for 9 minutes for 30 hot wings. Got home and found that they gave me 26 wings. I know it’s only four wings but it’s a matter of principle. Next time I’ll sit there and count every single wing before I leave. NOT! I’m never coming through there again.

I pulled up to the drive-thru and sat there by the intercom for a couple of minutes waiting for the guy inside to even say hello, welcome, or something to let me know this is where I am supposed to order. I was just about to roll forward to the pick up window when the guy finally came on. The wife wanted the cup with the tenders and he said he was out of tenders… which is chicken… and it was middle of the day so um… how are you going to be out of tenders!!! Then since I don’t eat there often I asked what the sandwich was and he said it was a tenders sandwich… in which he had no tenders for. so 2 out of the 3 options they have they were out of… decided to go with the spicy chicken but had to get the bone in cuz what… no tenders haha. Guess was just a bad day for us. Not the best experience but oh well… don’t go there often anyway so… not gonna miss it. Maybe you should call in advance to check on their inventory before heading there…

Customer service was a joke. We waited in line for 10 mins and the employee, Cookie, did not acknowledge the customers. Once we reach the front he says it will be 15 – 20 mins til food can be prepared. We asked if he knew that why don’t you let the customers know instead of having them wait in line.(Crickets) He had no answer and went to the back to pack food. Good luck to anyone else who tries to eat here…

Staff are friendly but they take an awfully long time to take, prepare and serve orders. I can’t have lunch break here because it consumes 30 minutes of waiting time. :(

I used to come every Monday and/or Tuesday for their specials. On this most recent trip I waited almost 20 minutes after placing order… everybody in front and behind me in line gets their order — so I finally approach the counter and inquire only to find out they accidentally ‘deleted’ my order Gee thank you for not even bothering to tell me. Then they go to fill it and tell me they’re out of grilled chicken. No apologies from anyone for the screw up. Just asked for a refund and left. Place is always dirty and gross anyway with flies buzzing around and tables with garbage in the dining area. You just lost a good customer Millbrae KFC…

I come here like once a week and always have to wait long for my order. Most of the time I use the drive in window, so I decided to come inside the restaurant to see if my service could be a little bit faster. But no! It was just like going to the drive-through I still had to wait. After going inside the restaurant I felt disgusted the floors were dirty, the garbage cans were full. Flies flying around in the lobby and the table hadn’t been wiped down and trash thrown away. It was as if I was at one of them most disgusting restaurants on the planet. I was very shocked to see that because I had gone to this KFC many times before. Now I have change my mind about going back to this particular location. So think twice before going into this KFC.

If I could give no star I would. This has not not changed. Thought I would give this KFC another try but the new staff is just as terrible. Waited 15 min. Before I got to counter. Would take another 20 minutes for fresh bucket. Girl was more concerned about flirting with a guy. Walked out and horribly disappointed!!! Was going to order for a party but they really are horrible. DONOTGO unless you have no other choice

My mom and I decided to go through the drive through and get a little snack so we ordered fried chicken and a side of Mac and cheese. When we get home, they gave us mashed potatoes instead of the Mac and cheese so we had to drive all the way back to get what we ordered. The inexperienced staff never apologized or anything and treated it as no big deal. Terrible customer service. Never eating here again.

Every time I come to this location they are out of whatever I want. Chicken, pot pies you name it. I’ve never gone to another fast food place and they were out of their main items. If you go through the drive thru you are ALWAYS waiting at least 10 minutes for your order after being ignored at the window for at least half that time. The food is getting saltier and the service is getting worse. They really need to hire some management.

Hate to give a bad review. I go to different KFC’s probably a few times a week because it is cheap and the food is good. This review is for this particular store and not the food. Food is good, no problem. It is for this store. I have told the manager no less than 3 times but the bathroom was disgusting in a two week period. I was the first customer in the store one morning at 10 a.m. And there was already pissed on the toilet, papers all over the floor and no paper towels to dry my hands. Has been a member of times for this. I thought telling the manager that it should probably be cleaned first thing in the morning if they were prepared for the day but I guess not

We. ordered here after our walk exercise and the 2 men ahead of us already waited in line for more than 15 mins and I expected the same thing. For an order of chicken pops, we waited in line for 30 mins and another long wait for the order. There was a new trainee at the counter but she was alone serving as the cashier, and the person who’s already a pioneer was the one preparing the orders. It was slow coz of the newbie and consistent Q&A of the newbie from the pioneer. They shld add more crew. Too bad they don’t serve crispy or hot spicy chicken… place is boring as usual

I’ve been to this place at least six times on different days and time. Not one time the original, crispy or grilled chicken was any good compare to chicken at other KFC(SF Marina district, Mission, & San Mateo). Although items like the Mashed potatoes, Chicken Tenders & Hot Wings I tried here are pretty good. Also, the service to me was pretty fast & friendly. Just something about the regular chickens here?

This place is horrible. Service is always slow. Dining room is dirty. And last week I went in and they said they had no chicken. Isn’t this Kentucky Fried Chicken? And they have no chicken? And they didn’t have an answer on when more would be made.

Came in a half hour before they closed to buy a ten piece grilled chicken bucket and they were telling the guy in front of me that they sold all but three pieces of chicken and didn’t want to make more. I inquired myself and this was confirmed. The entire dining area was already shut down and mopped a half hour before close. Terrible business practice. Clearly lazy employees that wanted to walk out the door and go home at close instead of actually staying open until close. They earned the lowest rating.

Customer service is very good and people are extremely friendly. The food quality is in line with other KFC locations.(This is not a bad thing, BTW)
