I went in and ordered the low carb six dollar burger. They called my order # and lady read what it was, and it was not what I ordered. Then the person who rung me up told her he entered it in wrong and it was supposed to be the low carb burger. Then I waited another 5 minutes for them to make it what I ordered and they called my number again. I took my lunch back to work and opened it, they ended up not doing any changes to my order and it was the same burger they originally gave me.

Read all of the other reviews. This place is horrible from customer service to the food.

Overpriced! The meals are way more expensive than other Carl’s jr. I though they all are the same? Guess not.

Prefer carrying cash since there would be a problem with the card swiping machine most often!

Fast food? You mean slow service. They take days to take my order through drive through. Then you gotta wait a long time just to get your food. It isn’t even busy.. Service has always been like that. If it wasn’t for it being the nearest one, then I’d pick another location.

Not really a fast food fan. But came here on a random trip. Bought 1 meal #8, 2 sandwiches(western burger and chicken fillet burger) and chicken tenders kids meal Bill was $ 25. Service nothing bad or good. The food was ok. I didn’t know the chicken fillet burger was fried. Super oily and the ratio of chicken fillet to bread… 1 – 4 bread. The fillet was super tiny. Nothing special in it. Just lettuce a small ice ruled tomato and mayo On to the #8(1/3 lb guacamole thick burger) it was good but the meat patty did not look like beef. Didn’t taste like beef either. The meat was pale and not brown pink like beef. Wonder what it was? Kids meal. Chicken tenders were oily and only came with two pieces and hella fries. I hope I don’t get a heart attack tonight. This reminds me why I don’t eat fast food.

The food was good. But im more upset at the lack of service. I pulled up to the drive thru with my family in the car. I waited for the cashier to take my order. Nothing. I drove to the window. Nothing. I went around and parked. I went in and was able to place my order. The girl had a headset on. So was she for the drive thru? Also there was no line and 1 set of customers eating. Another car did the same thing at the drive thru. He was ignored as well. Ive never had a problem with them till today. Hopefully it is because of the holiday.

I agree with the other Unilocalers who have complained about the manager at this location. She is quite unfriendly. I work down the street from here and like to get breakfast at Carls jr but will be going to jack in the box around the corner after my last experience. I have seen the heavy set female manager almost every time I have been here and she has always had the same pissy attitude. In regards to the other Unilocalers who mentioned she is much friendlier to the Spanish speaking clientele, I firmly agree and have witnessed this many times. What bothers me the most is witnessing her and the cooks joke and laugh in only Spanish while preparing my food after taking my order in English. Not only is this extremely unprofessional but is unsanitary as well. I have no problem with people enjoying them selves at work but when the joking creates an unsanitary restaurant its time to complain. What they were joking about this time was so funny to the food preper that she actually started coughing while making my sandwich. I really feel uncomfortable when I’m at this location because of the way they treat customers of Caucasian and Asian bsckgrounds. Unless you speak Spanish and look Mexican, I would avoid this place at all cost.

I have not eaten at Carl’s Jr in a long time and I saw the advertisements for Texas Onion BBQ burger. When I was going to the Milpitas mall, I saw the Carl’s JR and decided to try the burger. I am really surprised how much prices for fast food has gone up. But I guess this burger had the pulled pork and 1⁄3 hamburger meat. So I pretty much paid $ 9.55 for the sandwich, small fries, and a coke. The sandwich does not look as big as it does in the pictures, but very filling however. I was able to eat it without having a stomach ache. The location is okay just make sure you make that left hand turn when you see it otherwise you will have to wait to make a u-turn at one of the most busiest intersections. Inside the remodel is very nice and clean, I like the atmosphere and in a really upcoming area. Lots of construction however.

My least favorite Carls Jr location! Ugh. Carls jr used to be my *fav* fast food to order hands down. This place put all my favorite 6dollar burger memories to shame. Why? Fries are not crispy. As a matter o fact it tastes pretty starchy and pasty. The jalapeño turkey burger I ordered tasted BITTER upon every bite. I don’t know if it’s because of the old jarred jalapeño they put in it, or because the turkey patty tasted burnt. The pungent taste practically gave me a headache. For all my late night munchers, I suggest you order from the Jack in the box nearby. I don’t think much of jack in the box as a top choice for fast food in the very least, but that location’s quality has def won me over.

There isn’t much to say about this place since most fast restaurants are very similar. All I can is this place is okay. Food is what to be expected for a fast food joint. However, it’s a whole lot better than the one off of Oakland near the 101. There were no creepy, unwelcoming people at this location.

I don’t eat at Fast food place too often anymore because I’m trying to eat healthier and lose weight. I’ve always like Carl’s Jr. better than any of the other fast food places. I am disappointed that they all took out their salad bars. They do have some of the best pre-made salads though. I’ve been to many locations like this one and they are always friendly and efficient. I don’t think I’ve ever had a problem at any of them. They are a little more expensive than the other fast food place, but their food it a little better quality. Beside their salads, I recommend the Charbroiled Chicken Club Sandwich. I remember years ago, when I would go to the Carl’s Jr. in Santa Clara, they would always think I was saying Chicken Salad.

I love carls and this place ruined it for me… Got a patty that was either not fully cooked or the meat was bad and had to throw up… Hopefully this doesn’t happen again

First and foremost — if you aren’t inlove with Carl’s Jrs ranch — something is wrong. I love Carl’s; even as a kid. And if you’re lucky, you’ll catch the star outside dancing around. I will say, unless there is some freak storm, the line is always pretty long & for some reason it always take longer to make their food at Carl’s! Well worth the wait, but f you’re already hungry and/or don’t have time to wait — best to try a different time.

I usually LOVE Carl’s Jrs but this location… I am going to keep it short and simple. Drive thrus are usually fast but it took hella long. The worst part was my fish burger cuz was straight up burnt. So burnt that I couldn’t even eat it. I called to complain and the lady told me to come back for a new one. I was going to the next day but didn’t want the hassle so didn’t go back for my remake burger. Is this $ 5 burger worth the trip? Me thinks not. The western bacon cheeseburger(which is usually one my faves) wasn’t good here either. The Philly cheeseburger was okay though. Maybe cuz it was my first time trying that so I wouldn’t have noticed the difference from good and bad. Maybe I came on a bad night. Maybe I came here on a day where the cook messed up and because of that I had a a bad experience. I am kinda traumatized so I probably would not come back… This is just my one time experience here and it killed it for me. No more Carls JR. Not this location at least.

It’s 8:48pm and it’s slow. The lady/manager was running the cash register and the take out window so she was busy but at the same time she wasn’t really friendly. Slightly messed up my order but it was minor and I felt like raising the issue wasn’t worth it. She was friendlier to the Mexican speaking clientele than came after us. I’d come back but I would just like someone who can take my order correctly without language issues. Also the spicy chicken sandwich here is 1.49 while at other places it’s 0.99. Just saying…

Quick, speedy service!(hence fast food…) Great, prime location for people who need on-the-go breakfast/lunch.
