Jack-In-the Box Restaurant

Went through the drive through and ordered 2 happy meals on the menu one was for $ 2.99 the other said 3.29 but on the screen they had different prices $ 1.50 more per happy meal when I confronted them they had no explanation and was talking to me like I was stupid saying they don’t get it and what do I want I simply said for your menu prices to be accurate. Then they got rude so I sped off. Your not going to scam me.

I really use to like this location and I’ve tried to give it many chances. But enough is enough! The service is so slow. It is no longer fast food. It doesn’t matter if there’s 3 cars ahead of you or 1. Be prepared to wait. I always go through the drive thru and I’ll sit there for a good 3 minutes before being acknowledge through the intercom. I’m so sad. I love jack in the box and this is the closest location to my work, but I won’t go here anymore.

Place is always closed randomly for some bullshit reason. Dont go here if you only have a 30min lunch.

They suck 2 managers in front while there’s only 2 people in front of me and took them 10min just to take my order ! Is this is suppose to be fast food ?? Don’t ever come here. No star !

If you can give a fast food restaurant zero stars, that would be this place. We’ve been here 3 times. The first they were closed. But it says 24 hours. Second time, they messed up our order and took about 20 minutes in the drive thru. Third time, they took our order and then gave us half our meal. The lines here are notoriously long and they are notoriously slow. So I banged on the front door, and then called them. The girl who answered said she would get my meal… and then decided it was a good idea to take a smoke break with her friend. I walked up to her again and asked where my food was because I was on my lunch break, not just some drunk person wanting food… she was like «call and complain» and I have the previous two times. She said she would make it herself. Two minutes later, she was back outside with it. I am beyond irritated with this location and it sucks because when we take lunch break, it’s either this place or subway. I will not be returning here. I believe it should be shut down.

Came here at 11:00 pm. A woman (obviously a staff member) was holding the door open. When I was 20 feet away, she muttered something… her lips read «oh no» and closed the door before I got there. It was locked even though the sign said the dine-​in closes at 12:00 am.
I had to knock to get her to open the door, which was when she told me they were closing the lobby early due to being under-​staffed (people were still eating inside, but ok fine). I was holding the door open with my hand but she forcefully shut it. pretty rude imo.
Yeah it’s JitB and I don’t expect excellent service. But I’m going to complain about it when it’s this bad.

These people know me by name lol. I’m here probably 5 times a week easy.
Breakfast lunch or dinner its all good.
If I didn’t already have an easy job (thanks mom) I’d work here, did someone say free food? Lol.

Wrong food was received, rasberry ice tea tasted like water with a tad bit of sugar.

I swore I would never eat at this Jack in the Box again but foolishly went back. Wanted to try the new Blazin’ Chicken Sandwich. The chicken was so overcooked that it was shrunk down to half the size it should be and was some dark shade of burnt brown. The soda syrup mixture wasn’t tuned right. Dr. Pepper tasted like colored water. And please do some modernization. The menu board inside looks like it has been there since the 80’s. All dingy and stained.

Came here to try their new Jack’s Blazin Chicken sandwich with ghost pepper ranch sauce. I was so excited to try this since I love spicy food. I was a bit disappointed as it was not spicy at all for me. I guess I’ll have to try the spicy sriracha burger next time. I did like the fact they offered free medium curly fries when you text to a certain #. We were surprised how much fries came with it especially since it was free. I was also able to get 2 free tacos from a previous purchase I had from another location. I will be back to try the spicy sriracha.
Service was slow.

Been going there for a while but I’m basing this review on the graveyard shift. Each time we go lately the Indian lady who takes our order and hands us our order ACTS like we are peons. I’m sure some guests can be unruly, but she acts the same way. Through the speaker, she’s very unfriendly. At the window, she accepts the money like we have cooties and when she hands change, it’s a two finger drop. She gives the bag the same way. They are also pretty slow but some of the slowness must be huge orders. But most time, as soon as we meet at window, it can take about 5 min. (Too long in my eyes) one time they ran out of soda as we met at window. Aren’t there signs when a bev is running low or empty.
I remember when the order taker «John“was there at night. He was loud, friendly and very upbeat but this particular lady needs a customer appreciation class. Remember one bad experience can translate into 5 lost customers. This is a negative review !!! (In case «jack» or «jacks» owners/​managers didn’t know this.)

All the workers who works there are cr*ck head, and sometimes there deserts food are old. Another thing they never get your order right, an you’ll miss items.

Love this place! The Jalapeño poppers are the best! Love their curly fries and tacos! I can eat there tacos for every meal! They have the best curly fries! You can’t go wrong with jack in the back! By far the best fast food around!

We’ve been going to this Jack-​in-​the-​Box for so long all the staff there is very friendly. We always get the same thing there two tacos well done extra crispy they are so bomb when their extra crispy! The food is always hot and fresh our three-​year-​old loves too tacos well done extra crispy. Never really go to this Jack-​in-​the-​Box during the day but we always go there in the evenings or night time also if you haven’t got the number 27^th you need to get the number 27!

Beside McDonalds, Jack n. the Box is probably the fast food place I most frequent because there are tons of them around and, unlike McDonalds, they are open all night. I don’t eat at fast food restaurants as often anymore because they are fattening. When I used to eat at Jack n the Box all the time, I would get the Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich and the curly fries. I also love their cheesecake and Raspberry ice tea. They have a lot of yummy different things on their menu like the Fajita Pita and the Bacon and cheddar wedges too. I also like their commercials. They are probably some of the funniest out there. The people at the drive through are exceedingly nice and always ask me how my experience was. They probably have some of the best customer service people of any fast food chain. All the locations I’ve been to, they are fast, friendly and efficient.

Clean and fast. As good as jack in the crack can get.
