ObviousLy im not aLone since there is ALWAYS a huge wait and Long Lines here.
Dont expect great customer service– they want to get you in and out so they can move onto the person standing behind you.
Food QuaLity is typicaL to any other McDonaLds Location you visit. Just be prepared to stand around Like cattLe while you wait for your number to be caLLed.
FYI– you are aLLowed one free soda refiLL. Bring your empty cup to the register and they’ll hook you up. SCORE!!!

Employees eat Wetzels Pretzels right out of the food serving bin. Health Code violation.

I had an excellent and fast service today and it was awesome! I love when that happens! The workers there seemed very professional and knowledgeable about their product –I overheard them explaining/​talking to the customer ahead of me about their menu –which gives them brownie points. If you know your stuff, flaunt it in a good way!
In total, I only waited for about 2−3m! Granted, it wasn’t that packed in the food court yet, but still, that’s not bad at all :)
If I knew their names, I would give them a shout out but I was extremely hungry and; therefore, more worried about feeding the beast then trying to retain certain details for later ;)

As I was walking around the mall yesterday 11÷3÷2015 I decided to get a large sweet tea with 3 creamers at McDonald’s. Everything was fine UNTIL the employee started to get the drink… She went to the back room and the door was cracked open; enough for us to see what she was doing. She went towards a red bucket on the shelf and I told my friend to look at what she was doing, because she was at the angle where she was able to see the employee getting my drink… The sweet tea was in a red bucket and she was scooping it out from another McDonald’s cup. I told her to just give me a Coke after she got my drink. Seeing that happened was unsanitary and gross. I can’t believe they do that. PLEASE change it up GREAT MALL MCDONALDS.

I understand it’s McDonalds but yishay was totally rude when I politely asked her for bbq sauce because she game me buffalo for my nuggets.

I have to confess that I’m a regular customer at McDonald’s (I never say that to my friends) But this one location in particular, was not a great experience. I ordered a single one dollar Coke and It took forever, I had to ask one of the guys who will serve my Coke. The he took my receipt and check-​carefully the time I bought it, then threw it out to be sure I wont ask for another one??? OK that’s enough to say.

Hey Unilocalers, I work at this McDonald’s and I know a little secret that will help save you money if ordering a sausage mcmuffin with egg. Order a regular sausage mcmuffin for 1 $ then add round egg. Order like that and instead of 3.79, it’s like a buck 79. Oh and yeah this McDonald’s is under new management and they have me scrubbing everything clean. And the rest of the crew are FAST. Hope this helps

I can’t really give any McDonalds any higher than a 4 on the principal that they are probably the unhealthiest place you can ever eat. I personally lost 87 pounds in the last year and the min thing I did to lose it was cut out all fast food, not just McDonalds, so I can’t put the blame 100% on them, but they do get the brunt of it because they are the most popular, accessible, one of the cheapest and their food is assembly line made. Like Steve Martin said he had a theory that there is a vat in the balk of every McDonald with this stuff in it and it creates molds on a conveyer belt that look like what you order, squish, hamburger, squish, malt, squish, paper box, squish, here’s your change. Thank You. Still, show doesn’t like a cheeseburger once in a while and they do have some healthy choices like salads and the wraps aren’t too bad. I have to say my favorite thing about McDonalds is their coffee. It used to taste like brown water, but they changed their bean or something years ago and started making fancy coffees like Fraps, mochas, lattes and ice mochas etc. Their coffee is the best now. I really mean it and I know what I’m talking about because coffee is my favorite drink. They are better than Cafino, Pete’s and definitely Star Bucks. I go to McDonald just for the coffee. They really hit on something with that. Whoever thought of that as a genius, I am surprised other fast food place like Jack N the Box haven’t jumped on the coffee band wagon because their coffee stinks. The customer service has almost always been satisfactory. I remember, when my dad was alive, he used to complain bout the one down the street from our house that they never looked at you when they were handing the food to you through the window at the drive through, so he always had to grapple with it. I’m sure they are pretty busy and wanting to get on o the next person as quick as possible.

I never get bad service here until today. I asked for a large sweet tea an the batch she poured in us regular tea. I tell her n she hands me sugar packets!!! Wtf kind of service is that?! Maybe hire more people to help hand out the orders. Never seen McDonalds understaffed.

It was a Friday night after my daughter had her adventure over at Great Jump Sports and I was baffled as to what we should eat. It was already past 8 and I certainly do not feel like driving anywhere for food since it was late and it was getting cold. For some reason I was hoping to just jump in my bed…
My daughter is the type that would rather stay home to watch television; the kids’ shows nowadays are sometimes too much and should be coined rated PG-​13. Anyway. for some odd reason she suggested a walk around the mall. I complied because I haven’t been to the mall in forever. I was thinking, «I can use some more calorie burn since I know whatever it is at the mall is fattening albeit cheap.»
We landed here and I asked if they can do a McGangBang but they said they couldn’t… I swear it’s just 2 burgers into 1 so why can’t they do it? The lady that took my order wasn’t fluent in English so maybe that was why she looked at me as if I was from another planet but she did go in the back to ask so I give her credit for it.
In the end we ordered the 20pc nugget meal w/​a Sprite (my daughter’s preferred soda). I had 10, she had 10, I ate most of the fries, she drank 95% of the soda. when I got on the scale afterwards, I was happy. I got on the scale again in the morning and of course the joy of determination came over me. This diet and exercise routine really works if you follow it. It also helps if you eat every 3 hours since I’m not doing snacks this time.

Even though I loved McDonald’s, I hated it when I got older, this services really LIES, ALOT!
I started to buy 3 MC chickens and 2 cups of water. later onwhen I got food, there was no water. I asked them where’s the water for my order, and she said its not here anymore. OMG, EVERY MCDONALDS HAS WATER FOR CUSTOMERS. then I saw an old lady on my left getting a cup of water!!! I said why does she get water and the cashier said she ordered hot water, so I said I wanted it too.
Then the cashier said nothing to me. I went and drank my hot water, and GUESS

IF U HATE PEOPLE WHO LIE, U SHOLD NEVER GO TO ANY MCDONALDS, TRY IN N OUT AND BURGER KING.

The worst! (This is for the store not inside the mall, but in the same complex.)
Poor service, can’t get a order straight, over-​charged and was not able to give a refund.
I won’t mention the nationality, but it’s friends hiring moronic friends that have limited knowledge of the english language.
And the orders take FOREVER to fill.

Went here for a quick 10 piece mcnugget lunch. Came away with the worst night of my life. I had never experienced projectile vomiting before. Overshare? Maybe. That is not where it ended, but that is where I will stop describing my 24 hours after eating at this McDonald’s. I am back on solid foods again, and will steer clear of this god-​for-​saken place for the rest of my natural born life. Eater beware. You will pay for your quick treat.

Nice place with good service with a smile; a little confusing on the drive-​thru (there are two ways to enter — one from the gas station side and the other from the opposite side… where it actually says «Drive-​Thru»). You’ll end up playing musical cars when there is traffic from both sides.
Other than that, its a McDonald’s just like any other, some people like it and some people don’t. As with any place that has a computer display at the drive-​thru, make sure you always double-​check your order so you can be sure its correct.

Came here during lunch and order the chicken nuggets 10pc, paid went to window #2 and they gave me chicken selects meal. I explained I ordered the chicken nuggets and the person at the window said its chicken too, hello, i know but that’s NOT what i ordered, make sure you up date your systems when you up date the menu board, most of these places are going downhill, poor customer service, place is dirty, cant even comprehend proper English. CHECK YOUR BAG, THEY SCREW UP 9 OUT OF 10 TIMES!

Fast food… fast, cheap, poor quality food it is.
You pretty much know what to expect when you dine here. Food is super inexpensive, comes out in blazing records, you devour it and get full and move on with life. Nothing really else to say about this place. Don’t know why there is a location outside the mall, lol. Maybe it’s for those who regret not getting it in the mall? IDK.
1 free refill only. End of story.

Fast food? Probably the most recognized fast food franchise on the planet.
I know I usually go with three stars for a fast food restaurant, but this one is missing some items that I order.
— They didn’t have sweet tea till a year later
— They don’t have all the salads on the menu
— Service is really slow for a mall setting.
Two stars is the best I can do, you might as well visit the McChevron on Great Mall pkwy.

BEST MCD FRIES EVERYTIME!
I’m not too big of a fan of fast food but everytime I’ve come here, this particular Mcdonalds brings out the fries every time. It’s kinda of hard to screw something to up when all you have to do is throw it in the deep fryer for a certain amount of time. But it has to be the consistency in the amount of salt they throw on.

We were walking round and round, then round and round a bit more to look for a coffee shop. If you know Great mall there is only one coffee shop there — starmucks* :p I thought I were familiar with the place but you know when you are looking for a specific something for some reasons you’ll never seem to find it! We stopped by the food court… where do they sell coffee? Think think think, where? We were tired, sleepy and in need of an injection of caffeine… my eyes searching. my nose. couldn’t smell much at the food court lol… then I saw the big yellow M sign then I literally shouted! McDonald’s!!! That’s it!!! I WANT AN ICE COFFEE from McDonald’s! I haven’t tried it this summer yet!!!
I had a very nice iced hazelnut latte, the larger size, my friend bought it and I thought we were undercharged because it was under $ 5 for 2? We were so happy because Starmucks* iced coffee is no where near this delicious and STRONG!
Hey, McDonald’s are giving out free iced mocha every Monday from 7am to 7pm *wink* I think it’s through August! Cheers!
