What is wrong with this place? I am pregnant and going to wet my pants and some worker starts yelling at me and kicks me out of the bathroom because he needs something in there. Have some courtesy as a decent human and step out for two seconds.

This location is disgusting and filled with rats. The workers are dirty, have attitudes, and they’re greedy when it comes to drinks. Like does it really hurt you to fill up our drinks to the top of the cup!!!

I visit this place frequently. people who do billing are very rude towards the customer. they charge extra money for ranch which I never saw in other
pick is for 2 $ but they charge 2.50 $ +tax

Niggas got my drink wrong twice didn’t understand y I asked for a Coke and sweet tea got it wrong we can do better then that

Ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin and a small caramel mocha through the drive through on the way to get my car serviced. The lady at the first window didn’t give me a receipt and asked me to move on to the next window. I picked up the order and left. Got to the dealership for service to find out I’m missing the egg of the sausage EGG mcmuffin and my mocha cup was only two thirds full. Can’t even call to let them know since I don’t have the receipt. Absolutely terrible. I won’t be coming here again.

Waited in the drive thru for a half hour, for a Mcchicken without chicken!!!

They have sausage and egg Biscuit sandwiches! But got shorted on my orange juice. Ugh. Whatevs.

Nothing but rude people that work there! From the person taking the order to the person giving me my order. Not a simple smile or even a «have a good day». I will never go to this location again.

Drive thru for lunch is very sloooow during lunch. It took me 10 min to get my meal (waste of gas in super hot day, and this is defiantly not drive thru!) Gogurt I got in kids meal expired 10 days already! Did they even check the food expiration date at all everyday or they’ve been serving expired food for long time and don’t care? Not to mention this are food for little kids to eat! I think this will be my last time to this location. Who knows if they are serving anything expired that I just don’t know about it.

ATTENTION EVERYONE. Don’t not come to this establishment. They were very rude and when I came in with my family there was a puddle of water I sliped Nd my husband caught me, when I asked if someone was going to clean it she replied «we called someone to come clean it we were really busy». She was not appoligetic at all!!! Must i also mind that when i got there it was not busy at all, she was just day dreaming at the cashier till i got her attention. Then when I got my drinks there was no large tops for the drinks and that area was really disgusting Nd dirty. Again I askd for the manager a worker went and got her. She was Hispanic and when I told her how long I was inside eating and they didn’t clean or wipe up the puddle of water she started to argue with me in front of my husband Nd child. That was not professional at all if you ask me. Then I askd for a complaint number or website she gave it Nd then had some lady that wasn’t even clocked on yet clean it. If I could I would not give any stars! Horrible experience with my family. They didn’t not care for what I had to tell them either.

The location right next to the mall works well for them I’m sure! Pretty New so laid out better than most. Drive through is a waste of gas and lunch is as expected… busy. It’s McDonald’s! And you can tell it was not cheap to build and they expect this location to last! The mall itself is upscaling slowly… so will the price here of a fish sandwich! Keep that in mind generation X!

Closed before 12 lazy holes

They were very unattentive, Manager was talking In Spanish with coworkers with customers around, bad service and very unprofessional

So I stopped by McDonald’s, after not having it for over a year, because I needed something quick on my lunch break (I took too long at the mall). The drive thru line took forever, but I quickly calmed myself down realizing that it was the lunch rush. When I got my food (chicken nugget meal) it was hot, fresh and crispy! And with the sprite it was the cherry on top. Absolutely perfect!
Then I finished my soda and took off the lid to each the ice to find a bug (looks like a fruit fly) and what looks like dirt in the cup.
I’m currently disgusted and feeling sick to my stomach. Last time I will come to this location. I learned my lesson, I’ll bring my lunch next time.

My friends and I went here on Black Friday since the McD in the mall was super packed and there were no seats available.
My friend and I ordered 2 cheeseburgers, a jalapeño double, a large side of fries, and a large sweet tea. I’m not sure why, but the lady behind the counter kept getting confused on our order and we had to repeat our orders about 3 times before it really stuck. I had to ask her two times to repeat our complete order to confirm it was right since the first time the quantities were wrong.
The food was fine, and it came out like normal, but the service was definitely lacking. I know this is a McD, but I’ve been to other locations where I felt like I was being served well and the staff tried to smile. Also this place was not clean at all. Needs renovation!

Never come back this location anymore, they served very bad. I made the drive through and had to wait for the long time to be able to order, after that, i waited like 10′ at the payment window and another 10′ for the food, nobody says please wait for a minute or thank you or sorry. after all, my happy meal looked like the sh*t, the food bag looked like they reused so many time and the food was messy inside the bag.

Fast drive thru, but cashier spoke half English and Spanish. Didn’t ask me what size I wanted.

I was craving an ice cream cone with my sister earlier today. We decided to go to the drive thru to get it. The lady talking through the speaker was nice and clear with her words.
I asked for a large sweet tea with 3 creamers inside. When we pulled up to the first window to pay, this worker in the back asked, «what — in the sweet tea? 3 creamers?» The cashier said yes. Then when we pulled up to the last window to pick up our food, we grabbed the ice cream cone, then he asked us «what did you want in your sweet tea?» Err… I believe you asked us that twice. Maybe he’s never heard of that combination before but uh. your coworker just told you.
Lastly, is it even possible for ice cream to be warm!!! It was just such a weird taste and temperature when we licked our ice cream cone. The ice cream kept its shape though, but what the hell… the temperature was warm?! I have never had a warm ice cream cone before — EVER. Best believe it was the most weirdest and devastating thing ever.
Forever confused.

This is the first time I am doing a review, and have been in this mcdonalds several times, the service sucks! The crews at the counter are rude and has BAD customer service, they don’t even acknowledged the customer or say thank u, NO smile, not friendly at all! I don’t understand why they hire people like them ?! Is being rude one of the standards when they hire people ?! Well i guess so …

You may be thinking, «Why the hell does a McDonalds gets 5 stars?!» Here is why:
I have been working in the area for just over 6 years and fine myself at the mall on my lunch break often. Occasionally I need a quick meal and go to this McDonalds. I also fill up my gas tank regularly at the Cheveron. I come by at the height of the lunch rush and there is often a line out the drive thru entrance. But the line moves SOO FAST!!! They take your order very promptly. And when you get to the food window your order is READY. I have never waited They also have an automatic drink dispenser, which I have not seen at any other drive thru. They even have drinks for the next customer ready and waiting.
This review seems even weirder than when I was planning to write it, but I have been very impressed with this drive thru for over 6 years. With as many people that come through it, they are on their game.
