Ok first of all me and my gf wasnt planning to go here until we crave for something sweet. the gentleman told us the machine for milkshake is broken we was sad and soon as we got into the window of drive thru he handed me a oreo milkshake saying he managed to get me one but its not as thick as regular. This customer service went beyond expectation and he has earned every respect i have. i just wanted to say thank you and hope every associates everywhere who does such thing should be rewarded!

Worth service ever !! They have 5 people 2 in the grill area one in the fryer one in the drive thru and one at the front counter. It took them 5 min to take my order because they all attending the drive-​thru. If you don’t know is jack in the box main money maker. After I order my food I waited for 10min. How do I know because I saw the timer in their little window I asked the girl that took my order if my breakfast sandwich was done? because there was one sandwich that they made and no one was taking it .
She went look at it and told me no. So she asked her supervisor that was at the grill if my sandwich was done and this Caucasian girl responded in a very angry voice that she was waiting for the meat !! I wait it another 5 min and I just grab my coffee and I left .
As a reminder JIB is a fast food restaurant no a I’ll get it done when I can restaurant! First time in that location for me and last. The attitude sucks big time.

Extremely poor customer service. I ordered with a coupon of 2 double Jack for $ 6 and a coupon for buy one double Jack get one free. Instead of telling me both coupons doesn’t work all at once, the employee started arguing with me. Never come to this Jack in the box

I have never in my life had such horrible customer service. I am not the kind of person who would normally complain but I just can’t get over how horrible this place is. The wait is horrible and they are ALWAYS busy. I don’t understand how the line can always be so long and how long it takes to get my food. Its like none of the employees are properly trained and they are always understaffed. God I hate this place!!!

Personally I hate jack in the box. I would only like to order probably the cheap ass tacos!!!
2 for 1 dollar is bomb for the munchies, especial the late night ones.
The ranch is bomb though with the tacos. Sometimes I order about 6 tacos in one sitting but that’s bout it. Definitely not diggin anything else up in that nasty joint.

Dining room closed today due to construction. Drive Thru Only. There should be another sign by the entrance of Driveway and not only at the door!!!
This way people don’t waste their time parking in the tight stalls, wasting their time walking to the door finding out it’s drive thru only today.

This jack in the box is hit or miss. There are time where they take forever for just an order or two tacos and there are times when a big order comes out quick. When orders are late, there is is a guy who gives out are free taco, which is very considered of him.

This seems to be a popular/​busy Jack in the Box location. The drive thru is usually packed, so it is understandably slow, even during graveyard hours. I used to come here often with my dad to try the new sandwiches they’re always having, and they’re pretty on-​point when you walk in and order. Their drive thru, however, is pretty much hit or miss with their food. On June 28^th, for example, my buddies and I had a really horrible experience at this location. It was like 11 PM and we were taking the drive thru, ordering 2 large curly fries and 2 munchie meals. We asked for extra ranch at the speaker, and the Indian girl said ok. When we received our order, we only received 4 cups of ranch. The Jack in the Box in Hayward near my work hooks it up with 4 ranch for my munchie meals, but this one always gives me 2 cups of ranch for my munchie meals. It didn’t bother me until that day, though, because when my friend asked for more ranch at the window, the Indian girl rudely snapped at him and said, «I already gave you 4!» She reluctantly gave us 2 more (as if she was doing us a favor) and we made our way back to my friend’s house. That’s when I was complaining to my friends about how they usually give me 2 ranch for my munchie meals, and we had 2, so 4 ranch cups only sufficed for the munchie meals, and she decided that my other friends should not have ranch with their curly fries. As I started eating, my friend stopped me and said, «look. my fries came like this.» The fry cup which was supposed to be a large was literally only half-​filled! My friends and I were really upset with our experience that day, and I am reluctant that I cannot say that I won’t be giving them my business anymore, as it is the nearest location for me. Today, I had a much more decent experience with an Asian lady, although she did not ask me if I wanted my receipt or not. She crumpled it up which was kind of shady. My Chicken n’ Tater munchie meal was super bomb though! Anyways, I’m not sure if their drive thru employees are stressed because it’s always so busy, or if they genuinely lack customer service experience.
TL;DR Not bad for walk-​in orders. Slow drive thru. Indian girl working night or graveyard shift at drive thru is not only cheap, but extremely rude.

This jack in the box is a hit or miss. Great lobby and guest service is okay. I eat here often and notice small mistakes being made here and there with my order but that is to be expected with such customer volume and an understaffed crew working the floor which is often the case. I notice wait times for food are very long through out the day, although drive thru is relatively quick. I give this jack in the box a 3 stars. It’s not a bad place to have a meal and convenient location make it a choice for me.

Some Sunday’s I come to get breakfast and most times I end up leaving without anything because it takes so Fk’n long in the morning. I have been sitting in drive thru for 9 min as of right now can’t get out because there’s a line of cars, this is bull shit. Lesson learned last time I come here for breakfast or at all.
Ok so I got my food 14 minutes after ordering, I hear no more pancakes and no more butter. There is only 1 guy working, what the fuck.

The classic buttery Jack burger is divine. I hope this restaurant will be open on Valentine’s day.

The place is run by dishonest people. They lie to your face. I drove though for breakfast. When I got to the window. The Mexican boy asked the lady in the back if it was a croissant sandwich because it was a cheeseburger wrapper she said only the wrapper is wrong. When got to work it was wrong the bitch lied and it was a cheeseburger. I called back she lied again and when I tried to asked why is she dishonest? Then she started with I sorry sir I can’t hear you after a minute of hearing clearly. Obviously she feels the need to be dishonest with customers. Plus, in the morning the line is to the street. Sometimes she closes the drive through during normal business hours. Because not enough people. Well that not the customers problem. You need not to ask for more money because it will become one or two person crew. This was on1/​29/​2015 @ 6:30am.
I think she needs to be fired !!!

I came here to get some lunch. I even went inside to get it instead of the drive thru. I went at a reasonable time. I get in there and some young girl was talking to «Felicia». Felicia forgot her fries. I must have waited 20minutes for my order. Rashad seemed like he just irate but tried to keep calm when a gentlemen wanted some free fries too for waiting to long. Well I guess Rashad was tired of handing out fries that my where just thrown in the bag.

Who doesn’t love Jack In The Box? This place’s drive thru is 24 hours, I believe. It’s crackin during the weekends on late nights so the line could get long. The staff here is also very nice and funny. One of them tried to joke around with me and my friends while ordering. In the end, they hooked it up with loads of buttermilk. :D

Justified trying their Bacon Insider Burger after running 10 miles that morning. First fast food Ive eaten in months.
False advertisement! The burger looked no where close to their billboards! It is the size of a small hamburger at Mcdonalds. I posted a pic of the burger. I’ll stick to the usual sourdough jack next time!
The curly fries with ranch dressing were great though!

Great for a quick snack for a very low price. It has it’s own very secluded little spot behind some houses and a gas station. If you don’t look carefully, you won’t be able to find it. I stumbled upon this place a while back when I was getting some gas but also somewhat hungry before I headed off for a little road trip to Sacramento. This place is quite small but it makes due.
It used to have a working kiosk machine but now it only accepts credit card which is a bummer; have no fear! They still have human to human cashiers so if you only brought cash or card, this place will still take your order. As far as fast food restaurants go, this place is decent enough if you don’t want to spend more money than a few bucks. Inside, it is very clean but also somewhat dark but that is because they are covered by towering three story houses. The cashiers and workers are very courteous and do their job to help you through with your order.
The workers change so often so sometimes you may get the most courteous and helpful employee but other times you may get someone who is very grumpy who just wants you to order and leave. I say come here if you’re in the area for a quick fix. Parking wise, its small and there is one way in and out so if there is a line at the drive through, you might be waiting a while before you are able to leave the little restaurant.

I like Jack in the Box. In fact, that used to be my preferred choice in junk food but I haven’t been eating there in ages due to the fact that it’s high in calories, fat, and carbohydrates. If I were to indulge, I would rather experience my intake at a restaurant, not a fast food chain.
My sister and I decided to come here for 2 reasons: 1) her fries and 2) my diet soda. We were given a code to text for 2 free tacos during the Sharks game but we didn’t care for it because I remembered it after I ordered — but staff were nice enough to add it to our order w/​o any problem.
When at the window, I did a few impulse orders however, I did not feel any remorse. I tried the new Pizza Bites (3 for $ 1.99). The thing comes w/​marinara but because I ripped into it so quickly, I didn’t see the sauce till afterwards. The pizza bites reminded me of those Totino’s things… fried perfectly and bursting w/​pizza-​flavor. I also ordered the $ 6 Jack’s Munchie Meal (available after 9PM). I opted for the Exploding Cheesy Chicken. A box comes w/​fries, 2 tacos, and the featured item. The tacos were so crappy yet so delicious. The fries were overly seasoned but what I enjoyed was the sandwich… the cheese sticks made this sandwich awesome. I’d order it again.

I really like their deli trio sandwich and that’s what I usually order at any Jack’s. Nice décor and friendly workers at this location but the parking situation seems to be getting worse. Also, their ventilation needs to be improved. My body is in a cloud of Jack’s smell even hours later.
