Terrible place and greedy owner. AVOID AVOID!!. I came in to buy a $ 30 vape pen. Realized I had bought the wrong one and wanted a refund about 30 mins later. The cashier told me exchanges ok but no refund. I insisted on getting a refund because I just had bought it moments earlier and they had no policy stating no refund, exchanges only displayed anywhere. He called his manager and his manager told me to come back the next day and they would process the refund. I came back the next day and manager/​owner said only exchanges and no refunds. They wasted my time and told me to come back the next day and refused to refund me. He said he didn’t know how to do refunds on the machine which is a bunch of bullshit. If you can’t refund on the machine then give me cash back. Anyways, I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the purchase.

I came in the other day cause i just wanted to get new filters but Waleed brought it to my attention my tank was leaking and that my current battery was the weakest. Somehow he knew i wanted a stronger battery for a dual coil nail and recommended a really nice, but also fairly inexpensive. Waleed helped educate me about vape pens and was really patient with me. I’ll be coming back for all my vape gear needs.

It’s a really small hole in the wall place, but they have and amazing selection of tobacco product, and the guy at the counter was very friendly. Another great fact is there prices are wonderfully low, and I do love that there right next to Starbucks. Definitely my new go to smoke shop!
