Starbucks

This review is solely for when I visited yesterday in search of the ugly sweater Frappuccino cozy Starbucks was advertising on Facebook. I got here around 7AM, and there was no line. I was quickly greeted by friendly baristas and when I asked them about the cozy for the frappuccino, they smiled and immediately asked the manager. They were almost willing to give it to me with any order, but I followed the rules and ordered a coffee frap! I really enjoy the cozy and this was one of the friendliest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I have seen this place busy on weekends, but it was pretty empty when I visited early morning on a weekday. A solid 3.5.

This is a pretty typical Starbucks, but oh my goodness, there are way too many people here on a Saturday afternoon. If you’re looking to get some work done, look for another coffee shop! The heavy stream of people in line plus the constant noise will be very distracting.
Their tables do have those charging pods, so that’s convenient if your phone is low on battery!

BUSY: This location gets busy! Especially on hot days. Long tables for people studying. Off of Calaveras. Now they advertise to use the app to order your drink ahead of time, which I’m curious to try out but haven’t yet.
One time it was really busy and the girl gave me a free drink coupon for the wait. So nice!
DRINK: sadly my hazelnut latte tasted kind of burnt.
PARK: Parking in the front and back with entrances on both ends. Smaller outside parking area due to it being shared with other businesses in this outside business plaza.
PHONES: they have these wireless charging devices, but we tried it on my iPhone 6 and my fiancé’s 6+ and both didn’t charge. Supposed to place it on the table with the charger plugged in. Or maybe we were missing a step, but we followed the sign instructions.

Giving a two star because I witnessed the cashier being so rude to a customer. I believe the cashier’s name is Romina. The customer clearly doesn’t speak English well so there was so there no need to get frustrated at her. The way you present yourself is rude. Other than that all the other workers are very nice!

You would think that more or less, all Starbucks are the same. I would say that for the quality of the drinks, but I feel that the customer service here is a notch higher than that of other Starbucks’. All the employees here seem genuinely friendly and appear to enjoy working there as well as each others’ company. That type of rapport with one another seems to carry over to their customer service, making sure that the customers are satisfied with their orders and that their drinks are prepared correctly.

Just when I thought Starbucks had fallen of the way side this one hits a home run with what I have always like. Efecent and nice .

Im not from the area but whenever i am, i always find myself stopping by this location for a quick drink. Starbucks is honestly down every block you turn so I wasn’t expecting much…(as many are staffed with a team who seems tired of dealing with people). So far, each time I’ve came to this location, I’ve received such friendly customer service! They’re super quick on making drinks & making them correctly too!

Great place for quick cup of coffee and a snack.
They are located everywhere. We love the many flavors they have to offer.
Coffee moca is my favorite.

What up guys. My fav Starbucks. Everyone here is hecka friendly, talkative and make my drinks perfect all the time. Not watery and or milky like some other locations.

I started coming here because it was convenient right off the freeway. My way to work. Since going there I’ve got to know the employees and they remember my drink and are very great at their jobs. Sometimes they’ll even have my drink ready when I walk up to the register. They always put me in a good mood before I get back on the road too. A big thank you to all the staff there.

Just got my Caramel Ribbon frab here at 9:57pm. Seem to be the time they close the store so they dont even care the quality of the drink. It was very watery, the cream melted. Also, The men gave me the attitude when he is writting on the large cup & I want to change to medium. This is the second time I had bad experience with this store. Last time, I was standing 10 minutes and left with nothing coz noone there to serve. Recommend dont come to this store especially night time.

This Starbucks is not consistent. They have a bad habit of making other people’s order ahead of yours. I have ordered the passion ice tea lemonade half sweeten here a couple of times. And they always over do it

These guys are awesome!
I work right across the street and stop in almost every morning before heading into work, so they basically all know my name and my drink. Almost everyone is very friendly and have great customer service skills, for my standards. They great you when you get in; if they line is backing up, someone will apologize for the wait and/​or get your drink started for you; or in my case, make my drink and have it ready by the time I get to the register.
This is by far my favorite Starbucks to go to because its not awkwardly cramped in there and the staff is just great.

I was at this location on January 27^th at 12 noon. It wasn’t busy, very mellow, no line.
I ordered a Venti Caramel Frap with extra caramel for my free drink reward and what I got was just a caramel frap with a splash of caramel inside the cup. I too work at starbucks and when guests ask for extra caramel, it’s a given to put extra caramel drizzle in the cup…
This was the first time I’ve been to this location so I’d say, customer service was fast but my drink was not satisfied. I would’ve said something right when i got my drink but i was already running late for work (i work in sunnyvale). I decided to call to speak to the manager after work but got a hold of the supervisor in charge instead.
I spoke to her and told her of the matter. not asking for a refund or a free drink but to just give her a heads up. Her response was poor, the least she could’ve done was to act like she was really concerned. Maybe next time, I will be a snobby annoying customer and demand a refund instead.

This is a fine Starbucks when you’re by yourself. I’d give it 2.5 because there are a lot of folks hanging outside skate boarding and spitting. Not necessarily the same folks. I just noticed a lot of spit. But that’s not Starbucks fault. I’m just saying.
The baristas were nice. The flat white good.
Not a ton of seating for meetings. But a long skinny table for solitary studies or computer use. Plenty of parking. Right off the freeway.

They are pretty Friendly here and to my surprise; they were open on Christmas. The place is in a small strip mall on East Calaveras, but easily accessible. The place was packed assuming all of the other Java joints were already closed for the Holiday. I ordered my usual Holiday drink when I noticed something I have not seen before. I saw the table tops had charging mats and a charging pods. I noticed that you can place your device on mats with the corresponding charger and recharge your device. Another innovative way to keep coming back to recharge their devices (power mats), and their bodies (caffeine) in one stop.

Here for a late night drink after dinner at Shabu House since its a cold night. Surprised at 8:30p there’s still quite a bit of people here. Wait is quite long, I feel the guys here could speed it up a bit.
As for environment here, inside is clean but the outside there’s quite a bit of hooligans at night due to its location. But it doesn’t seem unsafe since its still Milpitas after all and I come here for foot massage every now and then.

Location is convenient and near other food places. Customer service is good, friendly and attentive.
Store is clean and atmosphere is good. I have found that lines are not big, so I get can get fast and quick coffee. Seating chairs are indoor and out door. Parking can be some time crowded.

Love this place and all the amazing staff

I was just here 7÷21÷14. I ask for soy milk because I’m lactose. Well unfortunately the barista didn’t look at the cup correctly because he didn’t add soy milk.
Is it because I paid with one of those cards that said they’ll make me a free drink because they didn’t give me soy last time? (Different location)
Now I’m paying the price in the rest room at home. I’m asking myself if it’s worth it to drive back to complain.
