Stayed open late for me to pick up this bomb pepperoni and jalapeño pizza! You saved me thanks guys !

We’ve ordered delivery, take-​out, and eat-​in from this place for years, have lived in Milpitas for 19 years, and have never, ever been disappointed with anything. The pizza is absolutely always the best, and of course you pay for it, but it’s just always well worth it. I rarely give top ratings for anyone, but after saying what I just said, I have to give 5 stars for this Round Table, because they deserve it.
I’ve never had a problem with anyone who works here, either in the restaurant or on delivery. They are always quite nice and what I expect living in Milpitas, very small-​town service.
Sitting in the place is decent and better than most pizza restaurants for a simple family dinner.
Of course, none of it would matter if their pizza didn’t set the bar absolutely at the top. The pizza at this (and most) Round Tables is what most restaurants strive to achieve. And they hit that top mark every single time. I can think of a lot of other pizza restaurants that charge a lot more and deliver very inferior pizza. Very few pizza places, mostly small and very specialized places, actually deliver better pizza than Round Table, and it’s not much better, and the cost is much higher.

Had an amazing experience as soon as I walked in, customer service was amazing and JR was extremely helpful. Living in Milpitas my entire life I will continue to come back!

This is for the evening manager JR. Thank you, you saved my mother’s day dinner. I came in to order around 845/​9pm and JR was on his game, being short staffed he was flying taking orders, phones, etc. Before I even put my order in I watched a hostile customer get angry over a simple 5 min delay JR handled this well completely level headed.
I ordered an XL cheese pizza and a salad to go, what my mom wanted for mother’s day. Salad was awesome… pizza well I don’t know what happened but it was something wrong with the dough, it looked okay but was waay too thin once I got home it was cold and hard. Something had gone wrong and I was a distraught, driving back I was in tears. They had closed. I knocked on the door and got JR’s attention explaining the problem. He immediately turned oven back on and remade my pizza and I’ll tell you was the best I’ve ever had.
Thank you JR you saved my mother’s day meal and did it in a kind way… will be returning for sure since I am a frequent flyer at this location.

I ordered online and they didn’t receive my order even though I got a confirmation email, when I went to pick it up the bald guy with the thing in his ear talks to me like it’s my fault and gives me attitude like I did something wrong. I never write negative reviews but there was just something so infuriating about how this guy was talking to me. This review is solely based on that one guy. Worst customer service ever I will be filing a complaint with corporate (the guys name /​last name is Rosario)

Just ordered a pizza 90 minutes ago… Called couple times and they told us someone just left 5 minutes ago. You are better going with Mountain Mikes… Seriously!

Place is huge but plenty of dirty tables that haven’t been cleaned off. Ordered a triple pepperoni thin crust medium pizza and 6 well done wings which turned out ok when cooked but the pepperoni is a bit spicy for my kids taste. A bit pricey for that ($ 38).
Staff are friendly and courteous. Easy parking

Been ordering delivery from here since 2007 and never had problems. Delivery drivers are super polite and friendly and have never been late. My toddlers are very talkative and ask a lot of questions and drivers never have a problem engaging with my kids. They are always prepared with extra ranch chillipeppers and parmesan. They always leave with a great attitude and good energy.
Calling in orders can seem a bit rushed but I’m fully aware that I’m calling Round Table not Napa Gourmet Steakhouse. They are generally very pleasant over the phone and try their best in spite of how busy they can get.

THEY DONT DELIVER ON TIME and you need to keep reminding them about your order. I ordered a pizza for delivery and they said the wait time was 45 mins (which I was ok with). But the pizza arrived only after 90 mins. The pizza was cold and dry.
The taste was ok after reheating though. I’m giving two stars only for chef who made the pizza and 0 stars for their delivery service.

Gourmet Veggie Pizza is so good the taste of the Swiss cheese with artichokes and mushroom is delicious. Watching «friends» during the meal was the best part!

My family and I decided to go to this Roundtable to celebrate my nephews birthday. The employees were not very welcoming. Once the pizza arrived it was extremely greasy and skimpy on the toppings. The plates were dirty with chunks of food under them. It almost seemed like they were not washed at all. I highly do not recommend this location. Low grade pizza, bad service, dirty plates and sticky tables.

I should have known better when I saw the low rating on Unilocal,but I was in the middle of moving desperate for a delivery-​there weren’t many options. I placed an online order with wait time of one hour. I called 50 minutes later to give the driver directions and they did not have my order! STARVING and still desperate, I re-​ordered. I asked for a discount for the inconvenience. Not only was my request denied, but there was no apology for the missing order. Terrible customer service.

Came here for their lunch buffet several times afterwards and still completely satisfied. Sure, they had mistakes here and there but nothing short of a star. Lunch buffet is highly recommended.

Recommend picking up, it’s obviously faster than delivery (ready in 20 mins), and the cheese is still gooey and hot when you eat it. But if you order delivery, the delivery guys are always super nice.
Eat in, it’s a typical pizza place. Salad bar. I think they have buffets too at certain times but I forget. TVs in every direction. I’ve seen nicer Round Table establishments but ultimately it’s a chain and you’re going for the pizza which is always spot on.

Had some pizzas ordered for Christmas Eve and it was fabulous. Super delish and friendly delivery guy. not sure what the bad reviews are about but I love the fresh taste and fast service. Winning!

Watch out with the establishment! There is a thief that works here!!! Pay with cash! Someone wrote down CC info and tried to charge over $ 300 online via a cell phone. Tried to talk to a manager and she was clueless!

Well I see why there rating is only 2 and a half stars. They don’t have a sign on so you can’t find it at nite, and when I did they didn’t give me any sauce for my wings, the made me get it from the salad bar, the pizza was way sub par. Bland and not enough sauce. The manager was rude and all in all I’m never coming there again

Roundtable is THE only chain/​franchised owned pizza joint I order from. This particular location has never been anything but polite, fast and consistent with their food.
It’s still not a NY style, hand made pie (Chicago style isn’t pizza. It’s a casserole) but when I’m hosting a party or just flat out what a pizza in my stomach NOW… I’m getting it from here

Four stars for remembering extra ranch on a delivery! Initially the phone call was a bit rude when asking if it was okay to put me on hold… But the actual taking of the order was much better. Pizza was a bit cold but came sooner then expected.
To sum it up,
Customer service could be worked on and they could find a way to keep the pizza hot
but in the end they listened well to my one request (it was an obviously extra amount of ranch) … So worth calling back again for delivery.
