This place is conveniently located to me and whenever I get a craving for subs I go through the drive-​through. The staff here has great customer service, The drive-​through does take a few minutes but they make all the sandwiches from scratch. I prefer to go here instead of Subway for a warm sub.

They are a couple blocks from my house, so I am tempted to go here often. I hate to say it, but I end up regretting it most of the time. They never, ever get my order right the first time, and the wait is very long. Best visit had to be today though — ordered and got up to the window to be told that they ran out of bread. Cousins. Subs. Ran. Out. Of. Bread.

This was my first cousin’s experience. I gotta say, the sandwich was absolutely outstanding. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly in helping me make the decision. To me, it beats subway hands down.
My five star relates to the food. Which is always the bottom line. This property however, is pretty tired and probably needs a facelift. The good news is that the food and the staff make up for what the building lacs.

Worst cousins I have ever been to. They almost never get my order right (BLT) and the wAit is ridiculous.

This cousins seriously needs to get their $@!& together. I came here multiple times at about 4:45 on a Friday. The place is always crowded because they have 3 people working their dinner rush. It always takes 45 minutes to get my food, and the service is always terrible. The cashier (listed as AM on the receipt) just gave me this attitude that she hates her job and doesn’t like me for some inexplicable reason. This one is considerably closer to my house, but I might start going to the one on 124th and burliegh instead.

This is the worst Cousins in Milwaukee.
The managers here are so nice (all my bad experiences are how I know this) but their staff are incompetent, ghetto morons. Why are they hiring these slow, inarticulate, mumbling dopes?
Seriously, they give you credits when your order is wrong (which is every time) and then the remade sandwich is still wrong. No lie. Call your order in? Expect to sit in their drive thru for 25 minutes. Yup, TWENTY FIVE minutes! And then, your order will be wrong again.
